Great campground visit there every year. Staff are so friendly! However, this year they did not provide cable tv. When we asked about it we were told they improved their Wi-Fi so now it is easy to stream movies and such and that is what they expect you to do. But what if that is not what you want?? Cable tv stations are preferable to us!

Every time we visit Pigeon Forge, we stay at the KOA. Love the accommodations and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Clean facility with everything we need.

Loved our stay. It was our first camping trip. The campground was clean and everyone was friendly. Our spot was great, spacious, with patio and fire pit. It was so enjoyable that we can’t wait to go back in April.

I had a wonderful stay, and even extended for two additional nights. The park is clean and active with friendly staff and friendly guests, and with the Great Smokey Mountain Church of Christ right next door, I had a fantastic group of Christians to visit with. I will look forward to my next visit.

very clean facilities. Staff was helpful, and my spot, along the Patriot Park side was great. Neighbor's dog barked aggressively and would set off all the other camp-dogs.

We always stay here at the Pigeon Forge KOA!! Our son loves the daily activities and the pool on site and the location is perfect!! Staff is so friendly and helpful and all the amenities are very well maintained! This is the best place to camp and stay for a fun filled Smoky Mountain adventure!

Although we were given a 30% discount with this stay, I think the prices of this campground is still too high. We found out when we got here that there was no longer cable which was not appreciated. Not everyone streams! The campground needs better upkeep. Broken sewer caps, no doggie bags in all of the containers. Garbage pickup at 6 was not picked up when I put it out at 5:10. Need better upkeep

Great facility with lots of amenities. Everything was spotlessly clean and the staff were on top of everything. Great location within a five minute walk to restaurants, shops and the trolley station.

This was our fourth time at KOA Pigeon Forge. We like that we are close to all our needs and really do not need to leave the property even though there are lots to do outside of campgrounds! The camp hosts are so pleasant when you check in or shop the store! The camp staff that work on the grounds and direct you to your site are just as pleasant and all are glad you are there! Will be back!

This time the park was not up to standard. The site had water and mud runoff , bathrooms were not cleaned. I have stayed here several times before and it just did not meet the previous standards.

Wonderful place to stay!! Great customer service!! Nearby attractions (Walking distance) activities (For the children), local trails (Bike trails), all that are easy to access from the campground. We were fortunate to be there for Halloween and to stay of the town Christmas lights. We were booked for one week. I stayed two. And wish I could have stayed much longer. THANK YOU!

Just across the bridge from Pigeon Forge. Free shuttle there and to Gatlinburg. Costly at over $100 for a small site. Heavy machinery was working about 25’ from our site during two days+ during our stay, far into the night.

Stayed a couple of nights. Not the first time staying here. We like it because it connects to the greenway directly. Everything is clean and comfortable. Only complaint are the tiny toilets in the bath house.

Only gave 2 stars because the staff were friendly and the bathrooms clean. Paid for the upgraded river side spot for 5 nights and had no sewer for 2 of the 5 nights, including the last night and morning we were leaving. Of course this meant I couldn’t dump tanks before leaving. Spoke to the office staff about a partial refund and was told the manger would contact me. So far crickets.

This was our second year in a row going at the exact same time. This year we decided to pay and get a premium camping spot, which would include the paw pen & stone camp fire ring. Neither were usable, informed the front desk who sent a guy and confirmed my problems but couldn’t fix anything but would tell management. Brought it up again but nobody cares to talk about my stay.

Everything was real nice after we got through all the rain and mud. It would be nice to have some gravel added where parking vehicle. Great location and easy to get in and out.

We were only in town for the Dollywood Light the Way fundraiser, and all of us wished we were going to stay longer. We LOVED the lazy river, the hot tub, and the fire in the evening. Everyone was accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. The campsite was just what we needed. The bathhouse and restrooms were clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back and will bring more family. Thank you!

Only issue is the closeness of other camping sites AND our site had goose poop all over. Host washed it off with a power washer, but kind of think that.ciuld have been done BEFORE we got here.

Excellent family vacation at the Pigeon Forge KOA. We shared a delux cabin with another family with small children and it worked perfectly, keeping our trip affordable while providing a lot of amenities for kids of all ages. The pool was clean and had plenty of chairs and space and all the restrooms and other shared areas were well upkept. The staff was also really friendly and responsive to any questions or needs. Would happily take my family back here.

We loved our stay at this KOA. I have to say it's one of the best KOAs for a kids. There are so many things to keep ur kids entertained. My son loved the park and the lazy river. The pool and lazy river is heated so it's open all year round!!!He loved the train ride and they also had move night. We will definitely come back.
