The Great North American Eclipse will occur on April 8, 2024! During a total eclipse, the Moon lines up perfectly to fully obscure the Sun, resulting in "totality." Many people who have witnessed a total solar eclipse have described it as one of the most memorable moments of their lives. While Pigeon Forge is not inside the path of totality, it will still be an awesome opportunity to see a partial eclipse from the beautiful Smoky Mountains! Pigeon Forge is turning into Coolville during our 1950s-inspired jubilee! Greasers from near & far will enjoy the classic cars and hot rods crusin' into the nearby LeConte Center for the area's largest car show, the Pigeon Forge Rod Run. On the campground, we'll be time-hopping back to the 1950s with a good ol Sock Hop party on Saturday. Be sure to dust off your best 1950s style! Help us fundraise during the annual Big Weekend for Care Camps! Stay with us on May 10 & 11, 2024, and 50%* of the cost of the site on the second night will be donated to Care Camps! (Book Your Stay Here!) Throughout the weekend, we'll have special events to raise funds for Care Camps, including a duck race and pancake breakfast. Classic GTO's, Firebirds and Fieros gather each Summer for Pontiacs in Pigeon Forge! This event features a swap meet, best in show awards, best in stock awards and a Saturday Night Cruise.
