Simeon was wonderful, I painted rocks with him and I teach kids in children's church and he answered questions on all the activity done there. Very helpful. Only complain was the man who blows leaves. Great that he does this, but he blew them on my car while doing the one at our cabin. Gladly moved car if he came and ask. He did take blower and blow off car. Little pieces got down in at windshiel

Made reservations a few months ago. Had us set up to be at the sopt directly behind our friends. I offered to pay extra for the hold and they said that they are not busy this time of year and stated that they will make sure the spot we requested would be held. Upon arrival that spot was taken and WILL have to take another! Also I had to explain why I do not use doordash. (There is more) donotstay!

Very nice campground. Staff was very friendly and there was a lot to do there for adults and kids. We will definitely be back.

I had always enjoyed coming tell this time When we got there there was a died mice in wall we didn't say anything we tried to take of it out our selfs. Then on my birthday they got after me because my dogs we excited on the porch and would bark at people when they came along. They weren't out there that long and it made me cry on my birthday after the smell we had and they did put us somewhere e

Our site was great except for the campers that arrived behind us after a few days. They had 2 big dogs they’d leave out in the pawpen and let them bark constantly. Then there’s the people who walk right across your patio like they own it. They let their dogs potty on your campsite and don’t clean it up.

Had a fantastic time! Came to the area for work and the park was the perfect location to the LeConte Center. My son enjoyed all the activities and the pool being open year round was an added bonus. The bathrooms were clean, the staff was all friendly and they had a fairly stocked camp store even though it’s November. We had so much fun, we can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed our stay on a patio site during the first week of November. The staff was friendly and courteous. The campground is clean and well kept with lots of activities. There is a trolley stop out front or you can walk to the transit station next to Patriot park. We will definitely stay here again.

We loved all of the amenities and proximity to all the things. What we didn't love was our site backing up to a busy main road, the campground really not being big rig friendly so getting to our spot was dicey and I booked for a site that said it was long enough for us but there's no way that would have worked. I had to pay extra for an "upgraded" site but that's where our view was a busy road.

We had a great stay BUT….. to get to the cabin it was off the beaten path and hard to get to and it was backed up next to the LOUD shuttle bus terminal so it was not peaceful at all. When a complaint was given there was an office staff that was rude and hateful. If she had more gold in her nose she would have been hidden. She was rude and has no business working with the public!!! Do better KOA!

We love it! The pool is open in fall is awesome. It in the Middle of the all atracction � even you can walk near to rhe river and the playground �� dog park��� make me more easy for me and mi kids. 100%�

It was great, loved the actives. We were there Oct 29-Nov 4. Everyone wea so nice and helpful. Also a shout out to the WiFi carry. We had a problem and they helped until it was fixed. Will be back

Terrible campsite. Clean showers poor sink water pressure in lower restroom. Did not provide site we originally booked - power and water only (which we had booked onsite the year prior).

Always a great place to stay. I wish I had been informed that Halloween was not going to be celebrated on its official date on 10/31. Please add a dust pans to the cabins broom. We looked forward to our next stay. Great staff, the key to success.

Cabins are on very steep hills to get to them also heat in half of unit don’t work an when we checked out we were made to feel it was a inconvenience to them and it’s my fault I don’t get outa bed to figure out how to call someone in the middle of the night

We had a great stay for Halloween weekend! Cabins 10 and 11 were the perfect spot to be with our kids! We could sit on the patio and watch them bounce, and we were just steps away from the side gate into the pool. Our only complaint is the pool pump had a terrible squeak that made it hard to sit outside at night by the fire and relax. We had to buy a sound machine to sleep the second night.

Only concern we had is that we were too big for our campsite. They ask for the size when booking the reservation, but still assigned us a very small site. We made it work and had a great time! Staff were super friendly and helpful. Nice location, Halloween activities were fun!

We have stayed several times with yaw and never disappoints, we stayed this year by the river and loved it definitely the best thanks to all personnel we will be back

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Loved the pool and hot tub! Enjoyed the Halloween decorations and passing out candy. Sites were adequate -- good spacing, especially our end (we were in 210). We had trouble with the sewer backing out our neighbor's pipe though. We also hope the egress to the river walkway/ greenway at our end would remain open when all spaces are full. Great location to area

The cabin was nice. They need to better Identify the cabins. The bathrooms for the camping cabin need to be upgraded a bit. All in all it was a nice camp ground.

It was great. One suggestion. I was in 219 everyone kept comping through the site to access the river walk. Make a clearly designated walkwzy access point to prevent them from waliking into the site.

This was our 2nd visit to this KOA. Very convenience location, clean bath houses, great amenities! We love the lazy river.

Only issue is the closeness of other camping sites AND our site had goose poop all over. Host washed it off with a power washer, but kind of think that.ciuld have been done BEFORE we got here.

Excellent family vacation at the Pigeon Forge KOA. We shared a delux cabin with another family with small children and it worked perfectly, keeping our trip affordable while providing a lot of amenities for kids of all ages. The pool was clean and had plenty of chairs and space and all the restrooms and other shared areas were well upkept. The staff was also really friendly and responsive to any questions or needs. Would happily take my family back here.

We loved our stay at this KOA. I have to say it's one of the best KOAs for a kids. There are so many things to keep ur kids entertained. My son loved the park and the lazy river. The pool and lazy river is heated so it's open all year round!!!He loved the train ride and they also had move night. We will definitely come back.
