Spent a week here, it was very nice, convenient to everything to ride the trolley, drive, and walk. RV Park is quiet and clean. The heated pool was very nice. A haven for kids to zoom around on bikes and scooters. RV spaces are a little tight and minimal parking, but it was just enough for your RV and truck. The River frontage offered a walkway to Old Mill and even some fishing opportunities!

First time staying at a campground and in a cabin. The staff were so nice, cabin clean and comfy. Loved it so much we wanted to stay an extra night but unfortunately nothing was available. Playground was nice but the glider swing definitely needs worked on (that would probably be our only complaint) Simon was great and very knowledgeable. Will definitely be back!

We came for a trip to dollywood. We expected it to be out in the country alittle bit and not in the middle of town; but it was very nice and was quiet, and it was easy to get in and out of.

We loved our stay - the staff were great, my kids loved the pool and the lazy river and facilities were kept clean. We loved the K9 area too! The only downside was that the sites were right on top of each other. You didn’t have a lot of room to spread out. Other than that, we loved it and would come back!

The campground is like a true resort for vacation, with an incredible lazy river /pool/ hot tub area and tons of yard games and fun areas built in for the kids. It made for a very affordable vacation. What we most appreciated is when we ran into serious camper trouble a few states away, the staff was so kind and accommodating by transferring our reservation to a cabin and not hitting us with fees.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The campground is clean and well kept. My only complaint is our patio furniture was rusted and the seat cushions were worn and starting to rip apart. I love staying here and the close location to shops and restaurants.

The kids enjoyed all the park had to offer. However, the park is tight to get a longer trailer in and out with many people parking vehicles in turns and partially in the road. The back in spots are advertised for longer trailers but it’s extremely tight navigating in them. Also, the patio backs up to the patio for the spot behind you so when outside you’re very close to your neighbor.

Clean and somewhat helpful staff. Sites were so small we couldn't open our travel trailer. Nearly impossible to park and zero privacy. We complained and the staff said they get all the time. They say the grounds are old and campers were much smaller back then. Regular full hookup sites are a scam for medium/newer travel trailers

A very nice park with a lot of positives and few negatives. Plus, the biggest positive is a guest services employee Sara. She was not only exceptionally friendly, she was very good at her job and was a life saver helping me with a tricky issue where I needed to extend my stay and very few sites were available. Somehow she made it happen where most would have just said “Sorry we’re full up”.

We loved it! Staff is friendly and helpful. It’s located within walking distance of The Old Mill Restaurant and many shops and by the river. It’s family friendly The bathrooms are clean. We enjoyed the heated lazy river pool. Also within walking distance to the trolley. I’m sure we will come again.

Except for the vehicles and electric bikes speeding through the campground, our stay was great. The campground is centrally located making it a great starting point for visiting all of the attractions. Would most definitely return to this campground.

A little too tight space to space, but nicely kept facility. Being escorted to our site was very helpful and made check in easy.

very family oriented and feel safe allowing the grandchildren ride bicycles around. The ladies at the front desk was super nice and helpful. very clean and recommend to anyone great place to camp

We have stayed here many times in our camper as well as the cabins. This time in the cabin the hot water was not adequate for a shower. In a cabin I should not have to turn the hot water on and off in order to have enough to finish a shower. When you pay $700 for a 3 night stay you expect a hot shower to last more than a few minutes.

We enjoyed staying here very much, all the staff where very friendly, the whole place was very clean and maintained, the trolley station is next to it in case you didn't bring your car or truck, I strongly recommend this place, we're planning on coming back to pigeon forge and definitely we're staying here again, I just wanted to say thank you for everything...

Seemed to be a nice campground but sites are super crowded. Your neighbors are right on top of you! Most rigs had issues getting in/out of their sites.

This KOA is awesome! The Staff are exceptional and friendly. Its been 20 years since I have been to Gatlinburg Tn. Will be my last. Sad to see how crowded the area has become. Traffic is dead stop everywhere. Wait times at any business are incredible and they tell me this is the slow part of season. If you don't mind hours sitting everywhere in traffic or waiting in long lines then you are ok.

Very well kept property. This was my first stay here but have grown to like the overall KOA experience and this property did not disappoint. Clean restrooms, helpful staff and great amenities! I don't have smart TV's but received many channels on only my antenna. Great location centralized to many attractions and places to dine. Looking forward a return visit.

The spaces here are VERY small! Beware! If you have a large rig, (ours is a 37ft bumper tow), then make sure you book a pull through. We booked a back-in spot and it did not fit our rig. It took us an hour of careful manuvering to shimmy it into place, and even so, we could only open one slide. When our truck was hooked up, the front half of our truck was in the camp site across the street.

Would have given a 5 star but was not impressed by wi-fi TV at all. Not the best internet. Not keeping cable is a mistake.

great location, if your planning on attending DollyWood KOA has best discount tickets'The trolley transit is just walking distance. 3 dollars gets you to and back from Dolly Wood. Or 1 dollar to Gatlinburg. Very clean park,freindly staff. Nice lazy river pool for the kids

We had an awesome experience! The cabin was beautiful and the campground facilities were wonderful. Our kids enjoyed the playground, pool and the nearby river! Everything was perfect and we can't wait to come back or visit another KOA! Thanks for an awesome weekend add on to our already great weeklong vacation!

We had site 219, would have been an amazing site if we didn’t have so many people walk through our site from the walking path next to the river. Needs to have a gate or sign. Wouldn’t be as bad if they walked the end of the wood line but they all walked between the paw pen and patio

Stayed here for 11 nights. Great staff, great campground, great facilities and great amenities. Walking distance to so many places. Right on the Little Pigeon River with a walkway. Will certainly stay here again if we’re back in Pigeon Forge.

Only issue is the closeness of other camping sites AND our site had goose poop all over. Host washed it off with a power washer, but kind of think that.ciuld have been done BEFORE we got here.

Excellent family vacation at the Pigeon Forge KOA. We shared a delux cabin with another family with small children and it worked perfectly, keeping our trip affordable while providing a lot of amenities for kids of all ages. The pool was clean and had plenty of chairs and space and all the restrooms and other shared areas were well upkept. The staff was also really friendly and responsive to any questions or needs. Would happily take my family back here.

We loved our stay at this KOA. I have to say it's one of the best KOAs for a kids. There are so many things to keep ur kids entertained. My son loved the park and the lazy river. The pool and lazy river is heated so it's open all year round!!!He loved the train ride and they also had move night. We will definitely come back.
