Great staff, no issues at all. Weather turned colder, no problem with heat in the cabin. Actually had to turn it down. 5th stay at this location, can’t wait to go back.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Pigeon Forge KOA. The bathroom/shower facilities were conveniently located, clean and good hot water for showers. Close to local attractions and Trolley pickup was at the entrance of campground. The KOA office had a good selection of supplies and the staff were friendly and answered our questions.

I have absolutely NO complaints about our stay! The facilities were well maintained, lots clean and level and staff super friendly. Location perfect and convenient! 10/10 will stay again!

We stayed in one of the spots next to Patriot park which was very nice. Easy to walk to Old Mill or the trolly station. The problem is the roads in the park are very narrow and the other spots are close together. Luckily the park was pretty empty when we got there and there was no one parked across from my spot. I had to swing my truck off the road into the other spots to get my camper in place.

This is a excellent campground . The staff and work campers are awesome and helpful. We stayed this time for 2 weeks. The location is perfect .

Pool did not work. Office staff was less than accommodating. No one seemed happy to be there. Cabin had not been dusted or deep cleaned in a long time. Spider webs and thick dust on the heaters and window sills. Refrigerator was not easily accessible, you had to move the table to be able to get to it. Fire pit was not turned on. Door did not seal all the way, it was open to the outside at the top.

The campground itself is nice. But the noise was nearly unbearable. There was middle of the night noise coming from across the river in bright lights. There was garbage truck noise. Then there was all day long leaf blowing noise. yesterday. It's in town, not a quiet place to be.

Had a good last of the year get away. Would be so nice if there was gravel or asphalt put in all of the muddy puddles in the drive ways. River front sites on the site 221 area are very tight for parking with larger campers and trucks. Wifi upgrade is nice. Campground staff are super friendly and helpful. We will be back!!!

2 camp spots down took their dog for a “walk” and let it choose the vacant spot next to us to do it’s business and then they walked off and left it to stink as we were outside. Yesterday afternoon we received a mass text saying clean up after your pets so I guess we weren’t the only ones aggravated. Thank you PF KOA for staying on top of things!!! Also the bathroom was extremely clean! Gre

This place is great! The staff were very helpful even when we had to upgrade to a different cabin. It is so close to the Trolley Station which makes getting around Pigeon Forge easy.

I had reservations for 2 BR/bath & half. For some reason we got put in 2 BR/1 bath. We have been KOA members & have stayed here for years. Very disappointed in the way this was handled. I don’t know why they could not put us in the right cabin.

The location is perfect and the stay is easy. I would recommend a little work to the shower house near the kamping kabins , the one in the middle of the rv sites is superb so maybe an upgrade to the older, near the cabins, since those of us staying in cabins need the shower house more so.

Good convenient until it was time to go and we were blocked in by others blocking the road to go and we had to wait to get by for 45 minutes. Don’t want to do that again. To tight no way out we cannot be the first ones to say this. Which means you do not care!!!

We enjoyed our stay. It is convenient. The only thing that could have been better was the heating system. We had a hard time getting it comfortable. Either too hot or too cold so at night in bedroom we had to put AC on 72 so when it got too warm it would come on and cool it down. Overall, we had a great time and plan to stay again.

Wonderful campground. The bathrooms are so clean and very nice. The showers could use a couple more hooks and the chairs a little bigger. The front desk people are wonderful. So knowledgeable of the area and things to do and see. The location is just perfect. Right in the middle of everything and far enough that you don’t hear the noise of the city. Would definitely recommend

Stayed in a Deluxe Cabin. Cabin was nice but it didn't have cable TV. I expected better being Deluxe.

Had two cabins and rv space with dog fence. Only thing that we thought needed work was the dog pen was totally muddy and wish there had been something in it to not make it so muddy but the rest of everything was amazing the staff and the park itself.. Five star even though it wouldl not let me put a five star for some reason.

This is our second stay here. We love the central location within walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping. The KOA was great for our pup too. One of the dog parks was nice and big, giving her a chance to stretch her legs when she gets the zoomies! And they have dog wash stations too.

Only issue is the closeness of other camping sites AND our site had goose poop all over. Host washed it off with a power washer, but kind of think that.ciuld have been done BEFORE we got here.

Excellent family vacation at the Pigeon Forge KOA. We shared a delux cabin with another family with small children and it worked perfectly, keeping our trip affordable while providing a lot of amenities for kids of all ages. The pool was clean and had plenty of chairs and space and all the restrooms and other shared areas were well upkept. The staff was also really friendly and responsive to any questions or needs. Would happily take my family back here.

We loved our stay at this KOA. I have to say it's one of the best KOAs for a kids. There are so many things to keep ur kids entertained. My son loved the park and the lazy river. The pool and lazy river is heated so it's open all year round!!!He loved the train ride and they also had move night. We will definitely come back.
