The only issue we had was: I thought I booked a deluxe cabin, but when we got there it was a studio deluxe. Looking at my paperwork at the very bottom of the page, I found where it said studio. Other than that everything was great. Thank you

First time staying in the cabins. We loved it. I just wish they had more small cabins with bathrooms that are pet friendly so I can bring my dog.

There were ants throughout the cabin. Other than that are stay was pleasant as always. Only one rude lady in the front office everyone else super sweet and professional.

Now my most favorite. We had such an extraordinary time. Close to the trolley service to area attractions. Dollywood, The Island, and even to Gatlinburg. We definitely want to visit again.

Lot was a little too small to put out all our slides. Part of our lot flooded on last day. Several inches of standing water to handle while packing up.

Been staying at the Pigeon Forge KOA for over 26 years and it is the best KOA we have ever stayed at. The staff is phenomenal and the facilities are top notch.

I know that KOA spaces are smaller. However, we could not fit our truck and camper in the site. When I booked, I thought we were backing up to a river. We were backed up to a small river, however directly across from that was a semi busy street. We also backed up to a walking path, which was in constant use. Had I known all that, I would not have booked there. The campground amenities were nice.

Staff is exceptionally nice, however the overall campground is lacking. Cabin parking is difficult and amenities are very low quality.

Stayed in site 115 . Beautiful. The gazebo lights are connected to the site beside this. Have to turn on in electrical box 120 switch. Can be little awkward.

We loved the area. The campground was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. I thought the prices in the store were high and the golf cart rental was very high. We will be going back.

Wifi is mostly useless. Need to upgrade. If you are going to advertise it it should work. Park wasn't full and couldn't get internet service. Also would been nicer if site was level. And too small. No good place to park tow vehicle.

It was our first time at KOA Pigeon Forge and we had a great experience. Staff was really nice and helpful. The grounds were well maintained and amenities were great, we can’t wait to return again this summer for a much longer stay!

My grandkids have never had so much fun. The only complaint is that carpenter bees were around the door of our cabin that scared grandkids to death.

We stayed in a KOA Patio site next to Patriot Park. This is our 2nd stay at one these premium sites. The location is excellent and easy access to the Park, dining, and the walking trail. Our friends staying in one the KOA cabins at this location during this time as well. I would like to recommend better groundskeeping. There is a tree growing behind a utility box at the camp site where we stayed.

The KOA is so close to everything and save on gas money. The deluxe cabin was amazing. There was chairs outside, sheets on the bed, towels in the bathrooms, toilet paper in the bathrooms, and even coffee pods in the kitchen. I definitely overpacked. My only complaint is the shower in the cabin got cold after 5 minutes so I used the shower and the restrooms which were very clean, big and private.

Staff was absolutely amazing, we were very impressed with our cabin and the entire campground was immaculately maintained. The staff provided excellent service in a very professional manner. We are looking forward to our next visit and highly recommend to our friends and family!!

The campground is really a nice place. My only gripe is the pigeon forge dump, made it awful. If you keep yourself closed up in your rv, you’ll be fine. The smell just ruined it. We left ASAP in the morning because I wasn’t going to sit out and try to enjoy our coffee. Nope, that would not be enjoyable. Very sad.

I called to book 2 spots, one for my family, and one for my elderly inlaws. Rachelle was very patient over the phone and very good at finding us spots that met our needs. She has done this for us more than once over the years and has been extremely patient and very helpful every time.

Only issue is the closeness of other camping sites AND our site had goose poop all over. Host washed it off with a power washer, but kind of think that.ciuld have been done BEFORE we got here.

Excellent family vacation at the Pigeon Forge KOA. We shared a delux cabin with another family with small children and it worked perfectly, keeping our trip affordable while providing a lot of amenities for kids of all ages. The pool was clean and had plenty of chairs and space and all the restrooms and other shared areas were well upkept. The staff was also really friendly and responsive to any questions or needs. Would happily take my family back here.

We loved our stay at this KOA. I have to say it's one of the best KOAs for a kids. There are so many things to keep ur kids entertained. My son loved the park and the lazy river. The pool and lazy river is heated so it's open all year round!!!He loved the train ride and they also had move night. We will definitely come back.
