in the 25 years we have been camping, I don't remember a campground where the entire staff was nice and friendly. They always say hey when you pass them around the campground. Simon the activities guy knew our names and even remembered which cabin we stayed in last year. When we had questions about places to go in town on a rainy day he gave recommendations.

It was a great deluxe cabin. The only issue we had was at checkout when we were letting them know some issues with the deluxe cabin. Some were dangerous, non functioning equipment, and hair build up in the sink. As we left the staff who were standing around the front desk chatting m snide comments and gave us looks that we didn't appreciate.

I would give perfect score but there were ants in the cabin. I stayed last year and the little things like broken pathlights, wornout decks, yard game area around the cabins needs refurbishrefurbishing. The campsites are in great shape and impressive but the cabins look neglected. But overall its a great place to vacation and I would stay again.

Awesome Campground. Very convenient location. I still gave it a five star rating. However, we had neighbors with barking dogs that were pretty much nonstop. A couple other campers reported that to the office and unfortunately they did not do anything about it. Still would recommend this Campground.

This is a very nice campground with friendly employees. The heated pool, lazy river and playground were a lot of fun. The store and laundry were clean and well stocked. Our site was alright, but we'll probably get an upgraded one next time because most sites are tight and unorganized. The location is excellent, and right next to the trolley bus if you need transportation. We'll stay again soon.

The park was clean and very well maintained. The staff were helpful and friendly. The park isn’t just people friendly but pet friendly, which is very important to all the people who travel with their pet. I would definitely recommend this park if you are camping in the Pigeon Forge area.

Location was great and really enjoyed the lazy river. Site was tight to get out trailer in/out that is the only complaint. We are glad our group left on Fri before more campers came in or we might have had to have the neighbor more their vehicle to get out.

Not a fan of gravel pad especially when they are uneven, however the stay was great. The camp was clean and well taken care of. Staffs were amazingly helpful.

Sites and roads are small. When leaving early in the morning the neighbors vehicles could cause you to wait until they are up to move vehicles.

All was well, except one toilet in the office area bathroom was broke all week. The handle wouldn’t flush. I am sure someone on restroom duty knew this as it got flushed so I used it and again same thing wrong with it. Could see by the chart it was only looked once all day. Also, we had no power when we first got there. The worker said the breaker was shot.

I stayed at site 120 for 2 nights on May 17,18 2026. Very disappointed when I asked twice to put the lights on outside above patio as we were leaving at 6 am morning of May 19 and really needed the lights as hooking up in dark ( sunrise was later). No one put lights on so I put the lights on both sides of our camp site enabling easier hook up!! Was very disappointed no one e listened.

This KOA is now rated my favorite campground! Amenities are amazing! Restrooms and showers were modern and clean. The location couldn't be beat. Right along the river and beside Patriot Park and the Trolley station. Access to the bike trail was our favorite part. We rode bikes for miles every day. So wish you weren't 9.5 hours away from us otherwise we would camp there several times per year.

This KOA is good. Lots of amenities and proximity to everything is good. Bathrooms are old except one new one but they all need upgrades. Certain sites flooring rainstorms and they should be levelled. Lots for kids to do which is good. Staff not too friendly. Some are but not all.

It's a heavily used campground that's really showing it's age. Outside the public bathhouses smelled strongly of urine. Pet owners didn't always clean up after their dogs. Political flags shouldn't be allowed. Unprofessional and untrained staff members. Shelly could use a vacation herself.

We had a fantastic time. The first time we’ve stayed at a KOA as a family and we are sure to do it again! Our boys loved the pool and the lazy river. The bathhouse was clean. The cabin comfy. Overall it was wonderful!

This is not our first time staying at this location, but it is our first time in the cabins, and we loved them. Very clean and comfortable. Before we left, we made reservations for next year.

Everything was great! Much better than I thought it might be given its location to the heavy tourist area of Pigeon Forge. We will definitely go back.

Only issue is the closeness of other camping sites AND our site had goose poop all over. Host washed it off with a power washer, but kind of think that.ciuld have been done BEFORE we got here.

Excellent family vacation at the Pigeon Forge KOA. We shared a delux cabin with another family with small children and it worked perfectly, keeping our trip affordable while providing a lot of amenities for kids of all ages. The pool was clean and had plenty of chairs and space and all the restrooms and other shared areas were well upkept. The staff was also really friendly and responsive to any questions or needs. Would happily take my family back here.

We loved our stay at this KOA. I have to say it's one of the best KOAs for a kids. There are so many things to keep ur kids entertained. My son loved the park and the lazy river. The pool and lazy river is heated so it's open all year round!!!He loved the train ride and they also had move night. We will definitely come back.
