You'll also find Patio RV Sites and Deluxe Cabins. There's plenty to do right at the campground. You'll be entertained whether you enjoy swimming, basketball or mining for gemstones. Little ones will have fun at the playground - and there's also a game room, horseshoe pits and shuffleboard. Nearby, you can play a round of golf, visit the Chisholm Trail Museum or stop by the Panhandle Railroad Museum. A variety of local restaurants include a 24-hour diner, a Mexican restaurant and a steakhouse. Wellington KOA is a 30-minute drive from Wichita, where you can visit the Museum of World Treasures, go shopping or enjoy Sedgwick County Zoo. Kansas Star Casino is just 10 minutes away. Chishlom Trail Museum

Across the street from the Sumner County Court House, the Chisholm Trail Museum contains over 40 rooms filled with 20,000 plus artifacts and pictures, most collected locally, some dating back to the Civil War and the early day cattle trail that passed west of Wellington.
