Overall good, but could be improved. The k 9 camp was disappointing , with rust and garbage all over; the toilets were not so clean and there was no water pressure in the shower or warm water;The Roku tv wasn't working; the trash bag was very thin after the 1st day; the fishing pier was broken and closed down; pond was very overgrown. Pool was great and clean, playground was very nice.

We thought the campgrounds were nice and staff service was great. The showers closet to the store never were working during our stay so everyone using shower facilities were using the 4 shower/restrooms toward the middle (one was out of order the entire time). They were fairly clean most of the time but were always flooded floors the entire time.

Campground is lovely & in a great location between Hudson & Streetsboro. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. My only complaint is our site 604 was not weed whacked before our arrival - the grass was mid calf high around the utlity post & all around the back and utility side of our travel trailer. We noted that the other camp sites were not like ours - those sites were weed whacked .

We always love staying here. The staff worked their buns off (in the rain) during our stay and had the best positive attitude. My favorite was the young man who skipped his way to the pool when it was time to close it. Clearly enjoys his job! We'll definitely be back. (Showers were cold and no pressure, but we don't mind being a little dirty when camping - ha)

Overall stay was good! Bathrooms not so great! I don’t believe they were cleaned our entire stay and got rather gross! Neither the front or back bathrooms had paper towels or toilet paper most of the day! Had to call office on Saturday evening to have someone out to fill cause they seem to not been checked!

We stayed twice - 2 nights on our way to our vacation destination, one night on the way back. First stay was awesome. Second stay was good no full hook ups. We would really like to see a way to hook up the hose to our black tank flusher at the dump station.

Nice campground with good sites. There is a nice pool and small shop. We especially liked that it was quiet at night!

Our stay was great!! The campground is very quiet!! ���. You MIGHT consider adding more bathroom/showers. We (and many others) stood in line quite a few times while we were there. It would be a wonderful addition to the camp. ��

There was zero water pressure in any of the showers, so bad that we couldn’t wash our hair. The staff made us take our trash so far out of the way to a dumpster and the site was very uneven. We would not recommend.

$35 for a tent spots to park for the night seems overpriced, but there were plenty of amenities to justify it.

We enjoyed our time there. The grounds look great. The only issue was with the bathroom/shower rooms. They were cleaned regularly, which was impressive, but there was always standing water. We didn't like that part. Hopefully you were able to fix the showers nearest the pool. We got into the shower then discovered no water would come out. Thanks for a good week with our friends.

The camp ground was nice. There is a pool and 2 K9 areas. Wood and ice were delivered from the store.

Wow! What a wonderful RV resort. The staff work tirelessly to keep the resort in great shape plus make improvements. They were always courteous, friendly and very helpful. The grounds and facilities were well kept. Our dogs enjoyed the two K9 dog areas as well as going on walks throughout the grounds. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it. Hats off to the KOA team!

Worst service ever!The manager Hewitt allows his employees to disrespect customers by shouting at them for no reason, threatened to call the cops in front of our children, Shame on you! Asking us to leave with 4 children at 7pm because of anger issues & ignorance of laws (yes our UTV is street legal, we have driven it EVERYWHERE in the USA!) Apologizing afterwards by yelling at us is still not OK.

Our cement patio campsite was very nice except that the outside area was not cleaned up at all. The grill was dirty and the location of the site was very busy with traffics going by. Site 600.

This is Sondra, I make all the reservations for KOA's and make thecalls when needed to KOA. I say all that because your ladies who were on Sunday were wonderful. Their personalities were spot on. We've wked with the public all our wking yrs now that we're retired, nice to see people at all KOAs be the same, no it isn't an easy job but these 2 were exceptional.

The bathhouse could have been nicer. There was a flooding in shower/bathroom stall, one shower did not work and I think they should give better directions on how to use cable to watch TV. We did not bother to watch it. The pool, campsite, campground were very nice, plenty of nice grass for doggies to go potty with trash cans nearby and poop bags, ice cream prices in camp store was a little expe

Pros: we had a new spot, which was nice. dog park, bathrooms and showers were decent. Store, arcade. Cons: painful rocks and gravel which hadn't been compacted yet. Tight spots- neighbors very close.

Our site was nice, but we would get the smell of sewage off and on. The water pressure was non existent, even after they let us know it had been worked on and supposedly fixed. Wifi was also sporadic. The pool looked very good and many guests enjoyed it! We did enjoy exploring the area.

The only negative were the showers … maybe look at a better way to keep the water off the floors. They were clean, but the floors were very wet.

Very rundown for a KOA campground. Expected nicer roadways, amenities, bath houses, some buildings are very run down. Nice camp store and game room, but overall lacking quality as a KOA.

We enjoyed our time at Streetsboro KOA. A beautiful area! Staff attentive, grounds maintained well and bathrooms/shower were cleaned on a timely basis. My grandson(6) loved the pool, fishing in the lake, arcade and especially mining for gems. There were fun activities to participate in (there for a weekend). Please keep it up! Appreciate all you do! Our first time there-plan to come back!

Would be great if there were sites or infrastructure for powering electric vehicles -- 220V RV sites could work for an overnight charge and allow for use of electricity from the vehicle for camping items like: mini fridge, coffee maker, etc. We really enjoyed our overnight stay!

My gosh, where to start. This is a great family run hideaway near town and just about 5 minutes to anywhere. The sites were clean, the lodges are clean and very comfortable. The laundry room is clean and it's open 24/7 as is the game room/arcade they have down stairs The store has a great selection of just about all your supplies needs and things you didn't know you wanted till you saw it. Sundries, fun souvenirs, and "forgot to brings" they probably have it there. And that gormet ice cream. A nice selection of flavors. "Michigan pot hole" is my favorite. The store employees were kind and funny. Handle check-ins, check-outs and any issues that come up were handled professionally. There a couple of fishing ponds that have a catch and release and one to fish for your supper. The pool is awesome. and bathrooms are well maintained. My new go-to spot for rest and relaxation. Close to town and many events every weekend throughout the summer. Come see for yourself.
