This KOA is a really nice and quiet place. Very well maintained. Bathrooms and bathhouse were very nice. Dog friendly, we had the private paw pen, poop bags were supplied at all stations. Large dog park, the only downside on the dog park is one bench that sits in the sun(needs another for the shade) and no water spigot to fill a bowl up. Store is well stocked. Close enough to walk to attractions.

Wonderful place to stay. Friendly staff, very well maintained camp ground. Good value. I've stayed in other KOAs that cost more but was not even close to the standards that you set.

We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back! The paw pens were great for letting our boys have a little freedom at the campsite and the location was perfect for getting to everywhere we wanted to go!

The customer service was great! We had an issue with our pop-up and the maintenance crew was very helpful and quick to offer assistance. While clean, the bathrooms are very dated and the older toilets were clogged. However, the maintenance crew resolved it immediately. I would suggest the KOA upgrade their 1980s era toilets!

Beautiful campgrounds. Staff was very friendly. Our only complaint was the kids on scooters and bikes with no regard for traffic and people. Kids walking through our site and one hitting our wood sign as if he owned the place.

Very noisy in a tent. I’m sure it’s better in an RV, but what do people do for a living to afford one of those larger than the house I grew up in? I mean honestly I saw one drive by that cost more than the house I bought as a newlywed.

Simon is best activity coordinator that I’ve visited in any campground I’ve traveled too . He actually remembered my grand daughter from visiting last year Great personality and goes above and beyond.

We were in spot N this spot was beautiful nice view and close enough to walk to the old mill area and the park along with the trolley stop. Everything at the campground was clean they even come around and pick up your trash a few times per day .the staff was friendly from the check in crew to the maintenance/ grounds crew . And is close to most things . I didn't use the pool but it looked great.

The campground is clean and well kept. We stayed at a site with a concrete pad and Adirondack chairs. It was so nice!

We were in lot 112 and we loved it! Our only complaints are the pet waste container was never emptied and it smelled so bad you could not get near it. Also the post that holds water spiqot up is broken.

We always enjoy staying at Pigeon Forge KOA. The staff are friendly, keep the park clean, and are helpful if you're in need. There are activities everyday for kids, and a great playground area. The pool and lazy river are excellent.

kamp kp is very small no room for pets run . people love there pets and need to see them run,not here ,we are koa lovers but because ok this we will never stay this koa again.we will go back to bear cove

Nice well-kept campground, convent to the Great Smoky Mountains. Lots of activities for everyone. The only negatives, people drive entirely too fast in the campground, and a barking dog the owners ignored. Great place to stay!

We enjoyed everything about the KOA. Our spot was right on the river. Bathrooms and showers were very clean. We loved how there were activities for the kids to enjoy. It was also great when we needed firewood, we let the front know and they delivered it straight to our camper. It was also nice to have trash pick up twice a day as well. We will absolutely stay here again.! Staff was amazing!

This is the best campground we have ever stayed at! Beautiful sites. Clean and convenient to everything. The walking trail is certainly a big plus. And lots of activities in the campgrounds to keep you active and happy. We will definitely be back!!

Excellent location-close to Dollywood and Great Smoky Mountains NP. Trolley stop right out front of park makes it easy. Enjoyed the pool, lazy river and jacuzzi. Very clean park-nice showers.

Like the location close to the trolley system that you can take to get around Pigeon forge and to Gatlinburg. This is a very family friendly park. The camp sites are pretty close together.

It was a good central location but the way the sites where set up made it very hard to navigate with a 43 foot trailer in a pull though. The Camp was right across the street from a transfer station with power lines going over head. Not great for the health of the campers and if we had known that this was the case we would have opted for a different RV resort all together.

Very clean close to everything so bring your bikes - great places to walk/run your dogs right next door - walk the river in the morning right out of the campsite on a beautiful riverwalk close to shopping restaurants and great hiking - definately go to Cades Cove and ride the 11 mile road to see all the bears elk deer and wild turkeys. And the staff at the KOA is top notch and very helpful

First stay at this KOA and we will be back. Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful with suggestions for restaurants, etc.. We were in a back in with the river behind us. It was very pleasant. We will be most definitely return.

Worth the price for the location! Clean, huge bathrooms with an extensive amount of showers and stalls. Flat paved RV sites. Excellent lazy river and play area for kids. Next to the pigeon forge trolley - $3 per person round trip to Dollywood (beats the $25 parking at Dollywood)! Easy drive into the national park or to gatlinburg. Took about an hour to get to Cades cove.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The pool was our favorite, but all the amenities and attractions nearby made it even better. We loved being able to walk along the river to get to the shops, and the playground was a huge hit with the kids. The campground was very clean and well maintained overall. My only suggestion would be regarding the showers near our cabin. There was quite a bit of mold visible on the ceiling and caulking, and the smell was fairly strong. I believe that should be addressed as soon as possible. Other than that, the campground was amazing, and we would definitely stay again!
