Nice site, Love the concrete patio. Pool was way to small and the lazy river was not worth calling it a lazy river. For the amunt of people that stay, the pool cannot accommodate the camp ground. Other than that the restrooms were nice and clean. I will stay again

Everyone was very friendly. Christian stopped by and visited our dog. He had one like her. The trash man was very friendly every day. The train driver waved as he drive by daily. The store clerks were friendly during check in and when we visited the store and laundry mat. The pool was awesome. The lazy river was relaxing. The campsite was nice and clean. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful campground, we stay here 1–2 times yearly and have for a decade. Very clean with great amenities, cannot beat the location if looking for something close to all the fun. Trolley stop at front if you don’t want to drive to get places.

Friendly, Helpful Staff. Campsite acceptable & clean. Two disappointments: No bathrooms in the bathhouse close to site & wife not comfortable with the Male & female showers in the same place with no separation. $12 for a SMALL bag of ice when I got a large bag of ice locally for $4.59. I understand convenience at the campground, but the ice price is outrageous & prices in gift shop were HIGH.

We love our stay and return every year. The recreation team makes the pool experience great. Wish the jumping ballon was inflated but kids had fun despite it. Loved the rental trikes, train, and all the events.

3 nights with shaded patio site. Enjoyed the pool. Temps were hot! which kept us from a few things in area but that means we will be back in spring or fall! Really nice staff and clean.

Will never make on line reservations again. And the front desk staff would not make it right. Very dissatisfied with that process. The camp employee that told us about the bike trail deserved a raise. Super nice fella and we had a blast riding.

1) Cramped narrow sites: Large truck parked partially in roadways make it difficult to back into spaces across path. I observed lots of campers experiencing difficulty shoe-horning their rigs into sites, causing 1/2 hour to 45 min blockages of roads. 2) Noise: Harley motorcycles at 2am plus music systems. 3) Dirty restrooms/showers 4) Not family friendly. This isn’t Sturgis.

Stayed for a week in June 2026. An absolutely beautiful campground. One of the nicest KOA’s we have stayed at.

Staff was very friendly and inviting! having the trivia at the pool was so great for the kids! they were excited to go to the pool everyday because everyone was so kind and playful! We cannot wait to come back!

Bathrooms and laundry rooms were kept clean. Gentleman running the activities was very nice and interactive with the kids. Lazy river was definitely a hit. Icecream certificate hunt was fun for the kids.

We enjoy coming to this KOA with our grandchildren to the variety of activities both in the campground and in the area. We come multiple times a year to build memories with those who are most important to us. See you soon.

This campground is full of amenities, from daily activities for kids and families. The campground and facilities are clean and well kept. The staff was always pleasant. There's a nice paved riverwalk that leads to the Trolley. I highly recommend this campground

1st time staying at a KOA. Staff very friendly. Bathrooms and showers very clean. Pool was great. The only complaint I had was it would have been nice if our site had been mowed or at least the tall grass weed eater down before our arrival. We will definitely be back to this campground as a yearly getaway.

We booked the campground because it advertises a jumping pillow, however it was out of order. We tried parking in 141 but was so out of level that my self leveler could not level. A staging area that is level would be nice to unhook and hook towed vehicles.

We loved our stay here! The campground itself was amazing. Some of the sites were close together, but everything was clean and always well kept. The pool area was one of the best at a campground we have had. Our kids absolutely loved the pool and we couldn’t keep them away. There are so many activities to do that you would never have to leave. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful campground! The staff was so polite and very helpful every time we called and when we got there. Pool and lazy river was very nice, our grandkids loved it. Simon was so good and fun as the activity director. We didn’t once use our camper shower because your bathroom and showers were so clean, amazing, and our sites were right next to them. Thank you for an awesome stay! Will be back!

The KOA was clean, areas were all well kept. The sites were beautiful and to top it off all the interactions with the staff was excellent.

This was a great campsite area close to Rocky Mountain National Park and Gatlinburg area. Great drives and beautiful scenery! Park has many amenities and great for families with younger children. Pool was fantastic! We stayed in site 193 and the only downside was it was very sunny and it was hot while we were there, and the road noise was significant. We would go again though!

We enjoyed this campground a lot. The location is ideal, being next door to the Pigeon Forge transit station. Getting to Dollywood from the KOA is just a matter of minutes, and only $3/person. The campsites are big enough that you aren’t really crowded with your neighbors. There were daily activities and it seems safe for kids to play. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed.

Best campground WiFi I have seen anywhere. Great location. Staff is friendly however could have offered assistance with backing into the site since your campground is so tight. Sewer location on the site took 30 feet of hose to reach it and a 4” hose into your 3” connection made dumping a challenge. Shrubbery and landscaping around the sites needs trimming as it was in the way of slide out/aw

Great place to have a camping trip. Do not hesitate to book. KOA staff is friendly we enjoyed the poolside with Luke he is so much fun and friendly addition to the KOA staff. We enjoyed the trivia and music. We were also lucky to have met Jen poolside another great employee. Our family wants to thank them for their kindness. We will be back soon Lambert family WV
