My son, and I always have the best time staying here. We have been going here for years now, and each time we go here, we always have a wonderful time. The amenities, and staff are always top notch, and we always have a blast!

A very lovely cabin! It was Cozy and Clean. The location to everything was Close & Convenient! My 2 girls loved the heated lazy River! Overall , we had a wonderful time and plan to visit again this summer. Amanda J

Got checked in, made it to cabin/ cabin didn’t have hot water and was a little dirty- went to the office and they swapped us cabins which we were thankful for - just waisted time moving over. Pool wasn’t very clean

Pleasantly surprised about the cabin for it"s cleanliness and quality.First time in a KOA cabin, usually stay at KOA in our RV.Will likely stay again in a cabin, turned out to be a good choice for winter getaway.

Loved my stay but cabin 304 is a tough location on seniors due to location from parking lot and steep incline. Otherwise, nice stay.

Staff was great but the cabin heat was bad. It was cold and the heat couldn't keep the cabin comfortable

This KOA is very well maintained. Our cabin was spotless and perfect for us. The pool was warm and the hot tub was relaxing. I loved having a fireplace, we enjoyed making s'mores. We will definitely be back!

It is an excellent place to stay in Pigeon Forge. Couple of issues. 1. Please help guest to locate the site. Whoever is coming for first time, it is very confusing to navigate 2. Please keep a box for early checkout key drop. Should not need to wait till 9am to check out.

The support for the mattress in our cabin was broken when we first moved in, but in less than an hour or two, they brought in a new mattress. Incredible people and a pure pleasure. HIGHLY recommend staying with these good folks!

The cabin was really nice and cozy. Beds were comfortable. Would recommend bringing your own pillows, we went and bought some after the first night. Lots of windows in the cabin so it’s very bright as soon as the sun come up and lots of light shines in at night even with the blinds closed.

We lost power one night and tried to contact the after hours number. No one ever contacted us back. Still haven’t contacted us back. Thankfully we found the breaker box and reset everything, but it was too cold outside to never receive a phone call back. We have small children, so it definitely could have been dangerous if we (the customer) didn’t take matters into our own hands.

Communicated so well and was over the top with welcoming my children and I. This is the second time I’ve used KOA (unsure why it doesn’t show my last stay in Colorado, DEC 2023, but KOA hasn’t failed us yet. This area really done a superior job.

Not friendly staff at all. On check in or check out. I rent the cabin with 2 bedrooms and one and half baths. Cabin needed maintenance bad. Loose faucet in bath tub. Missing blind wands. Toothpaste on sink in bath. Pool was broken.

Had a great time over New Years. Loved talking with.the girls in the front office. They had great advice and made me feel completely at home. This KOA is the place I always default to when coming to the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area.

when we arrived we expected a HEATED POOL as ADVERTISED and it was NOT heated for the entire 4 day stay. the showers are filthy dirty and 1 of the shower doors has a HOLE in the door where the handle is missing. also when i arrived the porch light at my cabin was not working and when i called the numbers i was given to call for any issues ...went toa message that the mailbox is full cant take mess

Staff is always very helpful. Love the campground with great access to everything. Just wish that the cabins didn't have internet only TVs without local channels on them.

Had 14 people stay in 3 different cabins. It was 8 kids (10 months to 9 years) and we had an absolute blast. Pigeon Forge was super busy (and expensive) so we were happy we got to stay mostly on the site and have such a fun time. Would have easily been five stars but the heater for the pool wasn’t working so we couldn’t play in there. Otherwise it was great and we plan on going to more KOAs!

We enjoyed our stay except for a few issues. First they wouldn’t accept my check & had to use a card- next they promised a refund of 234.00 for my foul smelling cabin #9 that I haven’t received !

Very thin foam mattress and the cabin smelled terrible. Had to open windows for the smell and froze all night long. Worst nights of sleep I’ve had; would have been better off in a tent with an air mattress. Woke up and told my husband everything hurt on my body. Booking with my chiropractor today after 2 nights in cabin 199. Never again.

Only issue is the closeness of other camping sites AND our site had goose poop all over. Host washed it off with a power washer, but kind of think that.ciuld have been done BEFORE we got here.

Excellent family vacation at the Pigeon Forge KOA. We shared a delux cabin with another family with small children and it worked perfectly, keeping our trip affordable while providing a lot of amenities for kids of all ages. The pool was clean and had plenty of chairs and space and all the restrooms and other shared areas were well upkept. The staff was also really friendly and responsive to any questions or needs. Would happily take my family back here.

We loved our stay at this KOA. I have to say it's one of the best KOAs for a kids. There are so many things to keep ur kids entertained. My son loved the park and the lazy river. The pool and lazy river is heated so it's open all year round!!!He loved the train ride and they also had move night. We will definitely come back.
