This park is very well maintained with lots to see and do in the area . We enjoyed the lazy river pool immensely…….on the 5th of MARCH! Nice and warm and sparkling clean! Weather was nice and warm, but unfortunately rained all night and day for our second day.

I had a dental issue and they accommodated us and have been great about getting mail and Amazon. Make you feel like your part of there family a. This place is great and cleanest showers I have been too other then at home. We love them trolleys next door. Perfect location in for hanging out or g9ing into town.We extended our stay by a month. There's so much to do and seee around here.

Everything was great. Staff was very nice and helpful. So glad the girl who checked me in told me about the Trolly. I did tell staff that I was traveling with my 80 year old mother and she almost missed the step down out of the shower. Suggested signs be put up as a friendly reminder. I'll be back with more people.

Enjoyed the location, close to our Christian Youth Conference we attended this past weekend. Full hook up was another plus. Nice place with a heated outdoor pool and hot tub! We will be back!

The camper spot was a bit smaller than I expected but we enjoyed the campground. It was quiet and clean with friendly service.

We stayed here on our road trip to Texas. We had truck trouble and unexpectedly had to stay longer and the staff was so accommodating. We couldn’t of chosen a better place to stay. We loved that the pool is heated and open year round. We will definitely be back again!

Extremely happy with our stay at KOA pigeon forge as we always are!! Clean park, fast service, friendly and knowledgeable staff!! Greeted us and made us feel welcome and comfortable as well as our pets!! Jamie assisted us along the way and we highly recommended her and her demeanor!!! Perfect time!!!

This was a great place to stay! They were able to accommodate our 40' with a towed car. The site was clean & level. The workers were friendly and helpful. We extended our stay twice!

We previously showed up here without a booking and they took care of us. This time we booked ahead as we knew where and when we were driving. We arrived a little later than expected and received a text for when we arrived and the place was closed. Next morning we went to the office and the staff took care of any final items in a couple items very quickly. Very professional!

Very helpful staff, the park was very clean and well maintained. Great location. We loved all the amenities the park has to offer, especially the firepits and very nice seating arears throughout the park. One of the best campgrounds we have stayed at in Pigeon Forge. Thank you for your hospitality!

We have come here many many times! I absolutely love this environment , the employees, and all it has to offer. Especially for our kiddos! The only downfall is a couple of things: Two swings were broken The playground had trash on it The zip-line swing has been broken the last two times we have came Some of the playground equipment is torn where the climbing wall is The little brown planks that enclose the on the playground are all cracked Some of the little karts you can rent are also broken. It could just use a good loving and fixing. We spend a lot of time on the playground and that area as a whole. Like I said, those are the only negatives! We love this place and will always come back. The pool is amazing, camp store is awesome, crafts and activities are wonderful, and we love the jump pillow.

Absolutely the best KOA we have ever been to. Staff is great, the location is perfect, and the amenities are the best. The pool and hot tub are nice. They have gaga ball, the blob, a playground, gem mining, a little train, bike rentals, and more. It's not going to give you the "deep woods camping" vibe because it's situated next to a busy road, but that's not what we were looking for this time, so we were happy. It is fenced in nicely, so I didn't feel the need to worry about my kids running around. We will definitely be back.
