We had a great time! The pool with the lazy river was wonderful! Our campsite was clean and well manicured. Our only mishap was when we visited my sister at cabin 307 when I tripped in a large hole in the patio thankfully my husband was next to me and helped me from falling. Unfortunately my sister who rented the cabin tripped and fell obtaining large scrapes of her arm and large skin loss of knee

We came to pigeon forge for a much-needed vacation. My husband had two major surgeries in the last six months and we needed to destress. We booked our cabin on-line and found out that was a mistake. I thought I had booked a handicap accessible cabin but found we had been given a cabin with steps to enter and a rather large hill to climb. The patio had a large hole that caused me a hard fall

It was great love the design for the pool with La y river makes it like it has lots of room also staff was great let us know while the rod cars where out to do the trolley at the station Great time Great weather loved the 2 bedroom cabin had a fire on the huge deck and grilled out on the gas grill provided

Nice campground. Very well maintained. Close to everything. Like the idea that is close to transportation. Used it a lot to get around. Easy check-in and getting escort to lot will stay here again.

The campground is very had to navigate especially after dark. There is not very good lighting on some of the paths to the cabins and limited signage. Parking is tight.

This was our 2nd stay at a KOA, and our first time staying in their cabins. We enjoyed every minute. The pool was very nice. I loved the depth of the pool, as my 5 year old could safely touch the bottom and play without me worrying as much. The playground was nice. We appreciated the amount of dog play areas. The bath houses were always clean. We loved the location of this KOA.

We had a great time. Friends also had their RV beside us. We went to the Smoky Mountains National Park and then went mini golfing at Lost Treasure. We also went to TJ Hannahs for lunch. Then we went to The Hogg for beers. We went back to the campground and had a campfire. The next day we went to The Island. We had a wonderful day there, too. This is such a beautiful campground.

We LOVED the lazy river / heated pool. We walked the dogs and walked in the park adjacent to the KOA.

stay was great but had a bicycle stolen from site went looking for it and was advised by a worker when he ask were i was staying at i told him site 28 and he told me the homeless river boys got my bike he said it had been a problem so the next morning i ask lady at office about this and she said she knew nothing about any problems its just sad that you cant never relax

The campground was very clean, very nice and enjoyable the deluxe cabin was very nice. My only complaint is there’s no way to know or book an ADA cabin on the website. There is nothing listed for ADA cabins. I use a Rollator and it was very hard to walk up the sidewalks. We had cabin 303 other than that my time was enjoyable thank you.

We had a great stay at the Pigeon Forge KOA. We enjoyed the pool with its lazy river and we enjoyed riding our bikes in the campground. Very close to Dollywood and Patriot Park. The grounds are well kept up with pretty landscaping. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely come back.

The pool/hot tub need some kind of supervision I think. While there kids ran through mulch in and out of pool and tub throwing mulch in both. Jumping off splash wall and this was mid April I can’t imagine what its like when real busy. Not enjoyable at all. Especially a hot tub meant for relaxing.

The sites were very tight. My view from my dinette was of my neighbors deck about a foot from my slide. This probably would not be a big problem if oversized rigs were in an appropriate sized site. I have traditionally stayed at KOA parks whe possible but in the last few years I have been very disappointed. We stayed a week in the Patriot Park section of the Pigeon Forge KOA and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The campground was clean, packed with amenities, conveniently located near everything, and our site had a great view—plus the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making it a truly fun and memorable stay.

Good location to camp and visit the area. Our site was rather tight for our motorhome and tow vehicle. Lots to do for family with kids. We would reserve a premium site for more room if we return.

manager needs to manage! get out in the park see what is going on! not think text messages will do a thing! & when we come with a complaint do NOTHING not even speak to us! you pushed us off on Amy! I had a video I knew who it was that cut between my stairs & pit! You did NOTHING ! you do NOT need to be in charge! you all caused the chaos!! a lot of people around so ...efficient people helping us get registered and to our site. I think a bridge to the grocery store would be awesome! I had a long walk to get to the store. Considering where we were in Dolly country it was pretty much what we expected.

Couldn't get a spot online so I stopped in to check, luckily they had a spot available. My stay was amazing had everything i needed. Will be back with the kids for sure this summer.

We had a nice stay with a few disappointing things. The hot tub was out of order, which was what I was looking forward to the most. We went to the "backyard" to play games but all of them were broken. It's sad to see a full park of RVs and the money not being returned to the amenities. Lastly, my son want to rent a bike but last rental is 6:15 pm. Seems early.

We always enjoy staying at KOA Pigeon Forge. Always clean and quiet. Especially enjoy being able to have access to the River Walk to exercise and walk our dogs. This visit however, a next door neighbor put up barriers so that we could not walk around the wooded are to get to the Riverwalk entrance. A designated walkway should be erected at each Riverwalk entrance to guarantee access!

We were going to stay for just one night, we got in around 6:45 pm so just in time for the office to close. Once we got into our small cabin it stunk of cedar it appeared that they had repaired the beds recently. We left and met up with friends for a few hours and tried to air it out.. it didn't help. The smell was enough for us not to stay, we left at 10:45 pm and headed home.

Spent a week here, it was very nice, convenient to everything to ride the trolley, drive, and walk. RV Park is quiet and clean. The heated pool was very nice. A haven for kids to zoom around on bikes and scooters. RV spaces are a little tight and minimal parking, but it was just enough for your RV and truck. The River frontage offered a walkway to Old Mill and even some fishing opportunities!

First time staying at a campground and in a cabin. The staff were so nice, cabin clean and comfy. Loved it so much we wanted to stay an extra night but unfortunately nothing was available. Playground was nice but the glider swing definitely needs worked on (that would probably be our only complaint) Simon was great and very knowledgeable. Will definitely be back!

We came for a trip to dollywood. We expected it to be out in the country alittle bit and not in the middle of town; but it was very nice and was quiet, and it was easy to get in and out of.

Only issue is the closeness of other camping sites AND our site had goose poop all over. Host washed it off with a power washer, but kind of think that.ciuld have been done BEFORE we got here.

Excellent family vacation at the Pigeon Forge KOA. We shared a delux cabin with another family with small children and it worked perfectly, keeping our trip affordable while providing a lot of amenities for kids of all ages. The pool was clean and had plenty of chairs and space and all the restrooms and other shared areas were well upkept. The staff was also really friendly and responsive to any questions or needs. Would happily take my family back here.

We loved our stay at this KOA. I have to say it's one of the best KOAs for a kids. There are so many things to keep ur kids entertained. My son loved the park and the lazy river. The pool and lazy river is heated so it's open all year round!!!He loved the train ride and they also had move night. We will definitely come back.
