We enjoyed our stay. Would have rated a 10 and 5 stars if our shower would have had hot water. Sink was hot, but shower never got warm. Also, on our best weather day, we arrived to the pool at 8:04pm to find it closed when we were told closing time would be at 9pm.

This particular campground is clean, well maintained, good location, and offers enough to keep my kids entertained. We especially love the spot we had this last time it was beautiful and spacious. We will be back and will recommend to others.

Nice clean campground. Easy access to walk to Pigeon Forge and easy access to the shuttle. Very nice staff.

We loved our stay! The only thing I would recommend is litter pick up around the kids area.

The KOA is located next to a busy road so there is a lot of noise from that but it is a nice enough KOA that is close to everything. The lazy river is nice and hot tub is a bonus. The bathroom was a bit messy but there was a lot of folks camping so a lot of foot traffic.

We had a great time at the Pigeon Forge KOA. We loved our cabin, enjoyed the lazy pool and hot tub and everyone we met was very kind and friendly. We will definitely be back again!

Rachel was the best EVER. She made us feel welcomed the moment we stepped in th office. She even placed my baby's milk in their refrigerator until we could check into our other cabin. Thank you to Pigeon Forge KOA team. Yall made our stay Phenomenal. As we were leaving they were putting mulch out in flower beds ect, making it look beautiful as ever. Aging thank you for your hospitality.

A very clean campground. Washrooms and showers are the cleanest I have seen at a campground. Lots to do for the kids.

We had an awful problem with ants our entire stay and had multiple other problems with our cabin. Maintenance gave us a can of Raid to use after we had already had to buy other stuff. Management told us we shouldn’t have used it inside despite the invasion of ants and lack of their help to get rid of them. We had to throw food away due to them. Management was rude when they called after our sta

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. This KOA had everything for every family member! It was close to all the attractions. Christian went over and above the call of duty to help us get our giant rig into a lovely spot. We will be back!

We were put in a spot that barely fit our RV 34FT. the paper work I received for my reservation said!! Very nice space with new concrete and fire pits. back-in. So our rates started at $75,00 a night then 95.00 for the next 2 nights and $100.00 the next night making almost $400.00!!! Was very displeased! Had stayed there before and it was okay but this was bad. When first got there I ask wasn't

Very quiet, spots very close to each other with lots of vehicles making it a bit tight to drive MHs in/out. Close to town of Gatlinburg and National Park were a plus and why we close this spot

Our stay was wonderful. Checking in and out was easy. The cabin and outdoor area were well kept and just as advertised. My only complaint would be the upkeep of the showers and camping kitchen. The showers were understandably dirty at times, but it seemed like the camping kitchen was never cleaned, so we didn’t get to use that amenity. Otherwise, the stay was great!

Absolutely love Pigeon Forge Koa. Always well kept. All staff are friendly and accommodating. Showers and restrooms are clean. We stay about 2 times a year. Very close to a lot of attractions.

The park was very clean. It is close to everything in Pigeon Forge. The pool is open no matter the temperature outside. The park sends daily text messages with helpful information. They even helped when I couldnt figure out the cable connection (The antenna booster was on!) The only part I didn't like was the garbage truck noise. They banged the cans very loudly. Otherwise, loved it

The campground is clean, conveniently located to most attractions, and a quick walk to the shuttle terminal that will take you most anywhere, including Gatlinburg. It became very crowded with Spring breakers on the Sunday before we left. The upgraded back in sites with Patios are great. The noise from traffic can be annoying. Staff was very pleasant.

The spaces and travel lanes are a little tight but other than that, it's a very clean facility with a staff that is all about helping meet your needs.

Campground and bathhouse was clean. The staff in the office were friendly and always greeted me with a smile. Pool looked wonderful but didn’t get a chance to go in. We have stayed here several times and will definitely stay again.

Love the cabin we stayed in the only thing was the tv work but it was fuzzy and the young man work on it twice and couldn't get it clear . And koa was awesome they gave me a little discount . Love it and will stay again soon.

I think it was overpriced. The chair cushions were dirty. One of the wooden chairs was missing it was just concrete blocks. The pet paw pen was a mud hole. Otherwise it was a nice site.

This is a very clean and kid oriented canpground. My only complaint is how packed the sites are.

We have come here many many times! I absolutely love this environment , the employees, and all it has to offer. Especially for our kiddos! The only downfall is a couple of things: Two swings were broken The playground had trash on it The zip-line swing has been broken the last two times we have came Some of the playground equipment is torn where the climbing wall is The little brown planks that enclose the on the playground are all cracked Some of the little karts you can rent are also broken. It could just use a good loving and fixing. We spend a lot of time on the playground and that area as a whole. Like I said, those are the only negatives! We love this place and will always come back. The pool is amazing, camp store is awesome, crafts and activities are wonderful, and we love the jump pillow.
