We stayed in a cabin and it was super clean, the playground and pool area were clean and very nice. All of the staff was super friendly and helpful. The only thing I would say is two of the mornings the bathrooms were closed for cleaning right in the morning when we were waking up so that kind of stunk.

After hours check in was super easy, which was the first good thing. The morning I went to check in and the process was extremely easy, and the staff were super helpful and friendly. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and warm. My kids enjoyed both of these very much. The Deluxe Cabin was great! The only thing I would change is the amount of extra space you have in the room with the bathroom.

We enjoy this campground. It is clean, quiet and comfortable. We always rent a deluxe cabin and it has everything that we need. Hoping to visit again soon.

We stayed in a cabin. It was OVERRUN with ants. Maintenance came 2x upon request - they put down a single trap, and the 2nd time they sprayed. We still had ants - on the walls, ceiling, counters, sink, shelves, even in the beds -- disgusting. Also, there was a teen boy there who said he lives there. He used racial slurs, the f word, and swore at our kids repeatedly. We liked the pool the best.

Great location and lots to do for the kids! The pool looked especially nice and was heated but we didn't swim during our stay as it was quite cold outside. The employees were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Amy gave us options. We had a dog and although our trailer was ready, our delivery tow couldn’t make it until the next day. We decided it would be too cold to sleep in the truck. We needed a place to stay. We decided on the primitive cabin. We had our linens, food for the trailer. We were close enough to the bathroom and had everything we needed. Campers were nice and Percy loved it. Thank you!

Grounds need to be taken care of better. There was lots of trash on the grounds, broken lights on the pathways and pulled out of the ground. The floor in the cabin was DIRTY. The day we checked in it smelt clean but our feet were black from walking in our cabin. I feel cleaning inside is rushed. Everything was great about this place from the cabin to the pool to the variety of activities offered. If I had issue it’s that I think it’s time to expand the bathrooms. Multiple times I went to use them and all of the stalls were in use. Otherwise, one of the best koas I’ve visited.

This was our first stay at a KOA facility. I loved the cabin. It was very clean, set up very efficiently, and very cute!The customer service was awesome. The facility was very clean. We look forward to visiting again.

The wifi did not work in our cabin and it never got resolved. The stove didnt work and the man who came in to check said that theyd need to replace the whole range so we werent able to cook the food we brought to cook and had to order out the rest of the trip. Couch was old and dingy, someones used razor was still in shower and duvet in small room with toilet only was dirty and unchanged

We loved how clean the washroom facilities were- well done. We stayed in the basic cabins and it was perfect for what we needed for the weekend- we were surprised how respectful and quiet the park was at night considering it was a very busy Easter weekend.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom camping cabin. Nice Stay. a plus the camping kitchen nearby had a sink and burners ,did not have hot water though for washing dishes. had a microwave and mini fridge. 3 of the mattress were fine. one of mattress on the top bunk was very hard. Nice the pool was heated and stayed open late, my kids enjoyed it. Overall an enoyable experience and would stay again.

Stayed there a week in a cabin, after a 12 hoour drive from michigan we went to take a shower/bath for my wife and the hot water was not working. It was working in the kitchen. It was after hours so we had to wait till next morning. I asked front desk when we checked out if we could get a partial refund for that day and she said because it was fixed no. Just thought that wasn’t right. Thanks

Great cabin. Fun playground. Heated pool was a bonus! Convenient to park as well as tourist attractions. Very happy to have an economical, pet friendly option for our vacation.

We enjoyed our stay at the KOA. Would be nice if they told you when you called to make a cabin reservation that you couldn’t park by certain cabins and that you had to haul your stuff to your cabin a hilly sidewalks and down stairs this would have changed what cabin we booked. We had also stayed at other KOAs with the same kind of cabin and the partial kitchen included silverware, plates, cups.

Got a decent deluxe cabin. Had a minor issue with ants taking over but maintenance brought some spray right away. Cabin was clean- staff was wonderful. Great location. Kids loved the pool and lazy river

Our cabin was so cute. I felt a little mislead with the description that said it looked over the park. We were looking over the bus station that was so loud. Only issue with cleanliness was that an old band-aid was on our blanket, everything else was wonderful. The landscaping was pretty. Loved our fireplace! I'd recommend removing the bench in the bedroom and putting shelves or a dresser.

We had a wonderful stay here. Rachelle is a gem. Nice big dog park. Walking distance to the Old Mill shops which is very nice. And having the Trolly station within walking distance is perfect. So much traffic in the city. Beautiful campground.

Very cozy and enjoyable . Only thing that bothered me is in the middle of the night I went to the women’s bathroom and there was a drunk man in there kind of spooked me but the place was fantastic!!

My husband and I stayed in the deluxe cabin, and it was great. They had everything that you would need for your stay, and if you needed something all I did was asked and it was at the cabin within 10 minutes. We stayed for a week and loved it, they have a heated pool and hot tub. The girls in the office were friendly and helpful. We can't wait to come back. Thank you KOA

I love the Deluxe Cabin. My parents are elderly and they are easy to access. The location is perfect. The campground is awesome.

We have come here many many times! I absolutely love this environment , the employees, and all it has to offer. Especially for our kiddos! The only downfall is a couple of things: Two swings were broken The playground had trash on it The zip-line swing has been broken the last two times we have came Some of the playground equipment is torn where the climbing wall is The little brown planks that enclose the on the playground are all cracked Some of the little karts you can rent are also broken. It could just use a good loving and fixing. We spend a lot of time on the playground and that area as a whole. Like I said, those are the only negatives! We love this place and will always come back. The pool is amazing, camp store is awesome, crafts and activities are wonderful, and we love the jump pillow.

Absolutely the best KOA we have ever been to. Staff is great, the location is perfect, and the amenities are the best. The pool and hot tub are nice. They have gaga ball, the blob, a playground, gem mining, a little train, bike rentals, and more. It's not going to give you the "deep woods camping" vibe because it's situated next to a busy road, but that's not what we were looking for this time, so we were happy. It is fenced in nicely, so I didn't feel the need to worry about my kids running around. We will definitely be back.
