Got checked in, made it to cabin/ cabin didn’t have hot water and was a little dirty- went to the office and they swapped us cabins which we were thankful for - just waisted time moving over. Pool wasn’t very clean

We enjoyed our stay, most likely will do it again. My only disappointment was the width of the parking spot, other parks have wider parking areas giving a more relaxed ingress and egress of the camper.

Pleasantly surprised about the cabin for it"s cleanliness and quality.First time in a KOA cabin, usually stay at KOA in our RV.Will likely stay again in a cabin, turned out to be a good choice for winter getaway.

There were dog messes in and around the dog pen when we arrived that we had to clean up. The campground was pretty empty yet you put another camper right next to us. Most people like there space when possible. $45 dollars seems pretty steep for a six pack of beer and a twelve pack of trulys at the camp store.

The campground is so convenient to everything in Pigeon Forge. The river walk is very convenient and relaxing. It’s also a a great walk for the dogs.

Upon arrival the ladies at the front desk were friendly and welcoming, campground was clean and well maintained, pool and lazy river were awesome, 10/10 will be back thank you again for having us!

PF KOA is our go-to spot when we're headed to Pigeon Forge. The staff is always helpful. For this trip, I had to call to request a longer site the week before arrival. The staff accommodated easily, as it was off-season, and we paid the difference. Again, a no-hassle stay at this KOA!

Great service. Great place. Easy to work with allowing us to leave early due to bad weather and saving us 1 night. I will happily spend that money on an extra night for my next trip.

Loved my stay but cabin 304 is a tough location on seniors due to location from parking lot and steep incline. Otherwise, nice stay.

Staff was great but the cabin heat was bad. It was cold and the heat couldn't keep the cabin comfortable

This KOA is very well maintained. Our cabin was spotless and perfect for us. The pool was warm and the hot tub was relaxing. I loved having a fireplace, we enjoyed making s'mores. We will definitely be back!

It is an excellent place to stay in Pigeon Forge. Couple of issues. 1. Please help guest to locate the site. Whoever is coming for first time, it is very confusing to navigate 2. Please keep a box for early checkout key drop. Should not need to wait till 9am to check out.

Friendly staff, clean showers/bathrooms. Park is very nice and my dog loved the K9 Kamp! Great to see Santa is still there!

Stayed in the corner in our truck camper. It was quiet and saw no real bears. The campground is cute with all the carved, wooden bears. We used the FREE Gatlinburg Trolley. It was an excellent mode of transportation to anywhere in Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. Only issue I had was putting the trash in the dumpster. I am short and couldn't reach the carabiners that keep it bear proof.

The support for the mattress in our cabin was broken when we first moved in, but in less than an hour or two, they brought in a new mattress. Incredible people and a pure pleasure. HIGHLY recommend staying with these good folks!

The cabin was really nice and cozy. Beds were comfortable. Would recommend bringing your own pillows, we went and bought some after the first night. Lots of windows in the cabin so it’s very bright as soon as the sun come up and lots of light shines in at night even with the blinds closed.

We lost power one night and tried to contact the after hours number. No one ever contacted us back. Still haven’t contacted us back. Thankfully we found the breaker box and reset everything, but it was too cold outside to never receive a phone call back. We have small children, so it definitely could have been dangerous if we (the customer) didn’t take matters into our own hands.

Stayed while we looked for a place after being transferred to the area for work. Wonderful staff, beautiful campground and very clean facilities!

Site looked like a back in but we reserved a pull through. Apparently there was a grassy road to "pull through" but at night it is unable to be seen. Place is in need of a lot of work. Laundry was fine, there were many fenced in dog areas. Good for a one night , on the way somewhere, stay only. Would not stay for an extended stay.

Enjoyed our stay, but was disappointed in the way campers allowed there dogs to poop anywhere and not clean it up. On arrival we had to clean up 5 piles of dog poop around our patio.

The campground was clean, the staff was friendly and the campground is convenient to lots of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg attractions.

Only issue is the closeness of other camping sites AND our site had goose poop all over. Host washed it off with a power washer, but kind of think that.ciuld have been done BEFORE we got here.

Excellent family vacation at the Pigeon Forge KOA. We shared a delux cabin with another family with small children and it worked perfectly, keeping our trip affordable while providing a lot of amenities for kids of all ages. The pool was clean and had plenty of chairs and space and all the restrooms and other shared areas were well upkept. The staff was also really friendly and responsive to any questions or needs. Would happily take my family back here.

We loved our stay at this KOA. I have to say it's one of the best KOAs for a kids. There are so many things to keep ur kids entertained. My son loved the park and the lazy river. The pool and lazy river is heated so it's open all year round!!!He loved the train ride and they also had move night. We will definitely come back.
