You’re gonna love this delicious recipe from KOA camper Becky Dolan of Washougal, Washington. It’s crispy, gooey and full of camping goodness!
“We make this every time we go camping,” Becky said. “You can do it on any barbeque.”
Tortilla Shells (flour or corn)
1 jar Pizza Quick Sauce
Shredded cheese of your choice (I use a Mexican blend and mozzarella)
1 package Canadian Bacon slices
1 small can sliced mushrooms
1 small can sliced olives
Preheat grill (if barbeque has large spaces on the grate, I cook the pizzas on foil layered over the grate.) Spread tortilla shells with pizza sauce, shredded cheese, toppings and more cheese. Grill until cheese is melted and tortilla is crisp. Yum!
