This was our first KOA experience we do not want to return to. The bathrooms seemed like they were not ever cleaned in the three nights we were there. The trash was always full, showers gross, and sinks had standing water on the counters. It was very hot outside and no fan was provided for cabins. This was a very unusual KOA experience. Usually the bathrooms are well maintained.

Stayed in a cabin. Seemed clean and well maintained. TV difficult to work. My main complaint would be the grounds. Difficult to walk easily, especially for us older folks. Why not make walkways?

When arrived, the bed was half broken, i sat on it and the corner hit the ground. The TV in the cabin did not work. The pool was not open.

Love this place so relaxing. The cabin was clean with no issues. Staff are fantastic no complsints! First days were rained but we brought indoor activities. KOA may become a yearly trip for me now.

I had a good time except for trying to figure out the ROKU tv set-up.I liked it how it was.The reception was fine 20% of the time.The other 80% the tv looked like it had green and white bar code stripes across the picture.I ended up watching tv on my laptop.

The cabin was dirty and the shower knob was broke so you had burning hot showers. No communication hard to get anything you may need.

It was ok. The pool was under construction which was a big bummer. But the cabins were cute. Bathrooms were not very clean, lots of missing toilet paper and hairballs in the showers. But overall good place for a couple nights.

Everyone was friendly. The general manager and his staff all did a great job. The cabin was tidy, the restrooms were promptly serviced, and the laundry area was clean. We loved the daily activities and appreciated text message reminders.

Restroom, showers and cabin can use a little more TLC when it comes to cleaning, maintenance and presentation. Access to site and check in was ok.

Campground was clean, and staff was friendly, as usual. Fun things to do and an ideal location. There was a hiccup with our cabin, but the manager made everything right, and that is fantastic Customer Service! We’ve been going here for years and plan to return. Highly recommend!

Nice staff at check in. Lots of activity. Bathrooms were not the best as far as cleanliness. Not a fan of employees vaping while working, especially in front of the many kids that were around. Whoever check me out didn’t care if I was there or not. Probably won’t return.

Didn’t find out pool wasn’t open until we had already paid in full!!! Very disappointing as over from Scotland and it was main reason to book the site so ended up leaving early and out of pocket Also sink in laundry room a disgrace needs replacing

My stay was good but disappointed that the pool wasn’t open! And when you wanted to do laundry, you had to go to the office to get quarters because there was no quarter machine in the laundry area which made no sense

We had a lovely stay. This location was fantastic and very central to Boston and Cape Cod. Security did a phenomenal job answering questions.

Manager and all staff were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! This was my first time at a KOA, organizing lodging at several cabins for a group of people here for a weekend of kayak safety training at nearby Lake Rico. The cabins were perfect for our use and were very comfortable. Could not have been a better experience!

Pool was closed during our stay 80+ degrees. When we arrived all the outdoor furniture was filthy. Our cottage was positioned looking directly at the side of a seasonal camper. Not very well designed. Kept all our blinds closed. Not my favorite KOA.

Our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable! Bob was very friendly and personable in the main office and Ana was very fun with bingo and tie dye(which was our first time)! She also had an outside movie at the Pavillion Saturday night! All the staff made us feel right at home and came around often to take trash and offer to bring down anything we needed for our cabin! Thank you!

Sorry to say I was a bit disappointed. Found out the day before that we couldn't use the pool, something about water testing, we had to clean off the table and chairs and sweep, . Thought it could of at least been swept

Cabin 18 had rat feces in the silverware drawer. There was a leak under the sink. One of the stove burner was not working. Cabin 17 Visible mold in the ac unit and there was no shower head. Pool was not reopened. I think we should have gotten either a discount or some kind of compensation.

My sister and I stayed in a deluxe cabin. Check in was late because they were short staffed. None of the TVs would connect. My sister called the night host for help, they begrudgingly sent someone. The front desk told us to call if there were issues. The sofa bed is not comfortable and shouldn't be included on the room max. There were the ants in their Keurig. I don't think I'm coming back.

Disappointed arrival our Deluxe Cabin had pine needles and dirt covering the steps entering the cabin then inside of the cabin was extremely hot as no ac unit was on & it took several hours to cool down. Several bugs spotted inside cabin & an odd odor you would notice walking inside the cabin. Bathroom had nasty dirt & grime buildup. Drain full of hair. Used food wrapper in bed. Checked out early!

stayed for Memorial Day weekend, member of RT MA3 -- staff at KOA was amazing, no matter the question or the need. stayed at DC15 and was great - just perfect for a weekend getaway with all the amenities (firepit, grill, chairs, dishes, fridge, micro, etc) - plan on returning next Memorial Day weekend but for a longer stay:)

Staff is very friendly and campground is very clean and organized. We also rented a cabin along with our RV site. Had one problem with the shower. They showed up @1030 pm to try to fix it. But repair was made 1st thing in the morning. Highly recommended campground. We have been going there for 5 years now.

The best experience I had at a KOA campground my family and I enjoyed ourselves immensely for the two nights and two days. They gave me a nice discreet deluxe cabin buried in the KOA nature. And my interaction with the employees and grounds people was exceptional. They guided me when I got lost. They supported me when I had issues with the cabin immediately this was a great experience.

Lady checked us in was nice. Cabin changed because big gap under the door. New cabin door when closed you could see outside. A lot of bugs came in. Need a fly swatter for the cabins. We had to cover the crack the best we could. The men’s bathroom showers closed due to painting. One or two at a time would have better. Womens showers needed paint. Last shower constantly drips after shower.

Awesome, but pool situation sucks! Minus 1 lifeguard.. no swimming in beautiful pool! 80 degrees, stare at pool. No swimming . Sucked!

Great place If you have kids. Brand new pool will all kind of things to do there. Great outdoor activities for the kids too. Lots of places to walk the dog. Pretty nice campground but very old. They're at least 5 years overdue on regrading the camping pads. They also haven't mowed the lawn in several weeks in a lot of places in the campground.

Beautiful campground! Lots of amenities! Lots of fun things for children. Great location to get you quickly to Plymouth or Cape Cod. Also just a 3 minute drive to catch the train to Boston. Perfect central location to give us lots of sightseeing options!
