We loved the location of the campground. Very close to everything. The camp was relatively quiet and very clean. Our only complaint is that some guests did not clean up after their pets. We did notify the staff about this situation.

First arrived we were stuffed in the smallest site they had with a 38 ft camper but after calling to request a move the staff was very good about accommodating us, other than that we really enjoyed our stay

The sites are packed together and difficult to maneuver into your site making a 90° turn. Roads are paved and very narrow with vehicles lining the roads. Complained to Mgr about how close the sites were and this answer was “it is an 66 yr old campground and it will be redone with angled sites”. Camper beside us had a slide that was about 3 feet from the rear of our coach.

Site was gravel. Site was tight little space between sites. Water pressure was low. Roads inside the park were narrow. Overall a busy park with constant coming and going. Location is the biggest plus.

Our kids loved the pool with the lazy river. Campground was very clean. Campground employees were very friendly and helpful. I loved all the campground activities that were offered.

Stay was good. Was issue at checkin but was taken care of promptly. Our stay was great. The only complaint i have is grass should have been mowed before our arrival. Also i noticed other ateas which were mowed but grass was not cleaned up. Also internet was not strong for streaming. We used pur antenna. Would prefer cable hookup

The campground is very well maintained and the facilities are very nice. The sites are extremely small and are very close together. The sites are so close that the conversations of other campers are distracting. The location is ideal with easy access to the trolley to Dollywood. The staff is helpful and pleasant. Price $102 / nt

I understand you can’t help it, but it would be nice to have a separate swimming pool for adults only. It would be nice to be able to use the lazy river part of the pool with out kids running and jumping in on you. You have a very nice campground.

Just check was confusing when we arrived after hours and check in blocked the enterande. Pool closes too early and too much texts. Those should be optional

Nice sites, your wifi is poor at best. Hade to turn it off y My phone to use. Access to river path needs attention. Does not meet any kind of code.

The sites near the road are extremely noisy.. not conducive to to relaxation. Interrupts sleep. Other than that the cleanliness, activities for children, wonderful staff are 10/10

Very nice place to stay close to the National Park and all the KOA employees are kind and welcoming. The pool and lazy river are clean and taken care of. Thank you for a wonderful vacation

Was ok. Wifi was horrible if u wanted to watch TV. Not sure why u took the cable away n replaced with wifi. Our grass was not cut before we got there or while we were there.some children riding bikes after dark.

Hands down, this has been the best KOA we've ever visited! The pool and lazy river were absolutely amazing, and the entire campground was extremely clean and well-maintained. There were so many activities for both kids and adults, which kept everyone entertained throughout our stay. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was welcoming, and our family had a fantastic time. Only complaint was a lack of scheduled bathroom cleaning/maintenance for 2+ days in lower men’s washroom. Was resolved once reported to the office

Nice site, Love the concrete patio. Pool was way to small and the lazy river was not worth calling it a lazy river. For the amunt of people that stay, the pool cannot accommodate the camp ground. Other than that the restrooms were nice and clean. I will stay again

Everyone was very friendly. Christian stopped by and visited our dog. He had one like her. The trash man was very friendly every day. The train driver waved as he drive by daily. The store clerks were friendly during check in and when we visited the store and laundry mat. The pool was awesome. The lazy river was relaxing. The campsite was nice and clean. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful campground, we stay here 1–2 times yearly and have for a decade. Very clean with great amenities, cannot beat the location if looking for something close to all the fun. Trolley stop at front if you don’t want to drive to get places.

Friendly, Helpful Staff. Campsite acceptable & clean. Two disappointments: No bathrooms in the bathhouse close to site & wife not comfortable with the Male & female showers in the same place with no separation. $12 for a SMALL bag of ice when I got a large bag of ice locally for $4.59. I understand convenience at the campground, but the ice price is outrageous & prices in gift shop were HIGH.

We love our stay and return every year. The recreation team makes the pool experience great. Wish the jumping ballon was inflated but kids had fun despite it. Loved the rental trikes, train, and all the events.

3 nights with shaded patio site. Enjoyed the pool. Temps were hot! which kept us from a few things in area but that means we will be back in spring or fall! Really nice staff and clean.

Worth the price for the location! Clean, huge bathrooms with an extensive amount of showers and stalls. Flat paved RV sites. Excellent lazy river and play area for kids. Next to the pigeon forge trolley - $3 per person round trip to Dollywood (beats the $25 parking at Dollywood)! Easy drive into the national park or to gatlinburg. Took about an hour to get to Cades cove.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The pool was our favorite, but all the amenities and attractions nearby made it even better. We loved being able to walk along the river to get to the shops, and the playground was a huge hit with the kids. The campground was very clean and well maintained overall. My only suggestion would be regarding the showers near our cabin. There was quite a bit of mold visible on the ceiling and caulking, and the smell was fairly strong. I believe that should be addressed as soon as possible. Other than that, the campground was amazing, and we would definitely stay again!
