We really enjoyed the stay at this location. Every thistle was so clean and staff was friendly. The bush on the left as you exit makes it hard to see to turn left.

It was our first time at KOA Pigeon Forge and we had a great experience. Staff was really nice and helpful. The grounds were well maintained and amenities were great, we can’t wait to return again this summer for a much longer stay!

They used to do good at keeping up with maintenance and cleanliness but toilets were busted, sinks were in disrepair, bathrooms and showers by the main office are tiny and ill maintained. The heated lazy river has not been heated multiple times and the hot tub is barely warm anymore. Used to be the best, but not recently. Staff is always friendly tho, and generally are pretty helpful.

We greatly enjoyed our stay, though brief, it allowed us to check things out and come back to spend more time.

The campground is tight and crowded but the place is alot of fun and the staff does a good job.

Fantastic location with easy access to Great Smokey Mountain NP and Dollywood. Facilites were clean and well maintained and staff is very friendly. The highlight was the pool with a lazy-river float layout. Fun!

Great place to stay convenient location. From the backstreet there, you can get most anywhere in a short time.
