We were in 54a and you guys put a 50a camper in the site next to us with only 2 30a plugs. The only adapter they had to make there’s work used both the hookups. When we texted the night service number, no one got back to us till the next morning. Also we mainly only stayed there for the HEATED pool, and that was broken along with the “zip line” on the playground.

I would have given a 5 but the pool heater was hot. The pool was the reason we chose that campground. We actually rented a hotel that had a pool. We spoke to staff. They said come in before 4pm, we show up oh they left for the day. That happened 3 times. So we kind of felt the manager was dodging us. All we wanted was either a few bucks of firewood or a discount on my stay.

My main reason for 4 stars is because the sewer taps on my site are way to high above the ground. Every time I had to drain my holding tanks I had to lift my hose up and down to drain the tanks and my hose which you shouldn't have to do. The morning we left it took me almost 2 hours to drain all 3 tanks and flush my black tank. Other than that it's a nice camp ground.

The bathhouse next to site 154 is in horrible shape and it’s clear no investment has been made in years. Doors that won’t close, fixtures missing from walls, etc. a really poor situation. One other note, we saw several larger fifth wheels having to risk their rigs to squeeze into back ins. Rocks, trees etc made these sites unsafe for all but small units. This place needs attention soon!

Great KOA. Would HIGHLY recommend. Bathrooms are outstanding. Very clean, the water hot, showers have pressure and lots of them. Sites are larger than most. Staff is great and very helpful and friendly.

We had a patriot park back in site with pergola and was really surprised at the room and overall condition of the site. Will definitely be back!

This in the perfect area for easy walk to the islands and the old mill and public transportation at the patriot park. To view the area could not ask for a better location. The camp was clean and hard KOA personal showing present in the Park throughout the day. Very clean. The people who work here were always pleasant and welling to help.Very good place to visit. We will be back.

Our favorite campground!! The location is great, you are close to attractions but still have a great campground feel. Love the campground store and the staff is always amazing! Our campsite was very spacious, love the fire pit and the patio furniture.

My husband and I had a great stay at KOA Pigeon Forge. We camped in our van for the first time and was definitely stressed about the whole thing but the staff made everything very easy and the lay out of our site was perfect. Definitely met and exceeded our expectations and we look forward to staying with KOA again!

An all time favorite of ours! We had a back in site so the Christmas lights on Patriots Park provided a beautiful view from our RV. Staff and grounds exceptional. Good communication by text. We will be back year after year.

Desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Bathrooms/showers very nice and clean. Close within walking distance to a lot. First time trying Trolley to Dollywood, was so quick and easy.

We LOVE KOA Pigeon Forge. It peaceful, yet close to everything we like to do. The employees are so helpful and friendly and its clean. We have been 2 years in a row now and we WILL definitely be returning!

Being December, it was perfect for two senior adults. It was quiet, clean, the staff was incredibly friendly (we loved the text message system they have to keep in touch with campers) and we enjoyed the fireworks from Dollywood. The location is perfect for hopping on the trolley and walking to the Old Mill.

Great Folks, Our power had an issue and it was literally fixed in an Hour.. Impressive because moving would have been a Hassle. Check in always smooth and I love the location!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Pigeon Forge KOA. The bathroom/shower facilities were conveniently located, clean and good hot water for showers. Close to local attractions and Trolley pickup was at the entrance of campground. The KOA office had a good selection of supplies and the staff were friendly and answered our questions.

We stayed in one of the spots next to Patriot park which was very nice. Easy to walk to Old Mill or the trolly station. The problem is the roads in the park are very narrow and the other spots are close together. Luckily the park was pretty empty when we got there and there was no one parked across from my spot. I had to swing my truck off the road into the other spots to get my camper in place.

The campground itself is nice. But the noise was nearly unbearable. There was middle of the night noise coming from across the river in bright lights. There was garbage truck noise. Then there was all day long leaf blowing noise. yesterday. It's in town, not a quiet place to be.

Had a good last of the year get away. Would be so nice if there was gravel or asphalt put in all of the muddy puddles in the drive ways. River front sites on the site 221 area are very tight for parking with larger campers and trucks. Wifi upgrade is nice. Campground staff are super friendly and helpful. We will be back!!!

2 camp spots down took their dog for a “walk” and let it choose the vacant spot next to us to do it’s business and then they walked off and left it to stink as we were outside. Yesterday afternoon we received a mass text saying clean up after your pets so I guess we weren’t the only ones aggravated. Thank you PF KOA for staying on top of things!!! Only issue is the closeness of other camping sites AND our site had goose poop all over. Host washed it off with a power washer, but kind of think that.ciuld have been done BEFORE we got here.

Excellent family vacation at the Pigeon Forge KOA. We shared a delux cabin with another family with small children and it worked perfectly, keeping our trip affordable while providing a lot of amenities for kids of all ages. The pool was clean and had plenty of chairs and space and all the restrooms and other shared areas were well upkept. The staff was also really friendly and responsive to any questions or needs. Would happily take my family back here.

We loved our stay at this KOA. I have to say it's one of the best KOAs for a kids. There are so many things to keep ur kids entertained. My son loved the park and the lazy river. The pool and lazy river is heated so it's open all year round!!!He loved the train ride and they also had move night. We will definitely come back.
