The staff is amazing. They act professional but like your friends and not employees. The campground is always clean and welcoming. Any issues are resolved right now and not pushed to the side. I’m preparing to book my next stay already!!!

Wonderful location!!!! Bunk beds are for kids only, mattresses only foam mats which is great for kids, but not adults, but cabin was excellent! Love the fire pit, pool,lazy river and best location ever! Only thing is horseshoes and game pieces missing? Others at the campground wanted to play also, office didn't seem interested when asked,kinda disappointed as we always enjoyed that about KOA

This campground was very clean and staff was very friendly. We loved all of the amenities offered - from the playground to the pool area, the pavilion, etc - and appreciated the availability of things such as firewood. We also appreciated the heroes discount available to us.

Cabins were great. Camp was clean, staff were friendly. Only downside was the showers were a little in need of repairs.

Cabin was clean and cozy. First time staying in one and am looking forward to it again. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My wife and I are already talking about when we’ll be back next. Location wise it’s very central and if you don’t want to drive it’s a 5 minute walk to the trolly terminal!

We had a wonderful stay! Our cabin was clean and very accommodating, plenty of towels and linens. Very convenient to everything around us. KOA is the best!!

We had a great weekend at the KOA! Staff are all friendly and very responsive! Anytime we asked for anything they accommodated us very quickly! We will most definitely be going back!!

The only issue we had was: I thought I booked a deluxe cabin, but when we got there it was a studio deluxe. Looking at my paperwork at the very bottom of the page, I found where it said studio. Other than that everything was great. Thank you

First time staying in the cabins. We loved it. I just wish they had more small cabins with bathrooms that are pet friendly so I can bring my dog.

There were ants throughout the cabin. Other than that are stay was pleasant as always. Only one rude lady in the front office everyone else super sweet and professional.

My grandkids have never had so much fun. The only complaint is that carpenter bees were around the door of our cabin that scared grandkids to death.

The KOA is so close to everything and save on gas money. The deluxe cabin was amazing. There was chairs outside, sheets on the bed, towels in the bathrooms, toilet paper in the bathrooms, and even coffee pods in the kitchen. I definitely overpacked. My only complaint is the shower in the cabin got cold after 5 minutes so I used the shower and the restrooms which were very clean, big and private.

Staff was absolutely amazing, we were very impressed with our cabin and the entire campground was immaculately maintained. The staff provided excellent service in a very professional manner. We are looking forward to our next visit and highly recommend to our friends and family!!

We were very surprised how nice and clean everything was. If I had any suggestions it would be to let people camping in the deluxe cabins in the back that they can’t park near the cabin. Also I would suggest a wooden fence to go along the side closest to 306 cabin and the transit (trolley)station. It would offer more privacy and help cut down on noise some and lights ?

Took a little long weekend stayed the night camping cabin. Refrigerator microwave and TV great location. The lazy river is awesome. Can’t wait to come back.

We stay here 3 to 4 times a year. We usually stay in one of the camping cabins without a bathroom, which are really nice. But this time we stayed in a 6 person Deluxe cabin and it was awesome. Everything we needed was there. Very Clean. Had a great time. Thank you all so much!

We came to pigeon forge for a much-needed vacation. My husband had two major surgeries in the last six months and we needed to destress. We booked our cabin on-line and found out that was a mistake. I thought I had booked a handicap accessible cabin but found we had been given a cabin with steps to enter and a rather large hill to climb. The patio had a large hole that caused me a hard fall

It was great love the design for the pool with La y river makes it like it has lots of room also staff was great let us know while the rod cars where out to do the trolley at the station Great time Great weather loved the 2 bedroom cabin had a fire on the huge deck and grilled out on the gas grill provided

The campground is very had to navigate especially after dark. There is not very good lighting on some of the paths to the cabins and limited signage. Parking is tight.

This was our 2nd stay at a KOA, and our first time staying in their cabins. We enjoyed every minute. The pool was very nice. I loved the depth of the pool, as my 5 year old could safely touch the bottom and play without me worrying as much. The playground was nice. We appreciated the amount of dog play areas. The bath houses were always clean. We loved the location of this KOA.

The campground was very clean, very nice and enjoyable the deluxe cabin was very nice. My only complaint is there’s no way to know or book an ADA cabin on the website. There is nothing listed for ADA cabins. I use a Rollator and it was very hard to walk up the sidewalks. We had cabin 303 other than that my time was enjoyable thank you.

We had a great stay at the Pigeon Forge KOA. We enjoyed the pool with its lazy river and we enjoyed riding our bikes in the campground. Very close to Dollywood and Patriot Park. The grounds are well kept up with pretty landscaping. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely come back.

We were going to stay for just one night, we got in around 6:45 pm so just in time for the office to close. Once we got into our small cabin it stunk of cedar it appeared that they had repaired the beds recently. We left and met up with friends for a few hours and tried to air it out.. it didn't help. The smell was enough for us not to stay, we left at 10:45 pm and headed home.

First time staying at a campground and in a cabin. The staff were so nice, cabin clean and comfy. Loved it so much we wanted to stay an extra night but unfortunately nothing was available. Playground was nice but the glider swing definitely needs worked on (that would probably be our only complaint) Simon was great and very knowledgeable. Will definitely be back!

The campground is like a true resort for vacation, with an incredible lazy river /pool/ hot tub area and tons of yard games and fun areas built in for the kids. It made for a very affordable vacation. What we most appreciated is when we ran into serious camper trouble a few states away, the staff was so kind and accommodating by transferring our reservation to a cabin and not hitting us with fees.

We have stayed here many times in our camper as well as the cabins. This time in the cabin the hot water was not adequate for a shower. In a cabin I should not have to turn the hot water on and off in order to have enough to finish a shower. When you pay $700 for a 3 night stay you expect a hot shower to last more than a few minutes.

Only issue is the closeness of other camping sites AND our site had goose poop all over. Host washed it off with a power washer, but kind of think that.ciuld have been done BEFORE we got here.

Excellent family vacation at the Pigeon Forge KOA. We shared a delux cabin with another family with small children and it worked perfectly, keeping our trip affordable while providing a lot of amenities for kids of all ages. The pool was clean and had plenty of chairs and space and all the restrooms and other shared areas were well upkept. The staff was also really friendly and responsive to any questions or needs. Would happily take my family back here.

We loved our stay at this KOA. I have to say it's one of the best KOAs for a kids. There are so many things to keep ur kids entertained. My son loved the park and the lazy river. The pool and lazy river is heated so it's open all year round!!!He loved the train ride and they also had move night. We will definitely come back.
