This is the best campground we have ever stayed at! Beautiful sites. Clean and convenient to everything. The walking trail is certainly a big plus. And lots of activities in the campgrounds to keep you active and happy. We will definitely be back!!

Excellent location-close to Dollywood and Great Smoky Mountains NP. Trolley stop right out front of park makes it easy. Enjoyed the pool, lazy river and jacuzzi. Very clean park-nice showers.

Like the location close to the trolley system that you can take to get around Pigeon forge and to Gatlinburg. This is a very family friendly park. The camp sites are pretty close together.

It was a good central location but the way the sites where set up made it very hard to navigate with a 43 foot trailer in a pull though. The Camp was right across the street from a transfer station with power lines going over head. Not great for the health of the campers and if we had known that this was the case we would have opted for a different RV resort all together.

The staff is amazing. They act professional but like your friends and not employees. The campground is always clean and welcoming. Any issues are resolved right now and not pushed to the side. I’m preparing to book my next stay already!!!

Great campground. Nice site close to to bathroom and shower facilities. Pool is amazing with a lazy river feature. Wish we had stayed longer.

Very clean close to everything so bring your bikes - great places to walk/run your dogs right next door - walk the river in the morning right out of the campsite on a beautiful riverwalk close to shopping restaurants and great hiking - definately go to Cades Cove and ride the 11 mile road to see all the bears elk deer and wild turkeys. And the staff at the KOA is top notch and very helpful

First stay at this KOA and we will be back. Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful with suggestions for restaurants, etc.. We were in a back in with the river behind us. It was very pleasant. We will be most definitely return.

Wonderful location!!!! Bunk beds are for kids only, mattresses only foam mats which is great for kids, but not adults, but cabin was excellent! Love the fire pit, pool,lazy river and best location ever! Only thing is horseshoes and game pieces missing? Others at the campground wanted to play also, office didn't seem interested when asked,kinda disappointed as we always enjoyed that about KOA

This campground was very clean and staff was very friendly. We loved all of the amenities offered - from the playground to the pool area, the pavilion, etc - and appreciated the availability of things such as firewood. We also appreciated the heroes discount available to us.

Workers were very helpful with anything we needed. Restrooms were kept clean. Parking sites are spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean park with friendly, attentive staff. We were assigned site 187, which is on a main pathway with constant golf cart traffic and early 7 AM trash pickups, making it noisy. We’d stay again, but next time will request the opposite side of the park, away from Main Street, for a quieter experience

I enjoy the convenience of where the KOA is located to everything within walking distance plus the Trolley! The Lazy River is very fun too and it seems to be a safe campground. However, I was a little disappointed this time because folks who were a couple sites from me were cooking dinner outside on the grill at 11:30pm to about 1:00 am. They were loud, terrible language (“f”) and more.

I really enjoy the hot tub and lazy river. Please fix the audio system. The speakers are constantly rattling and distorted. It has been this way for the last couple of years. Please hire someone to make it right. Thanks!

Cabins were great. Camp was clean, staff were friendly. Only downside was the showers were a little in need of repairs.

Cabin was clean and cozy. First time staying in one and am looking forward to it again. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My wife and I are already talking about when we’ll be back next. Location wise it’s very central and if you don’t want to drive it’s a 5 minute walk to the trolly terminal!

We had a great weekend at the KOA! Staff are all friendly and very responsive! Anytime we asked for anything they accommodated us very quickly! We will most definitely be going back!!

This was an amazing stay!! The staff was very warm and welcoming. We had several campsites for a 40th birthday celebration. Each one with children ages six months to 10 years old. The kids had a blast! They did tie dyed T-shirts, played at the pool and one the staff members even came by with little goodie bags filled with small animals and candies. The whole area was clean and accommodating!

We enjoyed our stay very much. At check-in the lady moved my son so his site was closer to us, which was very nice of her. Wi-fi was excellent. The boys enjoyed the heated pool. They stayed all afternoon. The only problem was no handicap parking at the pool. Most of the spaces was for the camp store or laundry only, but I think some people ignored the signs.

Nice clean and well kept campground. Conveniently located to Dollywood and Gatlinburg. Right behind Patriot Park where you can use the Pigeon Forge Mass Transit trolley to go to Dollywood for $3.00 a day and the pass is also good all day to ride the trolley around Pigeon Forge. Highly recommend the KOA and trolley.

Wonderful, helpful staff, clean facilities, the laundry room was great, all the machines were working. And the campground was special. Pretty, clean and a ton of amenities. In addition, the location is good, close to restaurants, Dollywood and a free tram stop.

Only issue is the closeness of other camping sites AND our site had goose poop all over. Host washed it off with a power washer, but kind of think that.ciuld have been done BEFORE we got here.

Excellent family vacation at the Pigeon Forge KOA. We shared a delux cabin with another family with small children and it worked perfectly, keeping our trip affordable while providing a lot of amenities for kids of all ages. The pool was clean and had plenty of chairs and space and all the restrooms and other shared areas were well upkept. The staff was also really friendly and responsive to any questions or needs. Would happily take my family back here.

We loved our stay at this KOA. I have to say it's one of the best KOAs for a kids. There are so many things to keep ur kids entertained. My son loved the park and the lazy river. The pool and lazy river is heated so it's open all year round!!!He loved the train ride and they also had move night. We will definitely come back.
