We stay at KOA every Thanksgiving! Its a wonderful campground with fantastic staff!

I rate this place very high because this was my fifth visit here. Campground is in a great location close to many attractions and shops. the staff is great very friendly and helpful. I wasn't very pleased with the site I was in not what I expected but it worked out, I really enjoyed my 8 nights here

Fun activities for the kids. So many things to do. Pool area is really nice, heated too. Staff at the rec very friendly. Bathroom-showr by the front entrance sites, need a little work. Mold on the vents, tiles falling off. Need to be remolded. And cleaned daily, saw the same hair for 3 days straight. Also if you like quiet I’d stay far away from the entrance sites, you can hear all the traffic

Very clean campground. The bathrooms were very nice. The pool area was great. This campground is very convenient to all the attractions. Nice to be able to walk to stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Great campground, only problem is some people don't follow the rules; not picking up dog poop, keeping dogs on their leashes and firepit management.

I BOOKED HERE BECAUSE OF THE HOT TUB, BUT THIS CAMP GROUND HAS SO MUCH MORE. THE LAZY RIVER/POOL WAS HEATED, MY KIDS GOT IN IT WHEN IT WAS 30 DEGREES OUTSIDE, SO IT MUST BE HEATED PRETTY WELL. THE HOT TUB WAS AMAZING, THE OFFICE/STORE HAS SO MUCH TO CHOOSE FROM. WE EVEN HAD A GUY WHO WORKS THE NIGHT SHIFT HELP US BACK IN TO OUR SITE LATE AT NIGHT. GREAT PLACE, WE WILL DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK!

Loved the location. Easy to get to. Very clean and quiet. Super friendly and helpful staff. Site 42 was tight for my set up next time I will get a pull through. Bath house clean and warm. Hot tub was awesome! No hidden fees. Smooth online reservations.

Some one let their animal poop right on the site, where we hook up. Three people got poop on their shoes and drug it in my RV. That is unacceptable. The bathrooms near the office need major updating. Also, it would be nice to have more free activities for the kids.

We love it here! Just wish the sites were a little more spread out. We had to have cars moved to park and then again to leave. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time and everything is very well maintained. Can't wait to come back!

Staff very helpful and nice, if you were lucky enough to get a new premium site very nice. But I was not other sites aren’t big enough, hard to put a 37 foot trailer in a 30 foot spot, no parking room, spot unlevel . If I call again and can’t get premium sites we want be back.

Due to the overall rise in the cost of living, and the high cost of nightly cabin rates, it makes it very difficult to bring a family for a few days and enjoy entertainment, food, etc.

The spots were a tight to maneuver for the larger RVs. Our specific campsite had some major damage done to the slate campfire ring and the slate table top, which was very dangerous. The Campground itself was clean. The staff very friendly and an ideal location for Pigeon Forge, the Smoky Mountains and Gatlinburg!!

Sites were too close together. It was hard to get around the campground. The sites were clean and staff was pleasant.

Great location, we walked the Christmas lights to the island and ride the trolley back. Was beautiful. Had an awesome time. My granddaughter loved the playground and heated lazy river. We even stayed an extra day because she begged to stay. Loved the whole trip.

It was perfect like always, only thing I would recommend, is some lights around camp ground , so we can walk our doggies with out using a flashlight.. just some little lights..

We enjoyed our time. It is a peaceful nice campground. We did have one issue. The mornings around 4am. Across the river the dumpster guy makes a bad racket that can wake you.

We stayed in a small cabin. It was clean and quaint. we loved that it felt private even though we were among other cabins. The deck and fire pit were great. The pool area was clean and nice! Definitely recommend.

Checked into my cabin Friday night. The cabin was clean and nice, but there was black mold in the kitchen AC unit and the hot water only lasted about two minutes. I reported it Saturday morning, was told maintenance would handle it, but NO ONE was sent. I had to return back to the office that evening before anyone took action. The mold issue was fixed, but the hot water is still not working proper

Only issue is the closeness of other camping sites AND our site had goose poop all over. Host washed it off with a power washer, but kind of think that.ciuld have been done BEFORE we got here.

Excellent family vacation at the Pigeon Forge KOA. We shared a delux cabin with another family with small children and it worked perfectly, keeping our trip affordable while providing a lot of amenities for kids of all ages. The pool was clean and had plenty of chairs and space and all the restrooms and other shared areas were well upkept. The staff was also really friendly and responsive to any questions or needs. Would happily take my family back here.

We loved our stay at this KOA. I have to say it's one of the best KOAs for a kids. There are so many things to keep ur kids entertained. My son loved the park and the lazy river. The pool and lazy river is heated so it's open all year round!!!He loved the train ride and they also had move night. We will definitely come back.
