We had a problem with the 50amp service .the breaker kept tripping during the night.going out to reset the breaker I slipped on the unmoved wet grass and fell. The campground emergency number was full and we had to wait for maintenance to replace breakers in the morning.

Our site was very short for a 40’ camper although it stated on their website it was allowed. Our escort showed us where our site was then took off. We travel and stay in KOAs all over the country. This is the first time we were not given any help backing in. Just felt very unsupported.

Campground was nice but roads were very narrow. Made it difficult to get camper in and out of assigned space with traffic on road.

Sites are small and tight, wasn't crazy about it. But I realize that is my preference. We grew up in the country, the campground had a city feel and the kids seemed to be uncontrolled

While the park was quiet, the overcrowding was a turn off. We have stayed in several KOA parks, this was our first disappointment. Navigating the road to our site was a challenge because of all of the vehicles parked along the shoulder and oncoming traffic.

All staff was great, but there were some issues. The normal full hookup sites are far too close together. I could not walk in between my camper and my neighbors. Most people could not use their slide outs, could not put awnings out, even just turning into a campsite, I witnessed someone hit another person's car. We had no place for a dog, because there was no grass. We may not return due to this.

We arrived after the office closed and left before it opened. The late check in process was super easy, and the bathrooms were clean. We didn’t use any other facilities.

Has great potential but needs attention and loving care. Laundry furniture was all torn, workers child hung out there while Mom was working, sat there with my laundry the whole time, 2 dryers were occupied not running, only to discover it was a worker, they should not do this during work hours. Great site, but constant people cutting through. Sites with rock fixtures need new seats maybe plastic

No cable connection first day. No response to text messages to Night Host or front office. Had to go in personally to complain. WIFI terrible and we were 20ft from a WiFi antenna. Said trash was picked up twice a day. Only once in three days did that happen. We also paid for a premium site. Expect advertised amenities to actually work for the price paid.

We had a site that was next to a busy city street. Extremely noisy. This is an urban location. We cut our stay short.

Our site was unkempt with trash on it and weeds all around. The “grill” was old and leaning so bad that it wouldn’t be safe to use it. The patio furniture was clearly past its prime and had been repaired/repainted - should have been replaced. The bathrooms/shower rooms were very dirty with big fistful clumps of hair! If they were cleaned once a day, we never saw it. First KOA that is a firm

We’ve been coming to this KOA for over ten years now and we love it here still. Even though it’s a little more crowded, the staff do their best to keep it safe, clean & fun as it’s always been.

We have no complaints. The kids loved the pool and recreation area. Our site and bathhouses were adequate. The store was very nice as were the laundry facilities. We would definitely come back!

Great location and a really nice site. Loved the beautiful pool and hot tub. Playground area could use some maintenance (esp the gravity rider) but otherwise it was perfect.

Lovely campground! Very clean, friendly and helpful staff, nice pool area and easy to get to shuttle bus. Shower area is also very nice!

Very nice, clean campground. The sites are nice sized and the grounds are well kept. We try to stay there whenever we are traveling thru Tennessee.

Very expensive overnight 100.00 stay in an extremely crowded campground. We could barely get in & out of our narrow site. Sites jammed close together. Not up to koa standards.

The campground is well taken care of with plenty of activities. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The location was perfect. We had 2 families both with small kids under 10. We will definitely be back.

We ususally enjoy our stay at the PG KOA, not this trip. We were in site 210, felt ontop of our neighbors both side and back. The fire pit had 1 wood plank to sit on it was splintered, the other was completely missing. Campers who park trucks half in the street had to move so we could make the turn to get out. Would not stay in that site again.

Nice place however very tight to get your camper out without asking others to move their cars. Cars parked to far out in the street while trying to drive campers out.

The site was nice and we loved the pool. The staff could do a better job of watching the area. Neighbors left dogs in camper and they barked all day. Lots of beer bottles and trash left around pool area all the time. I know people should behave better but they just don’t today.

Nice campground. It was quiet even though it was full. Nice pool, doggy area. The only problem we had was a very small site and the septic was far away from the electrical.

Very nice camp grounds. Friendly staff, clean grounds with road side trash pick up daily. Informative with camp activities through text.

As always the workers were super helpful and nice and we loved the amenities! The hot tub water definitely could have been hotter and I wish the sites weren’t so tight. Overall it was a great night of camping!

This is a very clean and kid oriented canpground. My only complaint is how packed the sites are.

We have come here many many times! I absolutely love this environment , the employees, and all it has to offer. Especially for our kiddos! The only downfall is a couple of things: Two swings were broken The playground had trash on it The zip-line swing has been broken the last two times we have came Some of the playground equipment is torn where the climbing wall is The little brown planks that enclose the on the playground are all cracked Some of the little karts you can rent are also broken. It could just use a good loving and fixing. We spend a lot of time on the playground and that area as a whole. Like I said, those are the only negatives! We love this place and will always come back. The pool is amazing, camp store is awesome, crafts and activities are wonderful, and we love the jump pillow.

Absolutely the best KOA we have ever been to. Staff is great, the location is perfect, and the amenities are the best. The pool and hot tub are nice. They have gaga ball, the blob, a playground, gem mining, a little train, bike rentals, and more. It's not going to give you the "deep woods camping" vibe because it's situated next to a busy road, but that's not what we were looking for this time, so we were happy. It is fenced in nicely, so I didn't feel the need to worry about my kids running around. We will definitely be back.
