We loved the area. The campground was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. I thought the prices in the store were high and the golf cart rental was very high. We will be going back.

Wifi is mostly useless. Need to upgrade. If you are going to advertise it it should work. Park wasn't full and couldn't get internet service. Also would been nicer if site was level. And too small. No good place to park tow vehicle.

Nice clean KOA. The staff is friendly. I recommend this KOS to anyone wanting to camp in Pigeon Forge.

We stayed in a KOA Patio site next to Patriot Park. This is our 2nd stay at one these premium sites. The location is excellent and easy access to the Park, dining, and the walking trail. Our friends staying in one the KOA cabins at this location during this time as well. I would like to recommend better groundskeeping. There is a tree growing behind a utility box at the camp site where we stayed.

The campground is really a nice place. My only gripe is the pigeon forge dump, made it awful. If you keep yourself closed up in your rv, you’ll be fine. The smell just ruined it. We left ASAP in the morning because I wasn’t going to sit out and try to enjoy our coffee. Nope, that would not be enjoyable. Very sad.

I called to book 2 spots, one for my family, and one for my elderly inlaws. Rachelle was very patient over the phone and very good at finding us spots that met our needs. She has done this for us more than once over the years and has been extremely patient and very helpful every time.

Stay was great. Enjoy this campground. One suggestion is that kids or adults when they are riding a scooter, bike, any thing electric, that a long, orange flag be attached some way to the moving vehicle. They are very quiet and you can be caught off guard by that, as we were. I know a message was sent out for vehicles speed limit to be 5mph or less when in pk. All parties must be responsible.

What a great time,the staff is like family (better) lol. Very accommodating to the campers needs.love all the amenities. Wouldn't think or want to stay anywhere else.

Your grounds keepers are excellent. Sites are always mowed and kept clean. They pick up your trash, help you park when we arrive, wave, & take the kids on train rides. (Shout out to Mr. Dennis aka Santa)

We love KOA !!! Our kids love all the daily activities. The staff is so amazing, kind and friendly. KOA is our home away from home 3-4 times a year ! A great family atmosphere with all the things we love ! See y’all again soon �

We did like this KOA, just very very poor internet (even with more than half of people gone). The showers across from our spot needs some serious updating. But very nice Park.

Tight. We had a premium site facing patriot park with very nice patio, pergola and fire pit. Enjoyed it very much.

Our stay here was great! We come here at least once a year. It is one of our favorite places to stay. It is so beautiful and very clean. We already have reservations here for our next trip. Our dog loves it here too!� Great for walking, biking and pets.

Only issue is the closeness of other camping sites AND our site had goose poop all over. Host washed it off with a power washer, but kind of think that.ciuld have been done BEFORE we got here.

Excellent family vacation at the Pigeon Forge KOA. We shared a delux cabin with another family with small children and it worked perfectly, keeping our trip affordable while providing a lot of amenities for kids of all ages. The pool was clean and had plenty of chairs and space and all the restrooms and other shared areas were well upkept. The staff was also really friendly and responsive to any questions or needs. Would happily take my family back here.

We loved our stay at this KOA. I have to say it's one of the best KOAs for a kids. There are so many things to keep ur kids entertained. My son loved the park and the lazy river. The pool and lazy river is heated so it's open all year round!!!He loved the train ride and they also had move night. We will definitely come back.
