Communicated so well and was over the top with welcoming my children and I. This is the second time I’ve used KOA (unsure why it doesn’t show my last stay in Colorado, DEC 2023, but KOA hasn’t failed us yet. This area really done a superior job.

They used to do good at keeping up with maintenance and cleanliness but toilets were busted, sinks were in disrepair, bathrooms and showers by the main office are tiny and ill maintained. The heated lazy river has not been heated multiple times and the hot tub is barely warm anymore. Used to be the best, but not recently. Staff is always friendly tho, and generally are pretty helpful.

Couldn’t have asked for a better spot to enjoy Pigeon Forge. The campground being so close to the Trolley station is so convenient. The campground was clean and had so many amenities. We loved the campfire set up by the pool. The campsite was spacious. We will definitely be back. The Travelling Nana.

As for convenience and location, it’s great. The campground was totally empty except for what appeared to be a few long terms. Showers were ok. We only stay at KOAs. Asked about adding another night…if so we had to move sites. Again, empty! So, we left for Fort Mill /Charlotte. Felt like royalty when we arrived. May stay the rest of the week. We would have stayed TN but didn’t feel welco

Thank you for the wonderful stay. We really enjoyed being so close to all that Pigeon Forge has to offer. The staff was great and the campground is very well taken care of. We look forward to our next visit.

It is in one of the best location in Pigeon Forge right next to the River Walk and Patriot Park. All of the amenities are great. The only bad thing was some mud where we parked and I think our site was about the only one that way.

Well this is the first time I can say KOA really sacked. Day I got there the guy that worked at camp ground let me back my filth wheel into a tree and it damaged the roof. Then there was so many people staying there there was no water. Because they were told to leave water on to keep it from freezing. We were scheduled for a week's stay but left on Wednesday morning

Loved the campground. Check in was a breeze. Sites were well laid out. Everything was clean. Will definitely be coming back here, at a time when the area isn’t so busy.

We had a good stay. Everything was fine but the space was a little close than we are used to. The only problem we had was when we were driving back to camp at night the lights on the sign were out and we kept missing the turn in.

We stayed in a Patriot Park Patio Site which was great. Many nice extras. The location on the river walk and next to Patriot Park is a nice feature. However we found a few maintenance issues. The heater for the pool was out of order. We booked there because the pool is heated and opened all year. The jets in the hot tub did not work, the gravity rail was broken, stones missing on the fire pit.

The campsites are to small and too close. If you have a problem they do not help you at all. We have people letting their dogs out and being a nuisance to people. I would never stay their again and I will definitely not recommend it to anyone. We camp alot and you can tell that they are only about money. If you want to rent a golf cart they are rented by the half hour.

Perfect location for visiting most popular attractions. The location of our assigned site (178) was at the edge of the property that borders Veterans Parkway, so the traffic noise was quite substantial during all but late night/early morning hours. I would recommend sites on the lower level of the property. Property was well maintained and supported well during our stay. Restrooms were clean.

Not friendly staff at all. On check in or check out. I rent the cabin with 2 bedrooms and one and half baths. Cabin needed maintenance bad. Loose faucet in bath tub. Missing blind wands. Toothpaste on sink in bath. Pool was broken.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Our site on the river was spacious and clean and was perfect to set outside with our family and not feel like your neighbors were on top of us. The facilities were all clean. Only draw back is just being picky is that the front bath houses could use some updating.

Great place to stay. The facilities were nice and clean and staff was nice and helpful. The proximity to the transit center, trolley and the river walk were perfect for our family!

the campgrounds is perfectly nestled on the little pigeon river and right by the strip. The amenities are fantastic! Our feedback would be to not close the bathrooms between 8-9am for cleaning. Since it was below freezing we counted on the bathhouse and not our own. Several days we had to stressfully wait in the cold to use the bathroom in the early mornings. Staff was friendly and great!

Had a great time over New Years. Loved talking with.the girls in the front office. They had great advice and made me feel completely at home. This KOA is the place I always default to when coming to the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area.

Our spot was clean, the staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The pool, water and lounge chairs were in great condition. Our kids loved the bouncy pillow, but playground was littered and the zip line did not work. We picked this KOA for its kids amenities so I recommend not advertising something that’s broken. The dog park and the bathrooms did not smell clean from the outside.

when we arrived we expected a HEATED POOL as ADVERTISED and it was NOT heated for the entire 4 day stay. the showers are filthy dirty and 1 of the shower doors has a HOLE in the door where the handle is missing. also when i arrived the porch light at my cabin was not working and when i called the numbers i was given to call for any issues ...went toa message that the mailbox is full cant take mess

Staff is always very helpful. Love the campground with great access to everything. Just wish that the cabins didn't have internet only TVs without local channels on them.

Had 14 people stay in 3 different cabins. It was 8 kids (10 months to 9 years) and we had an absolute blast. Pigeon Forge was super busy (and expensive) so we were happy we got to stay mostly on the site and have such a fun time. Would have easily been five stars but the heater for the pool wasn’t working so we couldn’t play in there. Otherwise it was great and we plan on going to more KOAs!

We were visiting Dollywood and Gatlinburg. Perfect location. Loved having the ability to use the trolly. Did not give perfect score due to 2 new bathing suits being ruined by the bleach amount in your hot tub. I have pictures of them. My husband and I were upset and told the office. They didn’t seem concerned that was not what I wanted. Joking I said you owe my husband and I shirts.

We enjoyed our stay except for a few issues. First they wouldn’t accept my check & had to use a card- next they promised a refund of 234.00 for my foul smelling cabin #9 that I haven’t received !

Great location. Easy access to the trolley to take to Dollywood only cost $2.50 and it took about 5mins to get there. Cheaper than paying parking fee. Easy walk to the Old Mill district with lots of shops and restaurants. Bathrooms were clean and Patriot Park was a plus for the dogs. Only sad thing was heater was broke in the pool but it was 75degrees and kids were still in it. Great playground!

We stayed the week of Christmas with our teenaged kids. The campground was awesome- everything we needed it to be. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful- especially Sarah at the check in desk. Best KOA we've stayed at

Only issue is the closeness of other camping sites AND our site had goose poop all over. Host washed it off with a power washer, but kind of think that.ciuld have been done BEFORE we got here.

Excellent family vacation at the Pigeon Forge KOA. We shared a delux cabin with another family with small children and it worked perfectly, keeping our trip affordable while providing a lot of amenities for kids of all ages. The pool was clean and had plenty of chairs and space and all the restrooms and other shared areas were well upkept. The staff was also really friendly and responsive to any questions or needs. Would happily take my family back here.

We loved our stay at this KOA. I have to say it's one of the best KOAs for a kids. There are so many things to keep ur kids entertained. My son loved the park and the lazy river. The pool and lazy river is heated so it's open all year round!!!He loved the train ride and they also had move night. We will definitely come back.
