The bathrooms need serious updating, the toilets are so small and that one can barely fit within the seat and I am not a large person. The pool area was nice.

I was very disappointed in the place. They advertised campgrounds with nature around, instead you are in the middle of the town with a no space at all.

Been here twice and have enjoyed my stays very much. The sites and amenities are clean and the staff I found to be very friendly and courteous.

24 hour laundry was a hit. Showers were clean and hot. Campground was clean and quiet. Pigeon Forge has excellent adventures.

This is our second time here. As we are new to the area. What a great campground. So clean and nice. Everyone is so friendly and I love that you keep the pool heated to a nice temperature. Definitely our favorite Campground in the area so far

Love that the pool was open late that the store opened till 8 .. very clean everything .. i will be back .. it was a really great over nighter

Extremely over crowded, bathrooms and showers were not clean, no parking for vehicle at our campsite

We had a wonderful camping experience. Definitely needs to be more tent camping sites and larger site

We took a family trip from AL and looked for a cheaper place to say. So we camped in tents. We really enjoyed our stay. This campground is near the Old Mill District, also there's a park that had a walking track near the campground. I loved the location of this campground. We were 10 min or less from everything we had planned to do. Definitely will stay here on our next vacation.

This is a nice campground in a great location. We stayed in a deluxe cabin- it was clean and comfortable. The patio is great with a nice fire pit/patio furniture and grill. Only downside is that we were right next to a busy fenced in parking lot (for Patriot Park next door) and the trucks and beepers were active all night long. The staff here were very nice and service was top notch. The heated pool, hot tub and lazy river were nice and the kids enjoyed the playground and jump pillow. The camp store was excellent and they even have a local concierge to help with area attractions! Overall a really nice experience- We would certainly stay again.
