The campground was clean and very nice patios. We booked a “river site” & no one informed us at check in the city was doing construction DIRECTLY behind the sites so we heard construction vehicles @ 7am on week days & semi trucks are unloading supplies @ 3am on weekends at a shopping ctr behind the campground. Not one quiet night of the 5 we stayed. It would’ve been nice to be offered anothe

Campground very nice, staff very friendly. We stayed in site# 207. Plenty of room for our 35' motorhome with towing. Bath house very nice and clean. Definitely recommend.

Spaces too close. Loud and obnoxious campers but I can’t blame that on PF KOA. Last night someone came in at 3:15AM. Made an intolerable amount of noise. Too many dogs barking and left unattended. Next time I’ll go back to the one near Pittman Center. Much quieter and more room.

Accessibility issues with our site due to tree roots causing unsafe surface. An accessible site was requested but this site did not meet ADA standards and was unsafe for able bodied persons. Closeness to Dollywood was a plus! Restrooms were relatively clean. Didn’t feel like front desk took my concern’s seriously only saying she would let operational mgr aware. A discount would have been nice.

We have returned to this campground for many years now. It’s alway very clean and well maintained. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Many great site options to choose from. The river sites are ourfavorite.

Beautiful place!!! Staff was amazing and so friendly. So much stuff to do for the kids. The golf cart that pulled the kids carts behind it and the playground was amazing. Kids were able to ride their bikes around the whole campground. Easy check in and out. Will be back again.

We had a great and relaxing time during our stay at the Pigeon Forge KOA. It is clean, staff is friendly, and you are so convenient to everything.

The campsite we were given was so small the campers behind us were within 2 feet of ours. The campground is completely dark at night and felt very unsafe. The dog park was also completely dark and very small. We traveled across the country last summer and stayed in KOA campgrounds and expected the same quality but we were disappointed. We will not be staying here again.

We only stayed one night on our way to a horse show, but we will likely come back when we can stay a few days and explore the area.

Overall good stay but the staff’s barking dogs were a big distractor. Also the cost keeps rising and doesn’t seem to be getting more value for the higher prices. Investment back into the older sites with fire pits that are in need of repair would be good.

Most people were not cleaning up after their pets. I stepped in dog poop every night walking from 201 to 21. People parking on side of road made it hard to get in and out when pulling in or out. An hour delay for us getting in was not a good first impression, but other than that everything was good. Yes, we will stay there again. Could you tell me when the least business time is there?

Cable did not work our whole stay. I did report it twice but was never contacted back. Our paw pen site was nice, but the pen was far away and you had to walk through the landscape mulch to get to it. Makes for messy dogs. I did recommend that some sort of pathway should be made. Also we had people using our pen instead of the dog park. Would recommend some sort of larger sign that this is private

The office staff was so helpful when I reserved my site and when we needed help with finding local attractions. Our site was tight , our fault, and the grounds were well maintained. Perfect location to access the bike path to "The Island" and to many attractions.

One of the nicest KOA’s that we’ve stayed in and we’ve stayed in a lot in the last 7 years! Very clean and I love that you have Gene! He made it easy to get around town. Thanks for the great stay!!!

Terrible water pressure at RV sites. Unreliable, weak wifi. Very tight sites, crowded & noisy. Nice big dog park but dog poop everywhere, so could barely walk in it. We have dogs & always pick up after them, didn't even want to walk them it was so gross with other people letting their dogs poop all over, even on other peoples sites:(

We really enjoyed out stay. The campgrounds are clean and well taken care of. Some of the turns are alittle tight but we had no problems maneuvering. We wi stay there afain, Close to trolley and Old Mill shops and resturants.

Great campground that shows they are truly invested into constant improvements for the guests. We were there 2 years ago and the number of improvements to the sites and ammenities blew me away. The staff is amazing as well. Highly recommend them for your next stay.

Clean, pleasant staff, location close to many tourist attractions. Been to this location 3 times and always enjoy my stay. Will continue to camp here in the future.

The staff was great, the site was great, the only issue was that our firepit was in disarray and busted. Still usable but in need of repairs.

This is a very clean and kid oriented canpground. My only complaint is how packed the sites are.

We have come here many many times! I absolutely love this environment , the employees, and all it has to offer. Especially for our kiddos! The only downfall is a couple of things: Two swings were broken The playground had trash on it The zip-line swing has been broken the last two times we have came Some of the playground equipment is torn where the climbing wall is The little brown planks that enclose the on the playground are all cracked Some of the little karts you can rent are also broken. It could just use a good loving and fixing. We spend a lot of time on the playground and that area as a whole. Like I said, those are the only negatives! We love this place and will always come back. The pool is amazing, camp store is awesome, crafts and activities are wonderful, and we love the jump pillow.
