It was great. One suggestion. I was in 219 everyone kept comping through the site to access the river walk. Make a clearly designated walkwzy access point to prevent them from waliking into the site.

This was our 2nd visit to this KOA. Very convenience location, clean bath houses, great amenities! We love the lazy river.

Really enjoyed our time there even if it did rain most of the time. We really appreciated being shown to our site and helping us get backed in!

Have stayed in primitive and deluxe cabins, and please each time. Amazing friendly staff are very helpful, lots of activities planned also. Heated pool and hot tub are a wonderful amenity as well. The trolley station is adjacent to the campground, as are many dining and shopping establishments We have been staying here every year since 2017 and love the campground!

Excellent 2 nt stay. Clean bathrooms friendly staff. Nice store and laundry. Located right near town. Beautiful park next door with paved path and lights. Great for dogs and kids. On river walk and trolley stop . Lots are clear and flat. Easy back in. Will definitely return. Consistent koa quality.

Lots of road noise since we were out the outside edge of the campground. The showers are in fair condition - tiles missing, no bench/shelf in some, no mirror in some and no exhaust, so the steam builds up when you shower. Good location though, and the campground sites are okay, though close together. Do like the big trees.

Short stay but the kids want to go back:) Staff was very friendly. Pool was nice arm despite the cold temps outside and the hot tub was great. Thank you!

We love staying at this campground. We love the trees and the prime location in Pigeon Forge. The bathhouse is always clean and the showers have great water pressure and hot water. The campground has staff that are constantly picking up trash and keeping the grounds looking nice. And a heated pool to 80 degrees during the colder months! You won’t be disappointed at this location. We will be back

It’s is very close to all the pigeon forge action. Lot of fun watching the trick or treaters. Haunted house was a great touch. The staff were very friendly. We are now at the Nashville koa. Used too, the guide to your spot would get out and help you back in if the spots are tight. This was a big deal to me. It seems to be a lost courtesy at the KOA’s these days. But we still love them.

It was very good except for 2 things…the cabins and camp sites are too close together and the lighting along the pathways at night was poor (many of the lights were broken creating a safety issue).

It was great. The only complaint I have was the stone pillar that blocks your view to the left pulling out. The road curves and with the fence and stone pillar. You can’t see far at all. Please move the corner pillar back 5 feet and line the fence to it as it would be a great help!

The WiFi was really sketchy in and out. I don’t remember that problem last year when we stayed there. I was able to stream my tv provider but not this year. I thought I heard someone say you had put in new WiFi but I didn’t ask.

Prices have went up since our last stay a year ago. We stay there e twice a year. Prices between 99.00 & 150.00 might not stay next year!

We always have a blast staying at the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg KOA! Great and quick service with requests for firewood, etc. Excellent location.

Overall, the campground is very well kept. We especially love the Halloween weekend activities as well as the playground areas and heated pool! Lots to do with kiddos.

Our family always has the best time at this KOA! The grounds are always well kept, the staff goes above and beyond, and there are always plenty of activities for the kiddos. Thanks for a wonderful 6 night stay-5 stars all the way. Can’t wait already for my annual birthday trip next October!

Had a fun time. KOA office personnel were very kind and helpful as always. I personally was not happy that KOA has gone from cable TV to Streaming but I do understand their reasoning. We have cabe at our residence and do not stream so had the office get us started. I do have one suggestion for cabin 301, remove the couch and replace with 2 recliners and a table and lamp between them.

Loved the salt water pool thats open longer than the others, it's mildly heated but it's enough to enjoy! Very friendly atmosphere overall. Only some what complaint would be the small dog owners who let their pocket dog yap more than they should. But thats not the koas fault.

Our RV site was great. We arrived at night and it was a slightly difficult to see the numbers for the sites. Maybe some street lights would help.

We stayed five days here. We have a 38 ft fifth wheel, These sites are not long enough for your rig. They need to fill the huge holes on site that filled with rain made a muddy mess.

Even with a site mix-up, the office staff did a wonderful job of making everything right for us. We actually ended up in the hookup we originally wanted, that wasn’t available when we originally booked. Thank you!

This is the 3rd time in less than a year I have visited. I stay in a cabin and love it. I only dealt with the morning staff and they are awesome!!!

This is a very nice clean campground that is close to most things you would want to do in the area. Its close proximity to the public transit station was very helpful for going to Dollywood $3 for an all day ticket sure beats the $25 parking. My only complaint is its very tight and when they don't make people park in their site it can get even tighter. I would stay here again.

Only issue is the closeness of other camping sites AND our site had goose poop all over. Host washed it off with a power washer, but kind of think that.ciuld have been done BEFORE we got here.

Excellent family vacation at the Pigeon Forge KOA. We shared a delux cabin with another family with small children and it worked perfectly, keeping our trip affordable while providing a lot of amenities for kids of all ages. The pool was clean and had plenty of chairs and space and all the restrooms and other shared areas were well upkept. The staff was also really friendly and responsive to any questions or needs. Would happily take my family back here.

We loved our stay at this KOA. I have to say it's one of the best KOAs for a kids. There are so many things to keep ur kids entertained. My son loved the park and the lazy river. The pool and lazy river is heated so it's open all year round!!!He loved the train ride and they also had move night. We will definitely come back.
