I'm not sure the floors in the deluxe camping cabins ever get mopped. Every time I stay in one my socks show the dirt. They have been swept, but apparently not mopped.

As a VIP KOA customer who has stayed at KOAs across this entire country, I was very shocked and disappointed to find that the unusual access requirements to my rental cabin had NOT been disclosed on the website so as to make an informed cabin decision. As a senior with less than average mobility, know that I would need to pull all belongings up/down hills in a cart to get to my cabin was important

OH MY GOODNESS! I can't say enough good things about this campground!!! We stayed here during the weekend for the New Years Eve celebrations. Our Deluxe Cabin was so clean and cozy with all of the amenities included. Our 3yr old and 8yr old loved the little bunk beds. Our bed was SOOOO comfortable also.This place is so family friendly as well as the staff. We will be returning and recommend them!

Very clean campground! Just wish they could upgrade the mattresses in the cabin just couldn’t get a good nights sleep I wasn’t the only in my group that had this issue! Other than that clean ! Pool was great warm !!

First time ever we were disappointed starting with the cabin was not ready at check in time.shower house at store/office only one shower was more than a drizzle of water shower no water pressure faucet was wobbly from wall. Was dirty.The cabin next to us left dog for hours and dog bark intire time. was unable to rest so much noise.

We rented two cabins that sleep 6 for a week and were very satisfied! Rooms were clean, location was great, and loved the facilities for our dogs!

Everybody was very friendly and I really enjoyed my stay. Just want to make a suggestion for the deluxe cabin we stayed in. We are two old people and have some trouble climbing. There weren't many steps to climb to get into our cabin, but the railing is such that it is hard to hold onto while climbing up or down. It is very wide and it would be helpful if there were a bar along the top to hold.

This was not the cabin we booked online. It was very cold in the cabin, the toilet seat was cracked, the bed was curved we almost rolled off, some lights were burnt out, the shower head barely put out water. We would not stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay. We feel safe at the campground. The cabin we stayed in had a small hot water tank. My shower was always cold before I finished. Some wear on cabinets in bathroom. One mattress was comfortable. Bunk bed mattress was not comfortable. Overall we enjoy the campground.

When I booked the cabins I was told that there would be 1 cabin between me and my parents. There was 1 cabin # but there was 2 cabins and down the hill from each other. When we asked about switching there was very little attempt to help, was just told there was nothing I can do. There also is no labeled parking spots for each cabin. The cabin next to us was parked where I had 6" each side to park.

The restroom shower house near us had issues. Showers were never hot, just warm. Urinal out of action. Dripping fawcet, I tried more than 6 ti es to stop it, Toilets were small, uncomfortable annd cheap. Over bathroom needed work. There are so many options in the area, the likelihood of us returning to KOA are very small.

We had an enjoyable stay in Cabin 301. The layout was great for two people and it was CLEAN, a must criteria for us. Being a senior person I would have preferred a 2 recliner set up over the pull out couch but I understand the reasoning by KOA. The Trolley Station and Old Mill Area were just a short walking distance so that was a big plus. Yes, we would and probably will stay again.

Stay was fantastic!! Staff is super nice and cabin was cute and clean. Love the patio area with fire pit at the cabin and at the pool! Only one issue and it isnt huge but both times we have stayed in a cabin DC3 and then DC4 the people staying in a different cabin were parked in the spot for our cabin. It is clear if you look at cabin area layout but apparently folks are missing/ignoring it.

Cabin was lovely and the staff were so very helpful. Christian (?) helped us with another cabin when the one reserved was too far away for us. Kelsey helped us with an item that was left behind. Wonderful stay for our anniversary week getaway.

Love that my cabin is always extremely clean and stocked (I’ve stayed here 3 yrs in a row or more). Never had a negative exchange with visitors or personnel. Please don’t change a thing!!!

The staff were all very welcoming and informative. The tiny house was cute but we struggled with the heat settings since the thermostats do not have actual numbers - we were either freezing or hot the entire stay. The cleaning could also have been a bit better -- we found blood on the side of the toilet and the floors were dusty. We enjoyed the swing rollercoaster and playground.

Did not like that they started charging parking for second car .then they wanted you to park the second car in the over flow. Other than that the stay was great

Was disappointed in the cleanliness. We actually swept and dusted before taking in luggage. Cabin stayed cold at night due to the crack around the door being so big. Plus Heater/AC filter and fins were caked with dirt. I cleaned them as good as I could. The setting of 77 degrees still did not completely warm the cabin at night. The staff we encountered was helpful and professional.

A most gracious welcome form the front office upon our arrival, the facilities were wonderful and most efficient for our needs on this family trip to Pigeon Forge. I would highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to enjoy this area.

Rented a cabin and was Extremely disappointed with the staff doing the scheduling. We came in a group renting 2 cabins and when we booked them, we were told that they could not put us side by side but the best they could do is one cabin apart. When we arrived, we found out that there were 4 cabins separating us. We had a small child that were had to transport back and forth thru the cold and rain!

This is our 5th year staying at this KOA, our first time in the deluxe cabins. The cabins were beautiful and perfect for 2 adults and 2 pups. The furniture wasn’t in the greatest shape, and I wish the wording was updated in the listing. The studio cabins do not overlook patriot park since the new tram station was built. It was very noisy. We also had issues with the floor heaters overheating.

We had the best time camping at Pigeon Forge KOA. There is so much to do there and we didn't get half what we wanted to do. We will make this trip again next year! The campground had a little bit of everything you need. My dogs were happy in their dog park. They ran off energy. I used my own shower but only negative I can say is because it'sa huge park they had one building for co Ed showers and hubby ran out of hot water. Not stopping us from coming again! We had a blast!
