Awesome pool and lazy River !! Only 1 mile from Dollywood with trolley stop out front. Very clean and office staff was great as well.

We made early reservations for a 45’ RV towing. They put us in sight 208 on a corner. We had to wake neighbors to move their vehicles for us to be able to pull out. The cushions on the furniture were missing or too dirty to sit on. There was standing water all over the site when we had no rain. We understand it is kid friendly but staff does not monitor them riding through private site

We absolutely love this KOA! The pool is amazing and the staff were all so kind and helpful. It was very clean. They also was so much to do with little kids!

Great stay. Campground very clean and close to attraction shopping and restaurants. Loved being near Patriot park. Made it convenient for walking our dog and catching the trolley. Bath house was nice and pretty clean. For a busy campground was actually nice and quiet at night. Decent size lots with concrete ads and shade.

Love the campground and it's location. The only issue I have is the sites are relatively small for the size of camper when reservations are made.

Did our summer family trip with kids and grandkids and had a fabulous time. So much to do at campground that we didn’t need to go out and about. Grandkids loved lazy river and craft times with the staff. We come a couple of times a year and look forward to next visit. Highly recommended!

Had a long weekend and really enjoyed ourselves. We stayed at the campground more than usual due to the activities going on. Jennifer was great explained the ins and outs out the campground.

We were in the good side of the campground. The middle is to crowded and dangerous. Rules were only unforced by general text. Pool is small and no floats available for the lazy river. Not the best KOA.

We had a great time! I reserved a patio site for the first time and enjoyed the concrete and grass. Helps keep the RV clean. See you next time!

Friendly staff, but the sites are way too tight. Had to change sites because even after selecting all of the correct options online when we booked, the site we were assigned was too small to fit our camper. We watched almost every person that pulled in struggle to fit their rigs in the sites.

Should have stricter rules for kids on bikes/scooters. They pull out in front of cars, gold carts, etc.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed in the showers/ restrooms. Showers were very small and not clean along with having to go outside to the opposite side of the building for the sinks which were operated by motion and only had warm water. The WIFI was not working due to someone cut the wires on the property. When I inquired as to a reduced rate for the inconvenience I was told absolutely not.

The campground itself was good, however the internet service was nonexistent in site 115 which is a $167 a night upgraded spot, also the playground area needed some upkeeping, upon notifying the front office of internet issues was give a phone number to the provider to call them…what????? Seriously???…but in all we did enjoy the campground..

Very nice, clean and relaxing. Busy during summer. Lots of kids out playing, riding bikes and scooters, and a nice place to bring your dog.

We came with our 15 month old grandbaby for the first time. We enjoyed it but very upsetting that she couldn’t ride the kiddie train through the golf cart. That’s one of the main reasons we chose yall. They wouldn’t even let me ride with her. And also need some sidewalks between spots to the shower house and restrooms.

Space given was along major roadway and produced no stop noise morning afternoon and night. Also park did not offer propane filling

We stay at this location several times a year. The overall upkeep and appearance of the park has gradually declined.

Very crowded, kids riding electric scooters like maniacs not paying attention to people walking.

Crowded, too many sites for a small area. Trucks had to park in the road, which made difficult to pull trailer in and out. Noisy and roads are not marked for direction. Kids riding bikes are going to get run over.

This KOA is great! The spots are clean and level, the staff is friendly, and the location is perfect. You are close to everything and there is a trolley that stops in front of the KOA that will take you all over the city. Highly recommend this campground when in the Pigeon Forge area.

Took grand children camping for a few days. Loved all the activities and the pool is great. They were a little bummed the pillow wasn’t up for them to jump on but loved everything else.

The first day we where kept awake by all the kids right out side our tent. No supervision no workers doing anything 2 ND night. My camp 135 had a river runing in it with 5 in of standing water and a actual current running in it flooded my tent ripped the back side soaked everything i had my kids had everything I asked if I could use the dryer to dry a few things and was told no

Staff is extremely friendly. Campground is densely populated. Satellite shower facilities were dated, dark, dirty and surprisingly uncharacteristic of other KOA facilities where we have stayed.

Our stay was great. Love all the activities for the kids very friendly staff second time visiting this koa. We where able to get same camp site we had last time with paw pin very nice. Would have given 5 stars but the only thing we didn't like was the cars driving to fast thur the campground other than that it was great place to stay.

When I made the reservation over the phone I requested a full hookup site. When we got there, the site reserved was only water and electric. Very disappointed. The park was full. It was father's day weekend. So for the dates we were staying, there were no other sites available.

We loved the location of the campground. Very close to everything. The camp was relatively quiet and very clean. Our only complaint is that some guests did not clean up after their pets. We did notify the staff about this situation.

Fantastic location with easy access to Great Smokey Mountain NP and Dollywood. Facilites were clean and well maintained and staff is very friendly. The highlight was the pool with a lazy-river float layout. Fun!
