Boston / Cape Cod KOA Holiday General Information

Check-In for RV and Tent sites is 1:00pm. Check-In for Accommodations is 3:00pm. Check-Out for All sites is 11:00am. Early Check-In or Late Check-Out is based on availability with a fee.

General Store / Registration Office Hours:

• Store Hours are updated and posted on-site at the office.
  

Pool Hours:

• In the summer months our heated pool is open 10:00 am to dusk as weather permits.
  
• Please be aware that, for the safety of our guests, the pool will be closed when weather conditions necessitate. No lifeguard. Swim at your own risk. All minors must be accompanied by an adult. No glass containers are allowed. Minors must be supervised at all times by an adult. No smoking is allowed in the pool area.
  

Laundry Hours:

• Located in the satellite bathhouse and open 24 hours, change machine available in the Registration building during operating hours. Clotheslines are not permitted.
  

Quiet Hours: 

• Our quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am. Registered guests only are permitted during this time. All campfires must be out at midnight. During non-quiet times, please be respectful of your neighboring campers. Excessive drinking, noise and foul language will not be allowed. This is a family park. Thank you.

Connecting with nature and wildlife.  Various types of wildlife big and small may be found on and around this campground.  Be alert and give them distance and respect.  Keep dogs on a leash and properly store food, trash, and cooking supplies.

If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the campground directly before the deadlines listed below to receive your deposit refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations are not acceptable.Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.
RV & Tent Sites: 48 hours cancellation notice is required. Notify us by 4 p.m. two days before your scheduled arrival.
Camping Cabins: 7 days cancellation notice required. Please notify us one week before your scheduled arrival.
Deluxe Cabins:  7 days cancellation notice required. Please notify us one week before your scheduled arrival.
Holidays and special events: 2 weeks cancellation notice required for all site types. Please notify us 2 weeks before your scheduled arrival.

Please remember to clean up after your pet, have them on a leash, and do not leave them unattended. We do not have any breed restrictions, however, no aggressive dogs are allowed. Deluxe Cabins that are pet friendly require a $25 per stay, per pet fee. Camping Cabins that are pet friendly have a $10 per stay, per pet fee. We do not charge a pet fee on RV and tent sites.

For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, strict limits are enforced on the number of people who may be at the campground per each reservation. 

• At check-in, you will be asked to verify the number of guests staying at your site.  
  
• A limit of 6 or 8 people per site (depending on site type) will be enforced.  That total number includes both the number of people on your reservation and any day visitors.  If you have the maximum number of people on your reservation, day visitors are not allowed.
  
• RV and Tent sites are limited to 6 people per site.
  
• Camping Cabins, Deluxe Cabins, and other Lodging are limited to 6 people with exception of the Deluxe Cabins which sleep 8, these are limited to 8 people.  
  
• If the number of overnight guests on your reservation allows for day visitors, those day visitors must check in at the front desk upon arrival. Your visitors are welcome for $7 per additional per person per day. Kids 5 and under are free. Visiting guests are permitted until Quiet Hours and must adhere to campground rules. Should day visitors turn into overnight guests, they must register at the front desk.
  

Trash pick up at site 10am to noon. Please do not put trash out at night. Do not leave trash in the fire rings. Please do not dispose of cigarette butts on the ground.

If you arrive at our campground after our store and registration office closes, please check for your name and site information at our Night Registration box near the front door of our campground. Just go to your site and come back before 10am to register, get your receipt and car tag.

There must be a responsible person 21 years of age or older to register your site and there must be a responsible person over the age of 21 staying on the site for the entire stay.

Occupancy rate for all Accommodations, RV and Tent sites is based on 2 people. Additional fees will apply for each guest over 5 years of age with a maximum occupancy of 6 (with the exception of our 8 person cabins).
