We enjoyed being close to a lot of the things we planned for that stay. Although we appreciated the quietness after hours, the spaces were too crammed together for our liking.

We had such a great time. The staff was super friendly and we loved all the activities by the pool. We are already recommending to others and planning our next trip. Can’t wait to come back!

I called the office at the KOA pigeon Forge veterans Boulevard location and reported that we would be coming in after midnight. We got there at approximately 2 AM. We had no escort to our reservation spot, that was not appropriate for a motorhome therefore we had several problems.

Communication issues, false advertising about cabins, chemical/mothball stench in the cabin, and an unwillingness to provide information from the manager. We have stayed many times before without issue, but this experience was the absolute worst. Do better KOA. Your guests should come before profits since they are the ones paying.

Pleasant and convenient! Enjoyed the quiet. I would recommend restocking the cabins with additional cooking items. We only had one small skillet and limited silverware. Always enjoy this KOA and will return. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable.

We enjoyed the site so much that we actually stayed an extra day than planned. The staff was always so friendly, the site was clean and there were tons of activities for the kids. This was our first long trip in our camper and I cannot say enough good things! Thank you for making it so fun and memorable for us!

This KOA location is always a nice get away. They’re very clean and attentive. This trip my son got a minor injury at the park, they provided a first aid kit, an ice pack, and even came by to check how he was the next morning. Great customer service, real people that actually care!

We stayed in site 113 for three nights and I was very impressed with your facilities site was amazing people were very friendly I can’t wait to come back and spend more time there

The Pigeon Forge KOA was a wonderful experience for our family vacation. The staf. Was helpful and responsive to our questions and needs. The amenities were well designed, clean, and fun for kids of all ages. The restrooms and cabins were all clean and well maintained. I would happily stay here again.

We rented a Deluxe Cabin here for the third year. We loved it. The cabin has everything we needed. The campground is beautiful and clean. The staff very friendly and helpful.

Very nice. Quiet. In the city near all venues. Easy in and out of park. Very pet friendly. Pet station are located conveniently. Landscaping is vey nice and kept. Laundry room was nice and open 24 hours. Laundry machines were priced reasonably and worked very well.

The only thing that we have to complain about is that you need to pay attention to the quiet hours, and I have people up at 1 o’clock in the morning having a fire and drinking.

The camping sites are very close and tight. The night host Simon and Danny were very helpful when our trailer door accidentally locked behind us.

We have a large trailer, and the lot sizes are very small, leaving little space once you park. Need to improve the table cushion, molded couldn't sit on them. It was very pricey to stay there.

Clean and safe, exactly what I expect from a KOA. Centrally located, fabulous park (the glide swing needs a little love), wonderful pool, and the store had all the "oh I forgot this" items. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The cabin was very cute, clean, and welcoming. There was even a baby owl that rested on the porch each night. We'll definitely be back.

From check in to check out everyone was so happy to help and friendly. It was our first stay at any KOA and we were impressed by how easy and fun everything was. We are already planning to come back!

It was very clean. Flat sites to easily park our camper. Staff was friendly and helpful with everything we needed. Swimming pool was clean. It had extra sitting area to eat lunches or snacks. We will definitely come back to this KOA.

We love this campground and wished we lived closer. The staff are outstanding, especially Chirstian. Site # 200is also very nice. Lots of activities and close to Dollywood and Old Mill area

Registration and store personnel were extremely friendly and helpful. Should have tubes (floats) available for lazy river.

Only issue is the closeness of other camping sites AND our site had goose poop all over. Host washed it off with a power washer, but kind of think that.ciuld have been done BEFORE we got here.

Excellent family vacation at the Pigeon Forge KOA. We shared a delux cabin with another family with small children and it worked perfectly, keeping our trip affordable while providing a lot of amenities for kids of all ages. The pool was clean and had plenty of chairs and space and all the restrooms and other shared areas were well upkept. The staff was also really friendly and responsive to any questions or needs. Would happily take my family back here.

We loved our stay at this KOA. I have to say it's one of the best KOAs for a kids. There are so many things to keep ur kids entertained. My son loved the park and the lazy river. The pool and lazy river is heated so it's open all year round!!!He loved the train ride and they also had move night. We will definitely come back.
