We are open at the Kansas City West/Lawrence KOA for all types of camping.
This KOA combines Midwest charm with big-city accessibility. Just an easy hop off I-70, the campground offers Pull-Thru RV sites with full hookups, Premium Tent sites and Deluxe Cabins. It's close to the University of Kansas with its busy calendar of Jayhawk sports and other events. Check out the shopping and restaurants in downtown Lawrence, or visit historic Fort Leavenworth. Twenty miles away, the Kansas City metro area has much to offer, including Kansas Speedway, Legends Outlets, baseball and a national soccer league. Stop by the on-site cafe for Hunt Brothers Pizza and Wings. In-season fun includes a mini zip line, gem mining, two playgrounds and a swimming pool. Rail enthusiasts will appreciate the rumbles and whistles of the passing trains (about a mile away).
