We loved it and had a great time. Staff is so nice and helpful. Guy on golf cart, didn’t get his name, younger guy dark hair, was amazing!

I enjoy the convenience of where the KOA is located to everything within walking distance plus the Trolley! The Lazy River is very fun too and it seems to be a safe campground. However, I was a little disappointed this time because folks who were a couple sites from me were cooking dinner outside on the grill at 11:30pm to about 1:00 am. They were loud, terrible language (“f”) and more.

I really enjoy the hot tub and lazy river. Please fix the audio system. The speakers are constantly rattling and distorted. It has been this way for the last couple of years. Please hire someone to make it right. Thanks!

This was an amazing stay!! The staff was very warm and welcoming. We had several campsites for a 40th birthday celebration. Each one with children ages six months to 10 years old. The kids had a blast! They did tie dyed T-shirts, played at the pool and one the staff members even came by with little goodie bags filled with small animals and candies. The whole area was clean and accommodating!

This koa was beautifully maintained, staff were very pleasant and helpful. The pool with the lazy river was amazing. I def would come back here

We enjoyed our stay very much. At check-in the lady moved my son so his site was closer to us, which was very nice of her. Wi-fi was excellent. The boys enjoyed the heated pool. They stayed all afternoon. The only problem was no handicap parking at the pool. Most of the spaces was for the camp store or laundry only, but I think some people ignored the signs.

Lousy site by 4 lane highway. 182. Paid $120 per night for no sleep. Well kept park just some lousy sites

Nice clean and well kept campground. Conveniently located to Dollywood and Gatlinburg. Right behind Patriot Park where you can use the Pigeon Forge Mass Transit trolley to go to Dollywood for $3.00 a day and the pass is also good all day to ride the trolley around Pigeon Forge. Highly recommend the KOA and trolley.

Everything was very clean, the playground and the pool were very nice and well maintained. It's nice that the Dollywood bus stop is right in front. The employees were very friendly and helpful

Wonderful, helpful staff, clean facilities, the laundry room was great, all the machines were working. And the campground was special. Pretty, clean and a ton of amenities. In addition, the location is good, close to restaurants, Dollywood and a free tram stop.

Love the large park next door. You can walk the path to the island for shopping and sights. Transit center is right next door. cheap transportation takes you all over the city. Very handy. Good price for laundry and the showers are clean. Staff is great and the park is well kept. Glad they have some budget friendly sites. So many are up scaling them and pricing them high.

Now my most favorite. We had such an extraordinary time. Close to the trolley service to area attractions. Dollywood, The Island, and even to Gatlinburg. We definitely want to visit again.

Lot was a little too small to put out all our slides. Part of our lot flooded on last day. Several inches of standing water to handle while packing up.

Been staying at the Pigeon Forge KOA for over 26 years and it is the best KOA we have ever stayed at. The staff is phenomenal and the facilities are top notch.

It was a great stay. We loved the beautiful patio site. The pool and lazy river were very fun. We really enjoyed our stay.

I know that KOA spaces are smaller. However, we could not fit our truck and camper in the site. When I booked, I thought we were backing up to a river. We were backed up to a small river, however directly across from that was a semi busy street. We also backed up to a walking path, which was in constant use. Had I known all that, I would not have booked there. The campground amenities were nice.

Stayed in site 115 . Beautiful. The gazebo lights are connected to the site beside this. Have to turn on in electrical box 120 switch. Can be little awkward.

We loved the area. The campground was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. I thought the prices in the store were high and the golf cart rental was very high. We will be going back.

Wifi is mostly useless. Need to upgrade. If you are going to advertise it it should work. Park wasn't full and couldn't get internet service. Also would been nicer if site was level. And too small. No good place to park tow vehicle.

Nice clean KOA. The staff is friendly. I recommend this KOS to anyone wanting to camp in Pigeon Forge.

Fun activities to do all day including painting river rocks, tie dye with the amazing Simon, cornhole tournament, bingo with Tanya, karaoke, and trivia. 11/11

Great place to have a camping trip. Do not hesitate to book. KOA staff is friendly we enjoyed the poolside with Luke he is so much fun and friendly addition to the KOA staff. We enjoyed the trivia and music. We were also lucky to have met Jen poolside another great employee. Our family wants to thank them for their kindness. We will be back soon Lambert family WV
