Our stay at the KOA in Gatlinburg was great, once again! Our kids enjoyed the heated pool, and we enjoyed the hot tub! Our short trip didn’t allow for us to use all amenities but this place is great year-round!!

Stayed 4 nights in Cabin 332. It was in pristine condition, and everything worked as it should. The closest Bathrooms / Showers are a bit of a Walk, but acceptable. The bathroom/shower facilities in the lower portion are phenomenal! All interactions with the staff were pleasant, looks like a very well laid out & maintained campground. Def. Would like to bring the camper down sometime.

We had a good good trip. Clean cabin for the most part the small bedroom did have some mold on the ceiling and there was dust on the walls. Our neighbors did keep is awake the first night until 4 am being loud. But overall a good trip

Great spot!! Will stay again for sure!! Stayed in 8 person cabin. We would get 2 cabins next time, 5 adults and 3 munchins is tight. But beautiful!!

Stayed in a camping cabin which we do a few times a year. It was clean. Nice lot. There was no grill to cook on. I've stayed in that cabin before and it had one. So don't know why it was removed. We didn't need it this time because we bought our own cooking grill. But I'm sure the next person might need it

This is our favorite KOA! Everything is clean the staff is wonderful and friendly! Walking distance to Old Mill and the trolley is nice to take places! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Friendly staff. Stayed in Cabin DC5 it was clean and well maintained. Only issue we had was one of the bed frames squeaked and rattled when you moved. Note that this cabin is located under a sweet gum tree and as such there are sweet gum balls everywhere. Our dog is long haired and low to the ground so we were constantly picking the sticky balls out of her fur.

This is our second time staying at this KOA- the staff is extremely friendly, the grounds are immaculate and the location is literally unbeatable. Last time we stayed on an RV site and this time in one of the Deluxe Camping Cabins. Both did not disappoint! Will be back for sure!

Staying in a cabin was really nice (306). WI-FI is not great and the so called Handicap stall in bath house is not! Know this cause my family was in the trailer area. Other than that, the staff was very nice and helpful

The cabin was very clean and just the right size for the 3 of us. We loved using the grill outside, the quick walk to all things, and my son especially loved the pool. We wished there were a few additional things in our cabin to help make the stay perfect such as tongs for the grill and extra garbage bags.

Area good. Liked the river walk. Traffic ar entrance was very crazy. Kids running around since pool there, golf cart with people chatting blocking road. Office staff very busy so going to attribute that to their lack of friendliness.

The staff was so sweet and helpful. We had a great time. The camping cabin was the perfect step up from just a regular tent. We will never go back to regular camping! We’ll be back!

Would recommend more office help to handle phone calls so employee can concentrate on guests in lobby. Only one worker present on Saturday and Sunday at peak hours! Staff fantastic just need help!

Location and firepit were nice! We stayed in 314 and the location is a nice walk to Old Mill Restaurant. The deck and view were the best part. The only issue I had was the pots and pans in our cabin need to be replaced. One had a handle that was almost broke off and one handle was missing off the other pot. The laundry is nice and clean and only $2 a load to wash or dry-fantastic when away!

The staff goes way up and beyond to help in anyway they can if you need anything at all. Can’t say enough about how nice they are. We love the location and the lazy river. When the traffic is horrible we just stay parked and walk down to patriot park and take a walk or catch a trolly.

Deluxe cabin provided what you want. Running water, full bathroom and a decent mattress. Cost is comparable to a hotel room. Short walk to the city's trolley.

We stayed in deluxe cabin, and it was perfect. Had everything that we needed plus more. The trip was short but gave us the opportunity to explore the area and the campground. This place has everything for families especially with younger children. We hope to return soon.

I bought 2 bundles of firewood from the front desk and they said they would be delivered. It never showed up. About 45 minutes later I tried to go to the front desk but it was locked and everyone had left early. Luckily the after hours line was there and Dave picked up the phone. He came in on his day off and delivered the fire wood to us. Thank you Dave! We wouldn’t have had a fire without you!

Customer service matters the most! All the fenomenal staff deserve high fives! Welcoming and smiling ( especially Rachel). Other staff members greeted us occasionally during the stay. One of the best KOA's in USA. Clean park, cabins, and friendly atmosphere. Will return again..God willing.

This is a fantastic option for families! We stayed in a cabin that was close to the action, could walk to the trolley depot, and my kids were in the lazy River and at the campground every night while we watched by a fire. This was a great find!

We've stayed so many ways over the years, tent, travel trailer, 5th wheel, sleeping cabin, deluxe cabins and this was our first stay in one of the studio cabins. A last minute choice to visit and had a wonderful weekend. Enjoyed the lazy river and hot tub! Love the lazy river so much more than the old traditional pool, and the little studio was absolutely perfect! Walkway lights need fixed.

First time staying at a KOA. We stayed in one of the small cabins - my daughter, myself and our dog. We had a great time. The facilities were well kept. Staff was very nice and Pigeon Forge is a great place to get away. Wonderful Spring Break.

The cabin was leaning so bathroom door would not save open. There was an alarm that went off during the night that we had to figure out how to get it to stop beeping. There was a lot of bugs in the cabin.

This place is great and great location. Park accross from it to walk in and eatting out near by without moving your rig. The sports are great and the people are great as well. The place is well keep!

We had a very busy few days at this KOA. We picked it for the location. It was so close to everything! We were able to ride our ebikes out and opening in the back of the campground to a paved bike path thay took us downtown to The Island. Another day we took the trolley from right behind the campground to Dollywood, and on the way back the trolley dropped us right at the campground. So convenient! The lazy river was awesome and the hot tub and very busy! Great feature to have that we haven't seen at other KOAs. The campground itself was tight corners moving the fifth wheel around. We had a back in site in the middle. Our 43ft fifth wheel barely fit. Other campers came out to watch my husband maneuver it around and get it parked. He is a pro though! See the pics at how close the neighbors slide was to ours! We will go again but will pay more for spot on the outside ring with tiki bars and more room!
