Communication issues, false advertising about cabins, chemical/mothball stench in the cabin, and an unwillingness to provide information from the manager. We have stayed many times before without issue, but this experience was the absolute worst. Do better KOA. Your guests should come before profits since they are the ones paying.

Pleasant and convenient! Enjoyed the quiet. I would recommend restocking the cabins with additional cooking items. We only had one small skillet and limited silverware. Always enjoy this KOA and will return. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable.

This KOA location is always a nice get away. They’re very clean and attentive. This trip my son got a minor injury at the park, they provided a first aid kit, an ice pack, and even came by to check how he was the next morning. Great customer service, real people that actually care!

The Pigeon Forge KOA was a wonderful experience for our family vacation. The staf. Was helpful and responsive to our questions and needs. The amenities were well designed, clean, and fun for kids of all ages. The restrooms and cabins were all clean and well maintained. I would happily stay here again.

We rented a Deluxe Cabin here for the third year. We loved it. The cabin has everything we needed. The campground is beautiful and clean. The staff very friendly and helpful.

Clean and safe, exactly what I expect from a KOA. Centrally located, fabulous park (the glide swing needs a little love), wonderful pool, and the store had all the "oh I forgot this" items. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The cabin was very cute, clean, and welcoming. There was even a baby owl that rested on the porch each night. We'll definitely be back.

From check in to check out everyone was so happy to help and friendly. It was our first stay at any KOA and we were impressed by how easy and fun everything was. We are already planning to come back!

in the 25 years we have been camping, I don't remember a campground where the entire staff was nice and friendly. They always say hey when you pass them around the campground. Simon the activities guy knew our names and even remembered which cabin we stayed in last year. When we had questions about places to go in town on a rainy day he gave recommendations.

It was a great deluxe cabin. The only issue we had was at checkout when we were letting them know some issues with the deluxe cabin. Some were dangerous, non functioning equipment, and hair build up in the sink. As we left the staff who were standing around the front desk chatting m snide comments and gave us looks that we didn't appreciate.

I would give perfect score but there were ants in the cabin. I stayed last year and the little things like broken pathlights, wornout decks, yard game area around the cabins needs refurbishrefurbishing. The campsites are in great shape and impressive but the cabins look neglected. But overall its a great place to vacation and I would stay again.

We had a fantastic time. The first time we’ve stayed at a KOA as a family and we are sure to do it again! Our boys loved the pool and the lazy river. The bathhouse was clean. The cabin comfy. Overall it was wonderful!

Stayed for 5 nights, not generally campers. Liked the deluxe cabin. Love the proximity to the trolley. Also the grill was great too! I would stay here again and have another KOA trip planned

Stayed in the cabin with the screen porch. It was so clean when we got there, even my white socks stayed clean. The yellow shirt workers were so friendly and helpful. That was my first time at a KOA and I would definitely stay at that one again. Some say the camp sites are close together! I thought the sites were quite spacious for a tourist town campground. Well done KOA in Pigeon Forge

A great 3 nights. We have been there several times and stayed in the cabins. They are clean and and provide all the needed necessities. The campground is convenient to the Old Mill and downtown Pigeon Forge areas as well as the Trolley Station. If you choose, all three are within walking distance. The Office personnel are always polite and helpful.

Wonderful! Our cabin was so clean, the campground was beautifully landscaped, fun and so many good activities to do as a family! Everyone was friendly and welcoming and the pool was fabulous! We cant wait to come back again soon!

I stayed 4 nights with my sister and dog. The location was ideal with the trolley station located next door I was able to purchase a 3.00 daily pass to go to and from Dollywood without parking there. The dog park was nice and the walking trail by the river made our walking time more enjoyable. I highly recommend this camground as pet friendly and convenient to attractions, local transportation

We weren’t able to bring the camper, but when I called the person I spoke with was able to put us in a cabin. It was a studio cabin but the perfect size for just the 2 of us. Clean, quiet, tucked in an area we had never seen in this park. We had a restful, enjoyable time and the folks in the office were so friendly and helpful.

Nice. Cabin was very comfortable and charming. But PLEASE stock with some silverware, cups, plates, and bowls. I had to eat yogurt with my fingers. Not pleasant. And being that it had a kitchenette, I was not expecting to have to bring my own.

Only issue is the closeness of other camping sites AND our site had goose poop all over. Host washed it off with a power washer, but kind of think that.ciuld have been done BEFORE we got here.

Excellent family vacation at the Pigeon Forge KOA. We shared a delux cabin with another family with small children and it worked perfectly, keeping our trip affordable while providing a lot of amenities for kids of all ages. The pool was clean and had plenty of chairs and space and all the restrooms and other shared areas were well upkept. The staff was also really friendly and responsive to any questions or needs. Would happily take my family back here.

We loved our stay at this KOA. I have to say it's one of the best KOAs for a kids. There are so many things to keep ur kids entertained. My son loved the park and the lazy river. The pool and lazy river is heated so it's open all year round!!!He loved the train ride and they also had move night. We will definitely come back.
