Family of 6 stayed...seniors to children 4 and 8. All had a good, comfortable time. Pool, playground, train were a big hit! Very accommodating, quick to collect trash and friendly. Also walking distance to Old Mill and very close to Dollywood

Not enough room for bigger trailers and rigs to pull in and out .. lots of noise in the early morning hours (3;30am) Our friends trailer was hit by something and scraped their paint on their 5th wheel

The staff was very nice. Area was kept clean but The campsites were very tight for larger RVs. We assumed no security at night patrolling the grounds. People were out at 4:30am laughing, making loud noises. At one point my husband heard something hit our RV and thought someone was playing with the door handles. He got up but saw no one. We packed up and left in the am and noticed damage to our RV.

Great friendly and accommodating staff for our week long stay. Nice firepit area by the heated pool. The kids were very entertained with the play area and the new shower facility was also appreciated. With cold nights it was perfect to have a hot shower in a heated room.

We loved our time at PF KOA. It was a wonderful vacation with family. The staff accommodation for adjoining campsites was so appreciated. Great amenities were enjoyed by all. It was cold and snowy but the heated pool and campfire made it magical. The Four seat bike was so much fun. Loved the open park and nearby trolly service. We appreciate the wonderful and kind KOA staff. �ϋ�

Pool is great! Lighting at night was poor. I was appalled that your system allowed me to be put into a site that is at a right angle to the narrow row it’s on. We arrived after hours and had to use the pull through across from us to get 36’ 5th wheel in. Next morning, I asked front desk, their reply was that it’s a 48’ site. Pulling out camper was a chore—not happy. Everything else was

The property is so great. Easy check-in process and a perfect location. We walked to dinner at the Old Mill Restaurant. It was very good food too. The hot tub and the lazy river with warm water is awesome. Highly recommend for families with children too. Lots to do for kids.

The only negative was that the south bathhouse was closed for maintenance on Saturday evening and Saturday night. We were located beside this bathhouse and had to use one of the others.

We loved it here. The staff is an 11/10. So good with guests, especially the kids… We will for sure be back. Also, this is probably the best maintained KOA we’ve ever been to as it was very clean and organized.

Excellent campground. Some of the sites are way to close together but that's not a deal breaker. We've been to this location many times and will continue.

We enjoyed our stay. The park staff were fantastic. The sites were tight and I was glad it wasn't too busy. The picnic tables were in bad shape as was the playground. The laundry was clean and in great shape as was the pool (grandkids loved the lazy riverand train), but after a rain the playground was unusable. The roads were excellent. It is very convenient to all of the Pigeon Forge attractions.

The campground was well kept and the sites are large. The staff was all great and very helpful. My grandsons enjoyed the playground and pool. We will definitely be back. Great location as well.

Almost everything good. Only thing I saw was the sewer backed up out of service access pipe next to bath house. It appeared to be fixed and cleaned up shortly after.

We only stayed one night, but plan to return. The pool was open in March, which was awesome! The store clerks were friendly, the campground was well maintained, and I will definitely utilize a site with a dog pen next time. Love that idea, especially in a tourist place like Pigeon Forge. Thanks for a great stay. We will be back!

This was our first time camper with our camper. We loved the dog pen for our Smokey and the patio set! Our boys also loved the bikes and playground. Over it was a wonderful first camping trip of the season!

Very nice place to stay while visiting the area. Campground is centrally located, clean and well maintained. The office personnel were very accommodating when our reserved site didn’t work our rig. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

We enjoyed our stay, most likely will do it again. My only disappointment was the width of the parking spot, other parks have wider parking areas giving a more relaxed ingress and egress of the camper.

Worth the price for the location! Clean, huge bathrooms with an extensive amount of showers and stalls. Flat paved RV sites. Excellent lazy river and play area for kids. Next to the pigeon forge trolley - $3 per person round trip to Dollywood (beats the $25 parking at Dollywood)! Easy drive into the national park or to gatlinburg. Took about an hour to get to Cades cove.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The pool was our favorite, but all the amenities and attractions nearby made it even better. We loved being able to walk along the river to get to the shops, and the playground was a huge hit with the kids. The campground was very clean and well maintained overall. My only suggestion would be regarding the showers near our cabin. There was quite a bit of mold visible on the ceiling and caulking, and the smell was fairly strong. I believe that should be addressed as soon as possible. Other than that, the campground was amazing, and we would definitely stay again!
