The campground was neat & tidy, all the staff that we talked to were very nice & helpful, the campground itself is in town so it's close to anything you might need & about 5 miles to GSMNP... This National Park is beautiful. This KOA's roads inside the campground are narrow & curvy so our for our motorhome we had to do more than one 2 point turn to get around the corners. We did enjoyed our stay!

We stay at the same time every year for the last 6 years. The staff were super friendly and the park was well kept. I have one recommendation, bring back a food option. A place to buy a pizza, burger and/or quick breakfast would be greatly appreciated.

Another great stay there. Very convenient, close to everything. Kids love the pool and playground. Always clean and well kept. Nice to have Patriot Park and transportation so close.

Other than the traffic on Veterans Blvd at the entrance, which was BAD, our stay was very enjoyable. Close to Dolly World, Dolly Stampede, the Parkway fun strip and Smokey Mountain Natl Park. The KOA is well cared for, staff was friendly and helpful. Be patient, traffic in the entire surrounding area is bumper to bumper most days and evenings.

This place has the best kids playground we have seen at a KOA. Everyone had a blast. The pool was so much fun. There’s so much fun to do nearby, you literally can’t get bored at this place.

Nice clean park, staff were friendly and Dave was great he would bring ice & firewood to us and always very friendly. This park located in a great place and we loved the river walk, used it every day.

The location of the campground was awesome. The staff was helpful and friendly. My only complaint is how compact the campground feels but I’m not sure anything can be done about that. I would suggest placing signs at the entrance telling new arrivals where to park and directing them to the office.

Very nice campground, stay here at least once every year for a week, only problem this time around we were by the main road and some kind of car rally, very noisy

Friendly staff, clean bathhouse (a PLUS),plenty of things to do and have fun, two areas for dogs (this is a huge plus for us), grounds were well kept, and overall great area for a campground.

We love this campground. Walking around the river to old mill is fantastic. Only downfall is the spots are a little tight but there is so much to do once you're parked.

Came in for a 5 day stay to be near the Smokie Mts. and do some sight-seeing and hiking.Unfortunately, by the third day we had all day and night rain and learned the path of Hurricane Helene was coming our way within two days. We decided to leave a day early to stay ahead of the storm on our drive home. KOA graciously refunded our "missed" last day. Have to make it back again to do what was missed

We had a wonderful stay! Our daughter really enjoyed the playground area and the barrel train ride! The restrooms/showers should probably be cleaned or checked more often. We also weren’t told until arrival that there wouldn’t be any activities for children on several days during our stay. The website advertises that activities are held daily. Our daughter was really looking forward to them.

Enjoyed every minute. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately we had to leave a day early because of weather conditions expected at home. We hope everyone there is safe after Hurricane Helene brought so much devastation to the NC and TN mountain areas.

This is one of our favorite KOA's, has much to offer. Staff always friendly and helpful, Store well stocked, plenty of ice. Good Wi-fi, love the pool and lazy river. Bathrooms and showers very nice. Convenient to many of the activities the area has for attractions and events.

we love staying here but the shower rooms are not as clean as usual, urine smell & many have cobwebs spiders and the walls, corners & backs of doors are dirty we were parked in spot k and the door to the shower house immediately behind our camper had no working jack and slammed LOUDLY all day and night waking us many times, we reported it to the maintenance person 3times yet it wasn't fixed

We unfortunately had to cut our stay short due to our home in Tampa suffering from flood damage due to hurricane Helene. We sincerely appreciate KOA refunding our remaining days without issue so we could get back home.

We really love the campground, and this is the second time that we have stayed. I booked really early and thought I would get a good spot not right out by the noisy traffic. We have told several people about this campground and love the location. Next time can I have a spot away from the busy road especially when there’s open empty spots!

Everyone was very nice. They moved us to a shaded site from a sunny one. The pool etc. were all very nice. Some of the older sites are pretty narrow but the new ones were nice.

Well, we did get there during the hurricane BUT we were sent updates and reminders. The spot was very nice and the park was very quiet and clean. Used the laundry, very clean. Enjoyed our time just relaxing in the pouring rain!! Will be back!

I can't say enough about the fantastic experience my family and I had at this campground! First let me say I am not or never have been a fan of most corporate entities, especially when is comes to RV parks. This place litterly meets all the requirements of having a great vacation experience. From location, accomadications, activities, recreation and last but not least outstanding customer service! 10 stars for the employees at this location! I would like to say thank you to Amy 1, Amy 2 and Dave for all their efforts and assistance for making sure our family had a wonderful experience! These guys went above and beyond! Thanks again! We stay in an RV site. The location cannot be beat. Walk over to Old Mill area and trolley station. The staff are friendly and the grounds are well kept. We have been staying here the same time for the last 6 years and we'll keep coming back!
