We’ve been coming to the Boston/Cape Cod KOA for more than 11 years. This past year we have had a great experience. We travel the country full time and come back to our home state to visit family. The KOA staff went above and beyond to get us into a site that would accommodate us and our extra trailer. Staff was friendly and courteous especially Katie and Paul. Super clean. We used the bathrooms to shower since we made reservations late & could only get a water/electric site. We were in the front section of the campground. Our site was a little to close for our comfort. For the price, $100 night for water/electric site with no privacy the least they could do is provide decent internet. Cell service is limited as well. We have Verizon & we had 2 bars

The spot we were given was mostly dirt with some gravel thrown on it. The section we were in needs a good deal of attention to get it up to par. The washing machines were rusty and old and there isn’t a change machine in that building; you have to go back to the main building.The person who checked me in was very friendly, but it doesn’t make up for the condition of the site, I won’t go ba

Staff very helpful and friendly, Campground clean and services great, Bathrooms are great - clean and roomy (several stalls available). We love that you have trees and we were not just out in a tree/shrub free lot. The only complaint we have is that the campsites are much too small and close together with no woods/shrubs between the campsites, No real private space around the camper.

We are from Texas and make annual trips to Plymouth. We usually stay here one or two nights on that trip before starting our trip back to Texas. This year is was just one night. The campground is well kept, and the people that run it are efficient and friendly. It is an easy in and out location with access to many places to eat and shop in the area.

First and foremost the staff was so very nice and helpful. We are thankful to get a spot for 5 nights. We were put in “The Highlands” where it looked like many seasonals stayed and were parked under some huge pine trees. Truck was peppered in pine sap (camper is as well). We parked in the next site over for the rest of the visit, rubbing alcohol took it off, thankfully, took some work.

This is a beautiful campground. Full of great things for kids to do. It is a very clean and quiet campground. The only negative we found was that our pull through site was extremely unlevel. Additional gravel is needed to level all of the sires in that area. We were in site 712. The staff were extremely helpful with a medical event that occurred with my wife. Thank you! We will be back!

Staff was focused and accommodating. Grounds were clean and had many options. Playground needs several tons of sand as first steps have created a huge gap from ground and a large fall from platform if a child missteps. Our site was not reasonable for draining sewage tanks as dump location was higher than trailer. Overall pleasant experience minus small problems.

One of the kind caretakers helped me unhook my water hose from the RV and faucet after my wrists were too weak in the rain storm to manage. Nice people!

Best place to stay to be within visiting distance of Boston and Cape Cod. Great staff, very clean. On my top ten list.

The campground was very nice and staff was very friendly and full of knowledge to help with our stay on where to go and how to get around like train to Boston and drive to Cape Cod. Some spots could use some more gravel

Fees have sky rocketed. It’s not a resort.. Prices for full hook up sites are way to high. Site Lock fees are $50 ��� Early check in.. $35��� THEY HAVE A FAMILY OF 7 PEOPLE, AND DOGS.. Very clean and plenty of people working around the campsite. Our kids has a lot of fun with the activities, train, pool, and riding their bikes. The only negative was the site was very close to the people on both sides of us. The septic for the person to our left was right next to our picnic table also which we didn’t care for.

Nice place. Clean. Great employees. Lots of amenities. Only 2 complaints, and they really are complaints. Very tight spaces. 1) Did not like sitting next to the neighbor trailers hookups, especially the sewer. 2) The train for the kids is sooo loud. But otherwise everything about the place is top notch.

We had a fantastic weekend surrounded by family at the KOA campgrounds. The location was superb, and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience delightful. It was indeed a joy interacting with them.

Loved it. The site is super clean, staff very friendly, accomodations super clean. Also the proximity to Boston makes it a good choice if you want to spen some time in Boston.

It seems we are being pushed closer and closer together. Sewer hookups to the other site located where we eat, sit, and have a fire? My fire ring at my site was under my awning, so I could not have a fire, and moving it would have been in the area of many water hoses. Also, fire pits on side of the RV were too close for my comfort. In the past, I had a much better back in site.

The employees were very friendly and nice, our “gravel” pull through site was DIRT with huge tree right next to us if we wanted to open our awnings we could not. Most of the roads walking around the campground were dirt as well, for the extra money that you pay for the KOA name there needs to be some improvement if you are charging people for gravel site than put gravel on the site!

Nice facility. Very costly. I wonder if racism was involved when a large group of folks from Brazil were shut up playing their music. We were their neighbors and thought they were being very thoughtful of those around them. Not loud, no yelling, screaming or alcohol in use. We found them very enjoyable to be right behind them. All of this well before quiet time.

There was no gravel area other then where the camper was parked and it rained a lot while we were there so things were muddy. Otherwise the stay was great!

We had a wonderful day Halloween weekend at the middleboro KOA. Every employee was extremely helpful and friendly. I will say however, that one employee delivered our wood very early in the morning and I saw that same employee working the "haunted trail" that same evening at 7 pm. I jokingly made the comment that she was working overtime and that must be a good paycheck. She informed me that she worked her 8-hour shift and then was sent home. Only to return for a second shift without overtime. I recommended that the employees unionize. I think it's really sad that In this day and age, corporate businesses have not caught up with the rest of the country. If you have a good worker you should pay them overtime, not send them home to avoid paying them what they are worth. I hope that will change in the future for KOA employees.

We arrived late, and someone was in our spot (they were nice). A worker came and cleared them out, only for us to discover we were on a hill too steep for our camper. Moved in the morning, ended up next to a guy with 2 large unfriendly dogs on long leads, and he didn't clean up after them. The staff handled this quickly and amazingly Last night was peaceful. We were rushed out of the nearly empty site, but that just got us home quicker. Bathrooms were clean on the 2nd and 3rd nights. Jump pillow was a big hit with the children, who were all well-behaved and quiet. The store was well stocked. Most of the people seem to be regulars and were super awesome. They have regular activities. Overall, we had a great time and hope to visit again. The staff was great.
