Called last minute, as we weren't sure of arrival date. Requested two nights the weekend before Thanksgiving, got in. Park is beautiful, staff was excellent! Camp store staff was very helpful with information we were looking for, about attractions and things we wanted to see. Hope to stay again soon.

All was good except the bath house closest to us was not easily accessible without cutting through vacant sites. If the campground was full the bath house would be difficult to get to. The campers next to us had three large dogs that they did not pick up after. Fortunately the KOA took care of the problem.

The only part that was a little different for us was the very busy road in the front of the campground. One morning a large garbage truck was at the businesses across the street before 6am and was very loud. The street traffic is very loud early in the morning on weekdays. Obviously nothing the campground can do about it but it is something to consider for sure. Great staff and communication.

Probably the best campground in Tennessee &. Close to everything in town, walk to the river or the old mill village, ride the trolley all day for three dollars!

We had a great time. We tie dyed shirts and painted ceramics. We swam in the lazy River, went in the hot tub. We road our bikes all around. There is so much to do. Very nice staff. We will be back.

The Patriot Park sites are perfect for our big rig and dog. Very conveniently located to area activities. Very, very nice!

Dark walking path going to Patriot Park. We stayed in site #112 which has a personal pet area designated for our site but other campers used it, not marked well at all. Should have told us about the construction that was going on, very disturbing, they started working at 7:00 am, thought it was very inconsiderate!

Cable is terrible. Picture nothing but snow. Could only actually watch 3 channels. WIFI signal is weak. We could connect while outside RV but could not stay connected inside. Campsite itself is excellent!!

I thought a patio site would have extra room. Only 4' between our slide & neighbor's slide, way too cramped. The "normal" sites had tons of room between. Employee camping area that overlooked our site: Lady had two dogs that barked all day long when she was not there. Trash not picked up in evening. The permanent stone chairs at the fire pit are uncomfortable & can't be moved to use own chairs.

Went midweek which was perfect traffic and people wise .. Nov 8-16. We did however need to move our spot ! We were in the front by the traffic and it was so loud , couldn’t sleep , had 3 fans going to mute some of the noise ! They were kind enough to move us to the back once a spot was available! We were in 181 those numbers are in the front ! 2nd spot was 205, so quite :) bathroom super clean

Great campground with an extremely helpful staff. I’d give it 5 stars if it weren’t for the terrible Wi-Fi. My speed never was higher than 7 mbps and it had nothing to do with bandwidth because I tested the speed at all hours.

Perfect family campground for exploring the kid friendly area and visiting Dollywood. Trolley is conveniently located next door to the campground.

This is our favorite campsite now! Within walking distance to The Mill Restaurant and so many other fun places! Even a craft show right down the street!!! Our dogs loved running in the fenced in dog area. Already planning the next trip!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I'll preface this by saying we had to leave after only one night, however...During this trip we stayed at 4 different KOAs, at each we stayed in their version of a deluxe/fancy patio. The Pigeon Forge patio site was without a doubt the worst; skimpy, old furniture, a grill from the 1950's and tiny. Too many spaces jammed into a small area.

Nice campground!! Was very neat and tidy through our entire stay. I rented a premium site with the stone and pergola and it was fantastic. We had some campfires and spent some time under the pergola and it was very nice.

Section we stayed in this trip had roomy sites. Dog barking and no leashes is off the charts lately. (Everywhere not just KOA) would love a dog free section in campgrounds. Seemed a little short staffed, But grounds were nicely kept and in working order.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean park, activities every day for the kids, and heated pool kept open in Nov, which was fantastic since it was in the 70s! Of course, it is the perfect location, just 2 minutes from the main Pigeon Forge strip. Thanks for an awesome stay!

The staff was awesome with the little interaction we had. The downfall of this campground is the space. We ran into traffic on the way but thankfully made it in time for an employee to direct us to our site. 2 separate guests had to move in order for us to be able to back in. Had we arrived later this would have been impossible to back into. The sites are very small and need additional space.

We stayed two nights 11/10-11/12, Veterans Day Weekend, in site W with a small motor home. Everything was perfect. Staff was very helpful. The Veterans Day Dinner was delicious and such a wonderful tribute for our veterans. Also, this KOA is right on the Trolly Line, with a dedicated route to Dollywood, where they drop you off at the front gate. We will definitely be back!

I don't like rating this low. It's a lovely campground with very nice employees. My issue is the fact that yall don't limit the number of dogs on a site. We were beside someone who brought 6 dogs. That is ridiculous. I get being dog friendly. We love our dogs as well but it feels like being dog friendly is becoming more important than your customers. Hearing alot of barking isn't relaxing.

This is a very clean and kid oriented canpground. My only complaint is how packed the sites are.

We have come here many many times! I absolutely love this environment , the employees, and all it has to offer. Especially for our kiddos! The only downfall is a couple of things: Two swings were broken The playground had trash on it The zip-line swing has been broken the last two times we have came Some of the playground equipment is torn where the climbing wall is The little brown planks that enclose the on the playground are all cracked Some of the little karts you can rent are also broken. It could just use a good loving and fixing. We spend a lot of time on the playground and that area as a whole. Like I said, those are the only negatives! We love this place and will always come back. The pool is amazing, camp store is awesome, crafts and activities are wonderful, and we love the jump pillow.

Absolutely the best KOA we have ever been to. Staff is great, the location is perfect, and the amenities are the best. The pool and hot tub are nice. They have gaga ball, the blob, a playground, gem mining, a little train, bike rentals, and more. It's not going to give you the "deep woods camping" vibe because it's situated next to a busy road, but that's not what we were looking for this time, so we were happy. It is fenced in nicely, so I didn't feel the need to worry about my kids running around. We will definitely be back.
