Overall, the campground is very well kept. We especially love the Halloween weekend activities as well as the playground areas and heated pool! Lots to do with kiddos.

Our family always has the best time at this KOA! The grounds are always well kept, the staff goes above and beyond, and there are always plenty of activities for the kiddos. Thanks for a wonderful 6 night stay-5 stars all the way. Can’t wait already for my annual birthday trip next October!

Our RV site was great. We arrived at night and it was a slightly difficult to see the numbers for the sites. Maybe some street lights would help.

We stayed five days here. We have a 38 ft fifth wheel, These sites are not long enough for your rig. They need to fill the huge holes on site that filled with rain made a muddy mess.

Even with a site mix-up, the office staff did a wonderful job of making everything right for us. We actually ended up in the hookup we originally wanted, that wasn’t available when we originally booked. Thank you!

This is a very nice clean campground that is close to most things you would want to do in the area. Its close proximity to the public transit station was very helpful for going to Dollywood $3 for an all day ticket sure beats the $25 parking. My only complaint is its very tight and when they don't make people park in their site it can get even tighter. I would stay here again.

The campground was nice but the RV spots were so close together and it made it very hard to pull our 34ft trailer in. On every corner there are huge boulders that make it impossible to make the turns easily and the site numbers are just painted on the road made it impossible to find at night. We saw many campers struggling to find their site at night. I’d recommend lighted poles with the sites.

We loved this place! Plenty of activities for our 8 year old! Pool was great too! Since it is on the Pigeon Forge trolley route, there is hardly a need to drive anywhere (the trolley system is excellent btw). Hope to come again soon!

Only issue is the closeness of other camping sites AND our site had goose poop all over. Host washed it off with a power washer, but kind of think that.ciuld have been done BEFORE we got here.

Excellent family vacation at the Pigeon Forge KOA. We shared a delux cabin with another family with small children and it worked perfectly, keeping our trip affordable while providing a lot of amenities for kids of all ages. The pool was clean and had plenty of chairs and space and all the restrooms and other shared areas were well upkept. The staff was also really friendly and responsive to any questions or needs. Would happily take my family back here.

We loved our stay at this KOA. I have to say it's one of the best KOAs for a kids. There are so many things to keep ur kids entertained. My son loved the park and the lazy river. The pool and lazy river is heated so it's open all year round!!!He loved the train ride and they also had move night. We will definitely come back.
