Every time we camp on site 137 or 138 it rains and those sites flood. We love the location but the flooding is an issue.

My husband and I had a wonderful vacation here. The office staff was great. The maintenance guys were also very nice. The cabin was comfy. We had a small hole(crack) in floor and we just covered it with a rug to keep out cold air. We will stay again. The bathhouse with individual showers need outside doors to close more airtight. We still enjoyed your campground anyway. Little things can be fixed

We absolutely love this place! It was our third time staying, and we will be back! Bathrooms and cabins are always so clean and all the staff always have big smiles on their face! Great people and place! 10 stars!

Campground and staff was wonderful, however the bed in cabin 306 was a nightmare. We acutally cut our trip in half by not wanting to sleep in that bed another night. I would definataley recommend the campground, just not the bed in Cabin 306

I called to extend our stay one night and discussed that we would have a late arrival. I asked TWICE about linens for the cabin. When we got there, not one linen in sight. Had to sleep on the nasty rubber mattresses. All we got in return was “oh, sorry”

The men’s bathroom was not cleaned as it usually was and the women’s bathroom was out of hand soap. The bath house in general was not as clean as it usually is and the shower room are in need of repair. Our cabin had a bad light and broken curtain rod. We have used this KOA several times and I think instead of putting money in all the deluxe cabins, do not forget to invest in the bath houses.

We loved the cabin. It was what we needed and nicer than expected. However, the bath houses for that area of the campground were the absolute worst we have ever seen. Disgusting was an understatement. The showers had standing water, and were filthy!! The bathrooms were outdated and the floors were dirty the entire stay. We have been camping for 18 years, this was the worst by far.

Great Staff but the park is CROWDED , worn out and very hard to manuver in . Taking out a third of the spaces would help. Also the showers are dark and need to be retiled badly

We had a good time. Love the amenities offered. The only thing that we had a issue with was the cabin gutters. We had a light rain and the gutters were packed with leaves. When the rain stopped the gutters dripped for hours right on the bedroom roof and it was very hard to sleep. Other than that all was good. Will be back.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin over Thanksgiving week. The camp ground is in a prime location. The cabin was very clean. It was equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely be staying again next Thanksgiving.

Bathrooms are nasty. No soap or dead batteries in the automated towels and soap dispensers. Fix all the water leaks on the toilets and faucets.

This was our 2 trip to this KOA site. We have already booked a cabin for 2024. Our grown children camp or rent and we all come at the same time. I enjoy the convenience of where it's located and the employees are very helpful and have always been very nice. This year there was a burn ban and that was a little upsetting for the trip but we completely understood the reasons.

Thrilled with all the improvements, however a little disappointed with DC2 cabin. Both mattresses worn out made our back hurt. Front door facing looks like east access to break in.

Excellent location, very convenient walking access to Patriot Park, nearby restaurants, and trolley to Dollywood. Very nice amenities in the camping cabin. Will plan to visit again very soon!

we stayed in your cabin with no bath or kitchen cabin is ok but the one we had this time no water faucet but close to bath house that was good we just got water from empty camp site plan on coming back later on

We had the best time camping at Pigeon Forge KOA. There is so much to do there and we didn't get half what we wanted to do. We will make this trip again next year! The campground had a little bit of everything you need. My dogs were happy in their dog park. They ran off energy. I used my own shower but only negative I can say is because it'sa huge park they had one building for co Ed showers and hubby ran out of hot water. Not stopping us from coming again! We had a blast!
