Sites and roads are small. When leaving early in the morning the neighbors vehicles could cause you to wait until they are up to move vehicles.

All was well, except one toilet in the office area bathroom was broke all week. The handle wouldn’t flush. I am sure someone on restroom duty knew this as it got flushed so I used it and again same thing wrong with it. Could see by the chart it was only looked once all day. Also, we had no power when we first got there. The worker said the breaker was shot.

Everyone is very welcoming and helpful. We were great full that they escorted us to our campsite and helped us get pulled into our spot.

Campground is convenient, clean, with helpful staff. Amenities were fantastic. Heated Pool with lazy river and hot tub were wonderful.

I stayed at site 120 for 2 nights on May 17,18 2026. Very disappointed when I asked twice to put the lights on outside above patio as we were leaving at 6 am morning of May 19 and really needed the lights as hooking up in dark ( sunrise was later). No one put lights on so I put the lights on both sides of our camp site enabling easier hook up!! Was very disappointed no one e listened.

This KOA is now rated my favorite campground! Amenities are amazing! Restrooms and showers were modern and clean. The location couldn't be beat. Right along the river and beside Patriot Park and the Trolley station. Access to the bike trail was our favorite part. We rode bikes for miles every day. So wish you weren't 9.5 hours away from us otherwise we would camp there several times per year.

This KOA is good. Lots of amenities and proximity to everything is good. Bathrooms are old except one new one but they all need upgrades. Certain sites flooring rainstorms and they should be levelled. Lots for kids to do which is good. Staff not too friendly. Some are but not all.

We love staying here. Everyone is so friendly, keep the area clean. Only place we will stay there. Lazy River is so nice.

It's a heavily used campground that's really showing it's age. Outside the public bathhouses smelled strongly of urine. Pet owners didn't always clean up after their dogs. Political flags shouldn't be allowed. Unprofessional and untrained staff members. Shelly could use a vacation herself.

This campground is perfectly located in Pigeon Forge to be able to take in all the beautiful, fun filled excursions.

Everything was great! Much better than I thought it might be given its location to the heavy tourist area of Pigeon Forge. We will definitely go back.

We had a wonderful back in site along the river. Our site gave us plenty of room. Staff is very friendly, we didn’t use the amenities, but we did look at the pool, etc. very nice. Very convenient location. Will stop in again when back in the area.

Noisy park, the site did not meet our expectations. We paid for a deluxe site and felt cramped, no shade. We had long walk to get to pool. We had a pet but not enough grass area #406. The trailor next to us was 4 ft from fire pit. trash run across the river woke us 2 nights with loud bangs 2-4am. While geese disrupted constant. Dogs next to us were left howling for hours. staff friendly, helpful.

We have stayed there several times and everything was great, until this time. When I booked our stay, there was an advertised “stay longer, get the 5th night free” which I did. Paid the deposit, but when I checked in and paid the balance, I was charged for all 5 nights, because I was told there was no sale when I booked. We were also re-billed for locking in sites that I paid for in advance.

Pool was fantastic. Facilities clean and well maintained - except game pieces for ladder ball and corn hole were missing/broken. Experienced a very rude interchange with staff over laundry machines and activities generally very disorganized (my husband had to keep fixing the movie screen while staff hung out in the back).

Beautiful site. Close to downtown. Trolley stop right outside entrance will take u anywhere but download the app 3 dollar pass for all day travel. Very nice folks. Very clean. Pool is sparkling clean also

It was a wonderful stay. All the staff were friendly, the campground was clean the facilities were clean and well kept. The pool was wonderful. Last but not least iyou had a good feeling just being there.

Dee checked us in. She was nice, helpful, & friendly. Lady over recreational part Tamra not sure that name is spelled correct. She was nice, helpful, and friendly too. She helped me with my die shirt. Simon and some others were over the duck race. They made it fun. Cornhole tournament Saturday night was fun & the staff was wonderful. Everyone had a good time. Thank you Koa Staff Pigeon Forge.

The people are so nice and friendly and the connection to the trolley being so near is very very convenient. A lot of nice amenities esp for children. Location is really perfect!

Great location right next to the Trolley Station. Great park right on the river great staff. The sites are a little close, but Pigeon Forge is a big destination so not unexpected

Great stay and super nice staff! Grounds are well kept. The only issue we had was trying to connect our water to the very low faucet, it was difficult with our filter.

Only issue is the closeness of other camping sites AND our site had goose poop all over. Host washed it off with a power washer, but kind of think that.ciuld have been done BEFORE we got here.

Excellent family vacation at the Pigeon Forge KOA. We shared a delux cabin with another family with small children and it worked perfectly, keeping our trip affordable while providing a lot of amenities for kids of all ages. The pool was clean and had plenty of chairs and space and all the restrooms and other shared areas were well upkept. The staff was also really friendly and responsive to any questions or needs. Would happily take my family back here.

We loved our stay at this KOA. I have to say it's one of the best KOAs for a kids. There are so many things to keep ur kids entertained. My son loved the park and the lazy river. The pool and lazy river is heated so it's open all year round!!!He loved the train ride and they also had move night. We will definitely come back.
