We stayed here because of its proximity to Dollywood. You cannot beat the location! At first I was not happy with this campground. It was TIGHT and we are not that experienced with our 42 foot camper. However, staff were helpful and eased our concerns. No issues getting in or out. Highly recommend. We will be back!

The facility is clean and well managed. You are walking distance to the transit system main hub, the campground is clean and well managed, the restrooms are clean with plenty of showers. I highly recommend using the trolley systems for your excursions to Gatlinburg and to Dollywood, it will save you time, money and aggravation in the long run, we did use it for both locations.

The campground is VERY clean, the staff are FANTASTIC!! Very attentive to needs of campers. We arrived late and the accommodations were clear and concise. 1st time to the area, located in a great vicinity in regards to closeness of tourist attractions. We syayed in a dry cabin near the bathrooms, def plan to return!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

We were well welcomed and helped to our site. The bathrooms and showers were tidy. Lovely place to camp. People were friendly and helpful.

I had reserved a site with a dog pen. Afternoon prior to our reservation we received a call saying they had put someone else on our site and no others were available. She was unwilling to move those people of the site but gave me a discount on a different site which I agreed. Once there and set we saw 3 other sites with pet pens. Each were used on separate nights . Poor scheduling/customer service

Really enjoy this campground. Love the year round pool/Hot Tub. This is an older campground so some of the original sites can be a little tight. Tons of site options. Can’t beat the location if looking to do things in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. Did not use showers but restrooms were super clean. Trolley stops in front of park if you don’t want to drive.

It is our 1st time in the area, staff at the KOA are highly personable, relatable, and professional. The campground is VERY clean and the staff are HIGHLY attentive to our needs. We ended up arriving late, they were excellent handling that and I lost my shower bag and they were able to retrieve it for me (I did not even realize it was missing until the next morning) Thank you--great experience!

We really like staying here at KOA Pigeon Forge. The campground is very well maintained. It's conveniently located. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We had a great time! The park is clean and well-maintained. We loved our stay and will be back. My kids enjoyed the activities Simon planned. He is wonderful!

We loved everything about the stay. The sites were beautiful, paw pen was the perfect height for our pups, bathrooms were clean and the showers were warm! The kids loved all the playground, jump pads and the pool was gorgeous and perfect to refresh!

Sites are too close together. Many sites in terrible locations. We were located right next to the checkout lane. Every car checking in was 5 ft from the end of my RV. Bathrooms smelled like urine. I have stayed at many KOA’s but this was our worst experience. Property has potential but needs better management to make it work.

Grounds and pool were well kept, staff was friendly, site was excellent! The area was quiet. Kudos to Simon for engaging kids in fun activities! Would recommend game area (corn hole etc) be updated and chair cushions at site replaced.

The campground was nice and clean, friendly campers,unfortunately my Grandson had an accident the 1st day and we couldn't stay. KOA Pigeon Forge could not have been any more accommodating and helpful. I can't wait to go back and experience everything they have to offer, accident free lol

The pool was heated, kids enjoyed it while it was in the 20’s. Spaces are a little cramped but expected based on the location. Kids play area was a little run down, showers were small but very clean.

Family of 6 stayed...seniors to children 4 and 8. All had a good, comfortable time. Pool, playground, train were a big hit! Very accommodating, quick to collect trash and friendly. Also walking distance to Old Mill and very close to Dollywood

Not enough room for bigger trailers and rigs to pull in and out .. lots of noise in the early morning hours (3;30am) Our friends trailer was hit by something and scraped their paint on their 5th wheel

The staff was very nice. Area was kept clean but The campsites were very tight for larger RVs. We assumed no security at night patrolling the grounds. People were out at 4:30am laughing, making loud noises. At one point my husband heard something hit our RV and thought someone was playing with the door handles. He got up but saw no one. We packed up and left in the am and noticed damage to our RV.

Check in after hours was awesome. Love the table I could sit at outside cabin 175. The bed was very comfortable. Your birds sound sweet early in morning. The employee working as I checked out was incredibly considerate and polite and pleasant. God bless you all richly.

Great friendly and accommodating staff for our week long stay. Nice firepit area by the heated pool. The kids were very entertained with the play area and the new shower facility was also appreciated. With cold nights it was perfect to have a hot shower in a heated room.

We loved our time at PF KOA. It was a wonderful vacation with family. The staff accommodation for adjoining campsites was so appreciated. Great amenities were enjoyed by all. It was cold and snowy but the heated pool and campfire made it magical. The Four seat bike was so much fun. Loved the open park and nearby trolly service. We appreciate the wonderful and kind KOA staff. �ϋ�

Really cute KOA cabin, very clean. Great location to catch the bus or get to town activities. Cabin could use the wands to open and close blinds, a can opener that works, a better placement of toilet paper dispensers in half bath, and the width of the blind in half bath needs to be trimmed down. Microwave light above stove doesnt work, the fridge doors need to be flipped to the other directio

Only issue is the closeness of other camping sites AND our site had goose poop all over. Host washed it off with a power washer, but kind of think that.ciuld have been done BEFORE we got here.

Excellent family vacation at the Pigeon Forge KOA. We shared a delux cabin with another family with small children and it worked perfectly, keeping our trip affordable while providing a lot of amenities for kids of all ages. The pool was clean and had plenty of chairs and space and all the restrooms and other shared areas were well upkept. The staff was also really friendly and responsive to any questions or needs. Would happily take my family back here.

We loved our stay at this KOA. I have to say it's one of the best KOAs for a kids. There are so many things to keep ur kids entertained. My son loved the park and the lazy river. The pool and lazy river is heated so it's open all year round!!!He loved the train ride and they also had move night. We will definitely come back.
