We had a fantastic time. Lots to do in town or staying at the campground for the day. The guy running the recreation ( I think his name was Simon) was amazing. He does everything around there.

Great location with easy access to Great Smokey Mountain NP and Dollywood. Stayed in a cabin w/o bath. Very nice facilites, clean bathrooms and showers. Highlight was the lazy river pool and float. Will definitely book again if returning to the area.

Our 5th time here and 1st time in a deluxe cabin. Very disappointed with the stay. TV's did not work in any rooms, cobwebs, no sheets for pull out bed, front door knob fell off. For $245 per night I would expect the place to be much nicer.

Everything was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that there were several repair/rebuild projects going on that made the campground feel less like a vacation get away and more like a work zone.

Hospitality 10/10 we weren’t satisfied with some of our cookware. The staff went above and beyond to attempt to right the situation. When staying in the deluxe cabin, beware your water will not come to a boil and food may stick to the cookware. I ended up cooking pancakes in a sauce pan because the skillet was terrible.

We stayed in a single room cabin and it was very clean, the pool area was super nice and staff was very friendly.

We like staying there but this time not as much. Ants in our cabin, no cable tv. the coffee maker was so dirty we did not use it. Besides that the cabin is nice and clean and very comfortable. Hopefully if we come back next year it will be better. Be careful with the children on scooters they come around those curves before you see them. Happy Summer!

This is one of the cleanest campgrounds I have ever stayed at and the staff was awesome. But I do wish the camp store would stay open till 10 pm rather than closing at 8.

Our stay was great and alot of activities everyday only issue was the speed of the vehicles in the camp ground always assumed speed limit was 5 but I think alot of people weren't following that rule we had several trucks going back and forth a little to fast

Although the cabin was nice, there is no way 8 people could have stayed in there comfortably. It was a bit cramped. The campground itself was very congested and difficult to maneuver through to get to the cabin. And the parking was a bit crazy. For what we paid for the cabin you’d have thought we’d be able to drive up to the cabin instead of packing everything back and forth.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The pool was our favorite, but all the amenities and attractions nearby made it even better. We loved being able to walk along the river to get to the shops, and the playground was a huge hit with the kids. The campground was very clean and well maintained overall. My only suggestion would be regarding the showers near our cabin. There was quite a bit of mold visible

One of the best KOAs and campground overall that we have stayed at. The entire grounds were maintained perfectly! The cabin was clean and everything in wonderful working condition! The staff was exceptionally friendly, polite, and always very accommodating to all our needs during our stay. No one was picky or cranky about what we did for our family reunion of 77 people. Wonderful place!

Stayed in cabin for 8 with 4 bunks and had to go buy fans for the bunk room. Unbearably hot. Needs a ceiling fan desperately. Bought a floor fan to pull AC into room and two battery powered fans for the top sleepers. Fitted sheets would have been nice. Kitchen needed mixing bowls and a few more of the basics to prepare simple meals. Christian was terrific. Kids loved the DJ they called

Cabin was super cute enjoyed all the utensil/cups/plates etc for use. Cabin was a good size for our family of 5. I understand the pull out couch open is tight with the table up against it but we made it work, it worked out great. The pool was amazing we were a little disapointed to see the pillow jump was down along with the gravity swing but the rest of the amenities were great! Be back soon!

We had a great visit. Centrally located to what we were wanting to do. Enjoyed being close to the trolley station to go back and forth to Dollywood. My grandkids enjoyed the train ride every day!

We stayed in one of the deluxe cabins and it did not disappoint. The view of the sunset was gorgeous and there were a ton of activities that the kids could do. It was enough that it could easily have been the largest part of our vacation especially if we include the pool with the little lazy river. We will definitely go back again and will definitely be bringing people back with us.

Our family gives Pigeon Forge KOA a 10 in every category - affordability, cleanliness, maintenance of grounds, facilities, and cabins, as well as pool and recreational areas, and staff friendliness - always willing to help with a smile. Incredible location, cant recommend enough. We stayed in a deluxe cabin with bathroom.and it wss a game changer for us. The landscaping was really lovely.The lazy river was very fun, too!

We rented a cabin and it was great only complaint I wish they had cable could not watch local channel for news and weather. Please bring back cable even if it is just for the cabins. Thank you but everything was nice and staff was super friendly

I love the campground but the new area lodging is not safe. You cannot park near your cabin and you have to use a wagon to transport your stuff. We were at the lowest point of a treacherous curvy slope. No warning of what's entailed. Saw 4 falls/3 days. Parking should be assigned, often had no spot while a family had 5 cars + golf cart leaving us no pkg. Dangerous for seniors. Beautiful but tight.

We absolutely enjoyed the pool and lounging area. The cabin was great, however, I feel like they could be cleaned a bit more. The toilets are clean and no complaints. The showers nearest to us made me feel claustrophobic but I did enjoy the showers attached to the general store. They were clean and set up well. All staff were.very pleasant and attentive. We would definitely return with our kids.

This was our second stay a the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg KOA over the past two months. It's a nice campground and very conveniently located. We stayed in the deluxe Kabins which are very cozy and well designed. The KOA staff are helpfull and friendly. Our only complaint is that the mattresses seem to be old and saggy.

The cabin was Immaculate and the firepit, grill and table were perfect for our family. The pool and playground were an easy 5 minute walk away. The lazy river was by far our most favorite part. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so wonderful!
