Beautiful campground! The staff was so polite and very helpful every time we called and when we got there. Pool and lazy river was very nice, our grandkids loved it. Simon was so good and fun as the activity director. We didn’t once use our camper shower because your bathroom and showers were so clean, amazing, and our sites were right next to them. Thank you for an awesome stay! Will be back!

The KOA was clean, areas were all well kept. The sites were beautiful and to top it off all the interactions with the staff was excellent.

great location and wonderful facilities. everyone was friendly and helpful. the pool was amazing. activities for kids were great. one the very few KOAs worth the price!

This was a great campsite area close to Rocky Mountain National Park and Gatlinburg area. Great drives and beautiful scenery! Park has many amenities and great for families with younger children. Pool was fantastic! We stayed in site 193 and the only downside was it was very sunny and it was hot while we were there, and the road noise was significant. We would go again though!

Amazing Place, it has everything you need for a perfect Vacation, Super Clean Facilities, a lot of fun things to do in the Property and the Staff very professional and friendly, definitely worth it !!!!!!

We enjoyed this campground a lot. The location is ideal, being next door to the Pigeon Forge transit station. Getting to Dollywood from the KOA is just a matter of minutes, and only $3/person. The campsites are big enough that you aren’t really crowded with your neighbors. There were daily activities and it seems safe for kids to play. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed.

Best campground WiFi I have seen anywhere. Great location. Staff is friendly however could have offered assistance with backing into the site since your campground is so tight. Sewer location on the site took 30 feet of hose to reach it and a 4” hose into your 3” connection made dumping a challenge. Shrubbery and landscaping around the sites needs trimming as it was in the way of slide out/aw

Great central location next to trolley and bike path. Very clean. My only wish was that your website was updated to reflect that the bounce pillow and gravity rail are non operational. My kids were very disappointed as this was the second Koa in our 4 day travels that the pillow was busted! Going across country for a month. Food truck is great, staff is very friendly.

Had a great stay. The campground was immaculate and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. Park was conveniently located close to all the action and we could ride our bikes to the Island.

Overall a good experience, good campsite, bathrooms were well maintained and staff were friendly. My only complaint was that the jumpy pillow and zipline feature at the park were not available. I asked multiple staff every day if they could give me an update if those amenities would be fixed and never got a clear answer and no attempts at accommodation. These were two key features we were wanting

We enjoyed out week at the campground. Very nice it's right next to the trolly station and walking distance to the Mill. Friendly staff I would highly recommend this campground.

I felt the grounds weren’t as maintained as well this time as it has been during past stays. The campsite was not mowed prior to my arrival, and there were several sites that looked like it had been weeks since last mowed. Everyone was friendly and helpful. As they always have been. This is the first time seeing this, and could possibly be a weather timing thing. We’ll be back again.

Great location, lovely park, lots of fun activities for kids but very welcoming for seniors too � We enjoyed the Riverwalk and Patriot Park right next door; great for walking our dogs. The site was nice, very green and lots of shade.

We love staying at the Pigeon Forge KOA. We normally stay in either K, L, M, or N. We did note that the grounds needed a little more care. Our site, K, could have used mowing or weed eating before we arrived. We saw a lot of areas that needed some attention. It will not keep us from coming back but hope to find the grounds in better shape next time.

Lots are very narrow and hard to get into spot due to poles and trees. Not enough turn available for longer rigs. They did move us to another spot which was nice. Cats had to park on street since the lots did not allow for rig and tow vehicle.

Worth the price for the location! Clean, huge bathrooms with an extensive amount of showers and stalls. Flat paved RV sites. Excellent lazy river and play area for kids. Next to the pigeon forge trolley - $3 per person round trip to Dollywood (beats the $25 parking at Dollywood)! Easy drive into the national park or to gatlinburg. Took about an hour to get to Cades cove.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The pool was our favorite, but all the amenities and attractions nearby made it even better. We loved being able to walk along the river to get to the shops, and the playground was a huge hit with the kids. The campground was very clean and well maintained overall. My only suggestion would be regarding the showers near our cabin. There was quite a bit of mold visible on the ceiling and caulking, and the smell was fairly strong. I believe that should be addressed as soon as possible. Other than that, the campground was amazing, and we would definitely stay again!
