We've stayed at many KOA's on our travels across the country and this one by far was the best. Clean and accessible bathrooms & showers, great pool and hot tub, and lots of fun stuff for our teenagers to do. Plus great location to the attractions. We'll definitely be back.

Campsite are way to close together. You can’t sit out in your site without sitting next to the people in the site next to you! We stay at many KOA and this one does not provide a good camping experience!

Well, everything was great and wonderful. Staff was great. Was a nice guy we met named Arizona the only thing is that the bed was not comfortable at all we sank in the middle.

Awesome campground we have stayed at a few koas in Ohio and this was our first one outside of Ohio and it was the best one we have been too. We will definitely be back!

Great campground. The lazy river area was amazing. Sites were nice and everything including shower/restrooms were very clean. Campground is within walking distance to anything you need. Staff was friendly and we will definitely be back in the future.

We had a great stay! Location was perfect for Dollywood and Great Smoky Mtns. NP. We loved the outdoor area! We were surprised not to find any cutlery or plates. Would have been helpful if that was in the description. All other KOAs we have been to have had these items available. When we turned on the air conditioning there was a musty smell.

The campground was extremely clean and all staff were very friendly. The kids had a fantastic time. The sites are a little close together for our preference, but otherwise a great trip all around.

We love to come to Pigeonforge and stay at this KOA. Staff is friendly and the grounds are well maintained. We have stayed at different areas of the campground over the years and no problems with any site. We had an issue with price difference when we booked online this time and the staff worked with us to correct the issue. We recommend this campground when we tell people about our trips.

The heated pool/lazy river is great. Good location. Most of the staff acted like they hate their jobs. Our site, 209, I didn't like. On the end, felt on display. People with their dogs coming by too close and their dogs barking at our dogs. Kids riding around past midnight. There are permanent brick seats that are in the way. Very little room to park vehicle.

We had an excellent stay, so much that we extended twice staying a total of 20 days in 3 different camping cabins. Everything was clean, comfortable and wonderful. All employees were extremely friendly and always willing to help. A special shout out to Rachel in the office who I had a soft spot for, Rachel was a gem. We will be back sooner than later.

Only stayed overnight 3am arrival, night watch person was so friendly & helpful to get us to our campsite!!! Thank you for that!!! Always nice after traveling long distance & behind for timing to receive such hospitality! Found a water bottle under bed & was little bit of stuff in firepit that was not ours, we cleaned it & reported to office upon checkout. Only reason for 3, if not would be 5

All was good. Staff is very friendly. It's a little tight for a big rig, but I have a 45ft toy hauler and I pull with a semi tractor. I will be back.

This is our third time visiting this place. We have no complaints—we absolutely love it for its cleanliness, the many areas for children, and its perfect location. The staff is wonderful! It has everything you need for an excellent stay!

My only complainta are people were smoking in the restrooms near 163/164. Also staff on the golf carts (yellow shirts) must pay attention. Also had a guy hit us yesterday not watching, we stopped with the camper and he kept going straight almost right into my truck head on. They also zoom around way too fast workers and non- workers. Still our favorite park to camp.

We stayed for the weekend with our kids for a cheer competition. At the end, both kids asked if we could come back and stay for a whole week.

We had a great stay in one of the cabins. Close to the store playground and pool. The campground is very centrally located seemed liked 10 minutes to everything. The only problem we had was ants and they tried to take care of them.

We had a wonderful time, the cabin was located close to the pool and playground which was perfect for the kids, we loved the porch and outdoor fireplace. The location was in walking distance from the park, trolley, and multiple restaurants and shopping.

Had a mostly good stay aside from a possible bed bug issue...not confirmed but wife has multiple bites that occurred during night on full bed.

There was standing water and mud all over the campsites. In addition the sites were extremely tight. They charged us for having an additional vehicle which we’ve never had happen in almost a year of staying at KOAs. Also when we requested a late checkout we were charged $10/ hr. I recommend greenbrier. Way nicer, roomier, cleaner overall much nicer.

We stayed here because of its proximity to Dollywood. You cannot beat the location! At first I was not happy with this campground. It was TIGHT and we are not that experienced with our 42 foot camper. However, staff were helpful and eased our concerns. No issues getting in or out. Highly recommend. We will be back!

Only issue is the closeness of other camping sites AND our site had goose poop all over. Host washed it off with a power washer, but kind of think that.ciuld have been done BEFORE we got here.

Excellent family vacation at the Pigeon Forge KOA. We shared a delux cabin with another family with small children and it worked perfectly, keeping our trip affordable while providing a lot of amenities for kids of all ages. The pool was clean and had plenty of chairs and space and all the restrooms and other shared areas were well upkept. The staff was also really friendly and responsive to any questions or needs. Would happily take my family back here.

We loved our stay at this KOA. I have to say it's one of the best KOAs for a kids. There are so many things to keep ur kids entertained. My son loved the park and the lazy river. The pool and lazy river is heated so it's open all year round!!!He loved the train ride and they also had move night. We will definitely come back.
