blessing. we had alot of trouble with the shower and trying to get it up to hot even after letting it run for awhile. we also could have used more interaction with housekeeping. we were kinda at a loss of where dirty towels were to be placed and we needed the sheets replaced and didn't know how to ask. we'll bring our own the next time

This is only the second time we have stayed at this location and it has been nothing but outstanding. We have now stayed with and with out our children and have truly enjoyed our stays. The bathrooms and showers are always clean. We also misplaced our dog's leash, conveniently the store at the KOA has a section for pet needs as well. Definity will return for future trips.

The cabin was wonderful! The campgrounds in general were very tidy and welcoming! And the two wonderful women at the front desk were friendly, welcoming, and cracking jokes and being actual people!

Attending the IGES Gift Show each year and choose KOA. It is perfect to come back and stay in a private cabin and sit out by a fire instead of a hotel. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT.

We stayed in a pet friendly cabin while visiting Dollywood. It was updated and comfortable! Better lighting on the pathway to the cabin(#3) for night is recommended. My husband fell on the pathway stones. Everyone was friendly and helpful during our stay.

We woke up first morning to no water pressure or hot water in our cabin. Office moved us to another cabin. Other than that problem cabins where very clean and office very helpful.

Bathrooms were very dirty only one working stall in the men’s room. Trash collection never came in the 4 days of our stay.

We had cabin 316, very nice. When I got up Saturday morning to shower, I had no hot water. I called the number for help. The young man told me to use the bath house. I told him I didn't pay for the convenience of the bath house, I wanted hot water here. Well, he came over and found that the propane tank was turned off. Do yall not check these things out?

Over all its nice, I stay at this location a lot every month. The people that work this location are rock stars. I was not very happy about the last visit. I was in #169 and the bed was not cozy, I had to park a distance from my cabin, bathrooms where not even close. I do not wish to stay in this cabin ever again, I am a VIP member that stays at least 4 times a month and I never had any issue.

I enjoyed my weekend at KOA Pigeon Forge..I rented a cabin. With no bathroom.. I won't rent that again. I am single woman. The bed was very uncomfortable..mattress was worn and as bad as sleeping on the ground..I had friends who were in their campers..

Staff very friendly! Upgraded from tent site to cabin. Nice little hut! Restroom clean. 2 of the 4 showers had very slow drainage and water puddled on the floor. Still a nice place to stay!

Excellent experience staying at KOA! Everyone was very accommodating and very helpful with any need that arose. I’ve stayed at this campground since I was a young child and it’s always a very good stay!! Many wonderful memories made here as a child and with my kids and grandkids .

Beautiful sites with trees. Camping cabins are beautifully landscaped. Will be visiting again. Would rather stay in one of the cabins vice a local hotel.

The staff first of all is amazing them alone would give me a reason to want to return year after year add on the beautiful grounds the close proximity to everything and it's my go-to every time I visit the area the only not so great thing I might have is that the cabins are a little bit pricey but all in all amazing and it won't you turn me from returning

We stayed in the same cabin as two years ago. Two years ago it was fresh and new. The low quality of the build is now showing. The whole building is tipped and twisted from settling. The doors don't operate properly because of the tipping. Drawers don't close, again because of the tipping. Wear is showing on several items, like the couch and the grill. No pans at a

The campground was easy to locate and check-in was a breeze. The staff were helpful, letting us know about campground amenities and trolley information, as well as guiding us to our cabin. The cabin appeared clean but smelled awful. Bathouse was clean with hot water and ample water pressure. Heated pool was a plus. Overall a decent experience.

We've been coming to this campground every year for the last 3 years and we absolutely love it! We're never disappointed. The amenities are always clean and working well. The accommodations are always perfect and enjoyable. The staff is always friendly! We have recommended it to many family and friends and have actually had family come stay as well. Always a wonderful experience!

After booking my stay and seeing a 25% off for another night, I extended. Calling the office locally, I explained I needed to come in late but to please honor my reservation. Getting to the campground with myself & my special young adult at 1:30 (my reservation was night before), Sarah had us stay and we were checked in at 3:10 instead. Buying firewood and supplies I was told she would keep it.

Loving the location, pool, hot tub this was a good vacation. After our 2.5 hr delay in cking in due to “a tech error” & Sarah cking us in after 3, we depressed. James n Ashley- staff were so good! What a great KOA! We stayed in one of the cabins, it came with a fridge, microwave and tv. The KOA is really right in town, although you could never tell! We had a deck that looked over the campground and it was a great place to have our meals. The Bath House/Restrooms were kept very clean, as well as the entire campground. The entire staff was wonderful and very helpful! We will be back!!

We love koa in Pigeon Forge. We stay 2 -3 times a year. The stuff is always friendly and helpful. The cabin smelled really nice and clean when we arrived.

We had the best time camping at Pigeon Forge KOA. There is so much to do there and we didn't get half what we wanted to do. We will make this trip again next year! The campground had a little bit of everything you need. My dogs were happy in their dog park. They ran off energy. I used my own shower but only negative I can say is because it'sa huge park they had one building for co Ed showers and hubby ran out of hot water. Not stopping us from coming again! We had a blast!

This is a very clean and kid oriented canpground. My only complaint is how packed the sites are.
