We had a wonderful stay at the Kampground in a 44’ Fifth Wheel and will definitely be returning later in the year. Great location, central to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We had a beautiful view of Patriot Park and all of their Xmas lights. The sites were clean with awesome amenities, and the staff is AMAZING! Special shout out to Amy and Ron — they made our stay exceptional!

Rustic cabins are always a nice option in a pinch, not the most comfortable of mattresses and the heating unit seemed passive aggressive but I'm always glad to have a spot in Pigeon Forge for the night.

The cabin was very cold because of baseboard heat. Needed extra heat of some kind. EITH GAS HEAT OR AN EXTRA SPACE HEATER. cabin was very nice otherwise. Presons staying next to us in cabin had a dog that was left alone and it barked and howled during the morning and several hours in the evening. I called to complain!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here at the deluxe cabin! The cabin was comfortable and clean, the porch with fireplace was amazing! The staff went above and beyond for us and we were so thankful for them! We will definitely be back to stay. Thanks again for an amazing stay!!

We stayed this weekend (1/12-1/15) and got caught in some pretty nasty weather, we were going to leave Monday but didn't realize that we would've had to let them know we were leaving by 3 pm and instead it was close to 4 or so when we went up to ask if they could give us either a refund or a rain check to stay again... they told us no. We stayed and the weather Monday when leaving was atrocious!!!

We really enjoyed staying here. Cannot wait to come back and stay in the summer time and bring our grandkids and children. I would highly recommend this campsite to anyone you guys have our vote and we will see y’all soon, take care, and God bless.

Arrived after hours and they had the key to our cabin available for us to get in. However, we rented linens and we were only given one set (for a 2 room cabin), so we had to make due until the next morning. That first night was very chilly even with the heat on. Ended up sleeping with coats on since we didn't have enough blankets, etc. for 2 beds.

We had a small issue in our cabin. The manager on duty the morning of the 10th immediately took care of everything. They put us in a new cabin and refunded us a couple nights. They worked quickly and solved the issue. We are already talking about our next trip to Pigeon Forge and our stay at this KOA

We love it there at KOA, and plan on coming back. Everything was clean except the floor needed moping. I had white socks on that I only wear to bed and by the second day, the bottoms of the socks were black and I had to take a wet rag and wipe something off the floor that was sticky. That was the only thing we found wrong.

You have to stay at Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg KOA! You know it is one of the best KOA with the evidence of not one however, two owners from a KOA in Vermont and the other owner from Arizona staying at Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg KOA! The best kept hidden secret for Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg KOA is the staff! They work extremely hard to make your stay the best!

We enjoy the KOA in Pigeon Forge and will go back. But I made my reservations well in advance. And called the office and ask for a particular site (which I was told my previous stay was all I needed to do) but it was filled and we was in a much less private site for our stay. I travel with my dog and had picked the site I did just for the added room

Excellent location. Campground is well maintained, bathrooms/showers are extremely clean. My dogs loved walking on the trail that leads to the park. Campground is within walking distance from the Old Mill restaurant and shops. We booked the deluxe KOA patio, and even though those sites are more expensive was totally worth it. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks KOA!

The only issue we had was people using the pet pen that we had on our site 183. If there is way for you put a bigger sign on the gate maybe. Letting them know that the pen is only for that site with site number. They don’t read the sign you have attached to it. We loved the location, pool, hot tub, playground, and laundry. It was also nice that you had 2 dog parks.

I'm not sure the floors in the deluxe camping cabins ever get mopped. Every time I stay in one my socks show the dirt. They have been swept, but apparently not mopped.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The only complaints I have are that the lazy river was broken (not flowing) and it would have been nice if the outdoor pool/lazy river were just a few degrees warmer. Everything else was great and I would definitely recommend this KOA to others. Also, we visited Dollywood for a few days while there and this campground is extremely convenient for riding the trolley.

As a VIP KOA customer who has stayed at KOAs across this entire country, I was very shocked and disappointed to find that the unusual access requirements to my rental cabin had NOT been disclosed on the website so as to make an informed cabin decision. As a senior with less than average mobility, know that I would need to pull all belongings up/down hills in a cart to get to my cabin was important

We decided to head to Gatlinburg a day earlier than planned and was able to check in a day early. The spots are a little tight but very manageable to get into. We lost our power to the camper early oneorning. Notified the office and there was a maintenance man at our sight within 10 min. They had it repaired in a very timly manner. We thought the campground was extremely clean and neat.

Highly recommend staying here. Will definitely be back! Staff was great and very helpful. Plenty for the kids to do and the campground kept you updated on weather conditions and activity changes.

The staff couldn't have been more friendlier and helpful. The grounds were well maintained. The grandkids were very happy to see the heated pool running at the end of December, that whole area including the playground is top notch. Thanks for a smooth stay.

OH MY GOODNESS! I can't say enough good things about this campground!!! We stayed here during the weekend for the New Years Eve celebrations. Our Deluxe Cabin was so clean and cozy with all of the amenities included. Our 3yr old and 8yr old loved the little bunk beds. Our bed was SOOOO comfortable also.This place is so family friendly as well as the staff. We will be returning and recommend them!

We had a great stay over Christmas break! The campground was clean and quiet. Our kids had a blast! So much for the family to do! All of the staff wete friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Very clean campground! Just wish they could upgrade the mattresses in the cabin just couldn’t get a good nights sleep I wasn’t the only in my group that had this issue! Other than that clean ! Pool was great warm !!

First time ever we were disappointed starting with the cabin was not ready at check in time.shower house at store/office only one shower was more than a drizzle of water shower no water pressure faucet was wobbly from wall. Was dirty.The cabin next to us left dog for hours and dog bark intire time. was unable to rest so much noise.

This is a very clean and kid oriented canpground. My only complaint is how packed the sites are.

We have come here many many times! I absolutely love this environment , the employees, and all it has to offer. Especially for our kiddos! The only downfall is a couple of things: Two swings were broken The playground had trash on it The zip-line swing has been broken the last two times we have came Some of the playground equipment is torn where the climbing wall is The little brown planks that enclose the on the playground are all cracked Some of the little karts you can rent are also broken. It could just use a good loving and fixing. We spend a lot of time on the playground and that area as a whole. Like I said, those are the only negatives! We love this place and will always come back. The pool is amazing, camp store is awesome, crafts and activities are wonderful, and we love the jump pillow.
