It was cold over the weekend and when laying on the bottom bunks no heat would reach that area so we were very cold- the heat would only reach the top bunks

This is our favorite KOA!!! Staff is so friendly and helpful! Clean facilities and close to all the attractions! We try to come every year they are the best and make us feel at home!

We had a great stay. All the staff was very friendly and professional. The cabin was very comfortable, clean and roomy. The deck was roomy and the stone fireplace was awesome for our evening campfire. We will definitely stay again!!

We stayed at a cabin on a rainy weekend and everything was very clean. Staff as always was very nice and helpful. Bathrooms were super clean even with the rain all weekend.

This was a great place to stay! They were able to accommodate our 40' with a towed car. The site was clean & level. The workers were friendly and helpful. We extended our stay twice!

We previously showed up here without a booking and they took care of us. This time we booked ahead as we knew where and when we were driving. We arrived a little later than expected and received a text for when we arrived and the place was closed. Next morning we went to the office and the staff took care of any final items in a couple items very quickly. Very professional!

I stayed in camping cabin 332 for two nights. I’ve always had the best time at Pigeon Forge KOA. I’ve stayed in KOA all across the country and this is the first time I’ve considered never staying in a camping cabin again. My body is literally covered from head to toe in bed bug bites. I contacted Amy at the front desk and let her know that the room needed fumigating and thoroughly cleaned.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin with our fur baby. The beds were extremely comfortable. The cabin was clean and spacious with excellent patio amenities(rock fire pit, Weber grill, Adirondack chairs, family-size outdoor table). Landscaped for privacy. The lazy river was open and heated. There are multiple family activities onsite. The staff was very friendly and check-in was quick (Thank you Amy!)

This is the 2nd year in a row we have stayed at the Pigeon Forge KOA. Once again, it was perfect for our weekend getaway for our son’s birthday. It is conveniently located, the cabins are perfect size for a weekend, and the amenities are perfect for families. Looking forward to planning another trip real soon during warmer weather!

Stay was great overall, only concern was the heat was baseboard and does work but doesn't output like central heat. At nights would be warm but even on max all night in the morning cabin would be chilly being outside was around 30 degrees. Parking was interesting then had to walk then upstairs your couldn't park and walk straight into. Not Ada accommodation. Would stay again knowing these issues.

Very helpful staff, the park was very clean and well maintained. Great location. We loved all the amenities the park has to offer, especially the firepits and very nice seating arears throughout the park. One of the best campgrounds we have stayed at in Pigeon Forge. Thank you for your hospitality!

We planned on being here a couple of weeks, and two months later, still here and just purchased a home near by The amazing staff are helpful , answered all our questions with knowledge and kindness. They changed my cabin reservation and location backed us up to employee living. Very disturbing with morning activities when asked for another cabin they said they were booked. We were there for 7 days place was a ghost town. They definitely had availability even left a day early. Was supposed to have full patio w outside fireplace we had nothing close to what I booked.. never ever again horrible

We had a wonderful stay at the Kampground in a 44’ Fifth Wheel and will definitely be returning later in the year. Great location, central to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We had a beautiful view of Patriot Park and all of their Xmas lights. The sites were clean with awesome amenities, and the staff is AMAZING! Special shout out to Amy and Ron — they made our stay exceptional!

Rustic cabins are always a nice option in a pinch, not the most comfortable of mattresses and the heating unit seemed passive aggressive but I'm always glad to have a spot in Pigeon Forge for the night.

The cabin was very cold because of baseboard heat. Needed extra heat of some kind. EITH GAS HEAT OR AN EXTRA SPACE HEATER. cabin was very nice otherwise. Presons staying next to us in cabin had a dog that was left alone and it barked and howled during the morning and several hours in the evening. I called to complain!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here at the deluxe cabin! The cabin was comfortable and clean, the porch with fireplace was amazing! The staff went above and beyond for us and we were so thankful for them! We will definitely be back to stay. Thanks again for an amazing stay!!

We loved it here. Everyone was super nice. Our cabin was clean. The only thing that is a bit of a downfall was if you rent a cabin you don't get to park at it. We had a great time though and even got to see the duo velvet rodeo play.

Camped at KOA Holiday @ Pigeon Forge. Very nice, only drawback was road noise, but everything else was TopNotch♡
